While I understand the need for non-refundable policies (non-committal bookers, snow conditions etc), I would have expected the hotel to offer some flexibility given the exceptional circumstances when Heathrow airport was closed due to a fire. This could have been offered as a refund or a credit to stay at the hotel at another date, however the hotel offered no flexibility despite the circumstances. Book with caution.

Hotel is in excellent condition and have great rooms. However, we were not satisfied with the overall service level at the Hotel. First we were not able to get a table in the main restaurant for dinner despite attempting to book several days in advance, this meant we were stuck with the buffet/ala carte option in the other restaurant. From the looks of it, it seems fine, however the taste was just not there at all in any of the dishes. The fish for main courses was way undercooked, and the meats were very cheap cuts and far from tender.
In addition the level of service in regards to the ski lockers was undesirable and cost us a lot of time.

We have stayed at the property 3 times over the past few years and it has recently had the rooms renovated to a modern high standard.
The breakfast is good, but the historical issues of late check ins often 4pm before you get your keys, a very slow and in efficient front desk and only 2 lifts for the whole hotel are the same

The hotel website and also information pack in the room does not make it clear that there is a charge to use the pool ( some 22 Euro per person we discovered) We booked this particular hotel because it had a pool, as we wanted to swim after skiing each day. The hotel itself was lovely, staff very helpful and we really appreciated out interconnecting room. We were just left feeling disappointed that we couldn't swim without incurring substantial extra charges.

Nous revenons pour la 2eme fois au Mim Baqueira. L'hôtel est très bien placé. Le personnel est sympathique. Les chambres sont plutôt cosy avec toute froid un petit bémol sur le sol de la chambre qui est très froid.
La décoration de la salle de petit déjeuner et de l'hôtel en général mériterait un coup de jeune. La décoration de l'ancien hôtel est encore présente et ça n'a pas de sens;
Néanmoins je pourrais revenir dans cet hôtel.

Tres belles chambres qui ont été refaites récemment. L’Hotel se situe à 2min à pieds des télécabines pour accéder aux pistes, super pratique. Très bon buffet petit déjeuner et la demi pension du soir était pas mal aussi, l’offre pourrait être étendu avec plus de choix pour les plats à cuire. Belle réception, le bar au -1 pourrait être plus chaleureux pour un hôtel de ce standing, dommage. Point possible à améliorer l’accès à la piscine inclus dans le prix et ils demandent 1€ par capsule de café utilise dans la chambre. Assez étonnant vu le prix…

En revanche, nous avons été déçu de l’accueil (le strict minimum a été fait pour ne pas être plus sévère) et du service du restaurant (serveur nonchalant ou nous avons du attendre les boissons (payantes) à plusieurs reprises puisqu’il oubliait notre commande…et préferait « jouer avec les couverts ou faire de la guitare (sans la guitare…). Pourtant il n’y avait pas grand monde dans le restaurant. Nous avions fréquenté cet établissement plusieurs fois avant le changement de nom. C’est dommage pour un quatre étoiles.

Plutot bon séjour. Les offres (horaires, plat, etc.) pour déjeuner à l’hotel devraient cependant être améliorées. Avec 2 petits qui faisaient la sieste à partir de 13h, cela a été la galère pour solliciter le room service à compter de midi. En outre, la salle de jeu pour enfant devrait être plus grande et plus fournie.

Un hotel de ski que no cuente con personal suficiente para que las habitaciones estén hechas antes de las 17.00 horas y que justifica que esos son sus horarios, por muy barato que sea, no merece la pena. Un hotel en el que el director trata al cliente como como si fuesen sus empleados o proveedores y que se olvida que son los clientes los que posibilitan que el hotel continúe abierto no merece la pena. Un hotel con un director poco profesional, impertinente y chulo, no merece la pena. Un hotel en el que las quejas de los clientes son tratadas como sospechosas no merecen la pena. Este hotel no merece la pena. No volveré.
