Third stay here

Staff are extremely accommodating, this is our third stay here. It has an amazing view, small kitchen in the apartment to make your own meals if you don’t want to eat out. Only a 5 minute drive from Ponta Delgada.

reasonable for the price but not very appetizing

only one night stay before flight, end of the row appartments are close to road so we were disturbed in sleep, clean app but smelled like mold in kitchen, likely has not been used for long, pillows were tragically uncomfy, same was beds , saving bulbs bad not giving enough light, app was clean and staff friendly though i would not spend my holiday in this app. pool not heated. i really wished uk premierinn is in azores for economy acco to give a good sleep for the same price of 55euro..

Amazing View!

The best view on the island

Great location, about 10 minutes from the airport. The staff was more than accommodating in letting us check in at 9 am at no additional cost because our flight got in at 7 am. They also let us have our requested apartment, the one with the best view!
The apartment is spacious, the beds and pillows could be updated as they are a bit uncomfortable, but you wake up to ocean view and mountains on a daily basis!

clean room but noisy location and no character

Apartment was clean and rather spacious, beds were comfortable enough but no A\C and the window in the bedroom downstairs cannot be partly open. Given that we were on a busy road, it was a choice between insecure and noisy night or just hot...
The place is very plane, basic equipment and deprived of character or charm.
It is just about good enough as a place to sleep but for that price you can get quite and charming room elsewhere.
Likewise, the pool was clean and nice but not one that you want to spend a day sitting by.

We had an amazing time in the Azores, and the apartment we had was excellent! The staff was great to help us with any questions and plans we wanted to make. The view from our room was breathtaking! It is a nice quiet area, with a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. We would go back for sure!

- Convenient and quiet location
- Sizeable villa for 4
- Kitchen ample enough to cook (has small fridge, stove and sink).
- The only surprise is a 20 euro bill for 5-6 short cell phones (total talk time about 20 min). The charges were for local calls made to a cell phone number. Nothing in room policy stated about extra charge to cell phones vs land lines.

L ensemble doit etre relooke et l insonorisation reste moyenne.
L hotel doit revoirson fournisseur de blanchisserie car le linge sentait une odeur forte désagréable de linge humide.

Los apartamentos están bien ubicados y son amplios. Pasan cada 2 días a cambiar toallas y poner papel higiénico. No limpian ni hacen las camas (tengo la duda de si pagando sí lo hacen). Dispone de parking propio. Si es verdad que le hace falta una renovación en general al mobiliario, porque se ve antiguo. Pero hace su función.
Ojo que no hay enchufes en los lavabos. En el resto del apartamento si, pero en los lavabos no.

A receção estava fechada ao sábado e domingo à tarde, e se precisar de alguma coisa fora do horário, é necessário ligar. De resto super simpáticos e acessíveis. O alojamento está limpo e é confortável, precisava de alguma manutenção, construção de há cerca de 20anos.
Mas muito agradável para famílias. Localização ótima.

pas satisfaits du logement

nous ne sommes pas satisfaits du logement. Nous avons loué un logement pour 6, il était en fait pour 4. Très mauvaise odeur dans les chambres, dessus de lit sale, peu d'equipement (pas de sèche cheveux, strict minimum dans la cuisine...), logement pas du tout chaleureux. pas de soin spa, piscine pas nettoyée en début de séjour.
nous prenons régulièrement des logements sur hotels.com et c'est la première que nous ne sommes pas satisfaits.

Terrasse war bei Nässe glatt und Außentreppe war im Dunkeln schlecht ausgeleuchtet, sehr schlechte Küchen-ausstattung, zusätzliche Decke für das Bett fehlte, Gesamtanlage war sehr schön gestaltet und begrünt, Frühstück für 10,- € pro Person entsprach nicht dem Preis, Putzausblühungen und Farbe bröckelten bzw. blätterten von der Decke auf die Lüfterhaube und Kochplatten in der Küche, Beutel für Abfalleimer fehlten, kein Geschirrtuch, kein Abwaschlappen, keine Aufneh-merschaufel, Antennenkabel für Fernsehen nach Aufforderung

En temporada baja hemos estado muy tranquilos y el lugar se respira mucha tranquilidad, por lo que hace un lugar ideal como refugio de descansar después de visitar toda la isla.

Really nice apartments good located. We were six people and the apartment fitted us all with two bathrooms. The sofa was okey to sleep in. We missed chairs on the terrass though. There were only three and we got a fourth the last day- told them day one we were six. Otherwise very friendly staff that helped us with printing boarding passes really late arrival etc

Sehr gute gelegenes Hotel.

Wer die Insel mit dem Auto erkunden will, triftt mit dem Hotel in Lagoa eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Die Lage ist gut. Zudem lässt sich fußläufig alles wichtige erledigen (Bäcker, Café, Apotheke, Supermarkt, etc.). Die Anlage ist gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige Anlage, alles fußläufig erreichbar

Ruhige, gepflegte Ferienhausanlage in Lagoa. Fußläufig ist der Strand, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bäcker, etc. in 5-10 Minuten min. Mit dem Auto ist man im Zentrum in weniger als 10 min. von Ponta Delgada. Die Ferienwohnung ist familienfreundlich.

Tolle Anlage in toller Gegend

Es war toll. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Weiterhin sehr sauber.
Es war wenig los in der Anlage und wir hatten mehrmals den tollen Pool für uns.
Hatten leider einen kleinen Wasserschaden am vorletzten Tag. Es konnte kein Notdienst aktiviert werden, aber wir durften ohne weiteres zwei Häuser weiterziehen.
Eine weitere Kleinigkeit:
Der Wasserablauf vom Dach wenn es regnet ist so ungünstig, dass es bei heftigem Regen sehr laut wird.

Alojamiento céntrico y muy tranquilo

Apartamento espacioso dentro de un complejo muy tranquilo, con piscina.
Ideal para una pareja que quiere visitar la isla y usa el apartamento para dormir y alguna comida.
Si se quiere pasar muchas horas en el mismo, es mejor alojarse en las casitas modelo T2 ya que son mas grandes, tienen terraza que da a la piscina.
El apartamento tiene un mobiliario antiguo pero correcto, es espacioso y esta ubicado justo encima del bar y la recepción.
La pega es que los servicios son escasos. El bar cierra a la 19-20 y si quieres algo tienes que buscarlo fuera del complejo, en el pueblo.
Solamente hay wifi en la zona de zona (interior y terraza), por lo que cuando esta cerrado tienes que ir a la terraza, a medio oscuras a captar la señal wifi.

Wunderbar gelegene, ruhige Apartmentanlage

Ich war etwas außerhalb der Saison in der Anlage und sie war nicht komplett ausgebucht. Das hat der Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit sicher nicht geschadet.
Die Rezeption konnte sehr gut Englisch und hatte auch Vorschläge zum Sightseeing parat. Die anderen Angestellten (Gärtner, Putzkräfte usw) konnten wenig bis kein Englisch, was mich aber nicht gestört hat und auf der Insel eher der Regel entsprach.
Während meines Aufenthaltes war je 2 Mal pro Woche ein Zimmerservicetag, an dem das Apartment sauber gemacht und auch Handtücher usw getauscht wurden. Mir war das ausreichend, aber man hätte auch z.b. häufigere Handtuchwechsel für einen moderaten Preise dazubuchen können.
Zusätzlich gab es ein optionales Continental Frühstück, welches allerdings stets am Vortag bestellt werden muss. Ich meine es waren 3€ pro Frühstück, über die Güte kann ich aber nichts sagen, weil ich mich komplett selbst verpflegt habe.
Das Apartment besaß einen 4-Platten-Ceranherd und eine Mikrowelle, aber leider keinen Ofen. Zusätzlich zur Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch gab es 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Man könnte also auch mit einer größeren Gruppe gut unterkommen. Die Terrasse ging in eine gut gepflegte kleine Wiese und Pool über, hatte aber auch die Klimaanlage deutlich hör und sichtbar an der einen Wand montiert ....

Roligt område -skøn atmosfære. Familieegnet.

Vi var meget glad for at bo på dette sted. Der er roligt og det er nogle hyggelige små bungalows. Dejligt med pool til børnene og på ingen måde turistagtigt. Vær opmærksom på, at der ikke er internet i boligerne, kun oppe ved receptionsområdet. Det kan teenagere godt synes, er lidt irriterende. Man kan godt komme med bus rundt. Men en bil er så absolut at foretrække. Nær ved dette sted er nogle naturlige klippebade, hvor man betaler en mindre entre for at komme ind. Rigtig fint lille sted.

Lage gut und zentral. Pool vorhanden, wird aber 20.00 Uhr geschlossen. Inventar ziemlich abgewohnt. Zimmermädchen kommen trotz "NO" ins Zimmer, auch wenn man anwesend und unpässlich ist. Geld, was rumliegt wird als TIP mitgenommen, man sagt uns: das wäre normal. Happy Hour ist, wenn man nicht da ist, wenn alle da sind, ist die Bar geschlossen. Internet sehr teuer...
FAZIT: Kann ich nicht empfehlen oder man will nur EINFACH übernachten.

"Sentralt og landlig i Lagoa" Apartementet ligger ca 8 km fra Ponta Delgada, og det er en fordel med bil for å komme lett til og fra flyplass, og ellers rundt omkring på denne grønne øya. Ikke langt unna finnes en liten sandstrand med sort lavasand. Romslige leiligheter og bungalower, to greie basseng som er til bruk hele året. Ca 20 grader da vi var der i november. Pent opparbeidet trær, busker og blomster, og det er trygt for barn. Lite lokaltrafikk, og stille om nettene. Noe utsikt mot havet, solrikt. Lokale butikker samt et lite kjøpesenter med stor matbutikk i gangavstand. Dette er ikke stedet for de som vil ha gøy og støy!
