Pleasant stay in the hills

Beautiful location in the hills with views of green mountainside and rocks. Hotel is close to several beaches, with umbrellas to borrow.
Friendly staff throughout, and a solid dinner menu (if a little heavy on inventive flavours at times) in the restaurant.
Pleasant pool with (cold) jacuzzi, to make most of setting.
Rooms (most called "suites") are comfortable but not very modern.

Staff was the friendliest I've met, BUT MAJOR ISSUES with Felix policies.
1. False advertisement: No AC !! No Jacuzzi! No room service! No microwaves! I'm told the outdoor Ac units are off because locals don't like it, but I paid for a room with AC, and it's hot. The jacuzzi is advertised in the guest guidebook, and it's called a hot tub on travel site ads, but in reality it's a kid pool with no heat.
2. This wasn't advertised at all, but Meal times are too strict, 8:30-9:30 breakfast, 1:30-2:30 lunch, 8pm dinner BY RESERVATION ONLY. If your schedule doesn't permit eating at those times, you're out of luck-- you STARVE. I understand Italy has specific mealtimes and siesta from 3pm-7pm, BUT YOU ARE IN THE HOSPITALITY/TOURISM industry! People traveling need to be able to eat during normal business hours / banking hours, especially with no microwaves or room in the fridge for groceries. Most of the staff was willing to accommodate, but one supervisor in the restaurant was especially rude, told other staff not to talk to us because staff was not Sardinian, rude to us when taking our food order, rude about arrive 5 minutes before breakfast closed, told us it was too late to start eating off the buffet.
Callouts for great service:
Vanessa, Adrian, Alicie, Giancarlo, Barbara, Antonio at the restaurant were AWESOMELY HELPFUL.
Ludi and Cesca? (Two French ladies) were AWESOME at reception, advising us, helping us book boat rides & various local things to do, maps, etc.

Ludi, in reception was an absolute pleasure. She helped my husband and I went we checked in. We never traveled to Sargenda before and she helped us coordinate a rental car and how to get around the island.

The hotel was amazing. We can’t wait to go back. The views, the restaurant, the room 10/10!

Very quite resort with a beautiful pool and wakable areas surrounded by olive trees, aromatic flowers and other vegetation. The lady at the reception was very kind and provided us with valuable information about restaurants and places to visit in the surrounding areas, she offered us to take umbrella for the sun while we were visiting the beaches, she helped us to make reservation at the hotel's restaurant which by the way is very good and gave us a home made fruit preserve as a souvenir when we left.

Staff very friendly and helped with guidance on places to visit. Great pool and wonderful included breakfast. The cleaning staff even provided a rail for my daughter’s bed so she didn’t roll off without even being asked! Definitely recommend it.

Beautiful property in a farm, not on a beach, closest beach is 15-20 minutes away. Ludi from the front desk was very helpful showed us the best beaches and where we can park our car. The breakfast is average. The restaurant has a very nice view. The rooms are comfortable, the AC works well. I recommend staying at this hotel but having a car is a must but I believe that’s the case for anywhere in Sardinia

Excellent property, very well maintained by wonderful staff!

We had a great time and enjoyed the resort and the amenities! Staff was very helpful, accommodated our needs. The pool is amazing, perfectly surrounded by mountains views. We had it for ourselves most of the days.
The food at the restaurant was outstanding! Breakfast was very nice as well!
We loved or little apartment, very clean, amazing great quality of beds, towels and bed linens! Every detail was really thought out!
We will definitely be back!

An oasis in paradise.

This is a beautiful hotel.
Set in beautiful country surrounding.
A real pleasure to come back to the room after a day traveling looking at beautiful beaches.
It is further away from the beaches but very central. Definitely would stay again and much longer. A great place to rest.

Great comfort in a beautiful, tranquil setting.

We loved the hotel with its beautiful gardens and grounds. The pool was excellent. The service we received was first class with all staff friendly and helpful.
Our only criticism would be that we found the restaurant for dinner to be poor value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

We spent 5 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed the hotel. We arrived early but our room was ready and we coudl check in. The pool is amazing and there are lots of beaches within an easy drive. We liked the resort style layout and gardens. We did not eat at the restaurant but the menu was always interesting. We appreciated having wi-fi although do not rely on this as reception is patchy. Rooms were spotless and they were cleaned in the afternoon so no early wake up calls from cleaning staff. Not much to Arzachena.

Fabulous get away from it all hotel

Has 4 star rating but think that is a bit generous. The room was on small side but every room does have a balcony with chairs and table. Biggest disadvantage we thought was no coffee or hot drink making facilities. Staff were lovely and very hefpful and setting was fantastic. The restaurant was lovely and the evening meal was 5 courses which took 2 hours and a great way to finish off the day and spoil yourself. Lovely pool with chairs etc round it to while away the days if you didn't want to spend the days visiting all those lovely beaches. Car essential as right up in hills. Beaches very near though about 10mins drive away from the med. Great relaxing holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The entire property is very well-kept, clean, and lovingly maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with great tips for our stay.

The restaurant was excellent — both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices and everything was prepared with great care.

Overall, this is a place full of charm and hospitality, and we would be happy to return. Highly recommended!

Sehr schöne Anlage, wie ein Park. Super gepflegt. Zimmer etwas klein, aber sehr schön, immer sauber und mit tollem Bergblick. Auch der Pool-Bereich top. Restaurant-Essen 1a.
Das Personal war rundherum sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt.

Uns als Familie hat der Park super gefallen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und gibt tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Frühstück lecker. Die Lage ist toll, um die Costa Smeralda mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen!

bel hôtel hôtel dans un cadre très joli, au calme, vue magnifique, belle piscine. Le personnel très à l'écoute. nous a permis d'arriver avant l'heure et de profiter de la piscine après le check out en attendant l'avion. met à disposition des serviettes pour la plage et des parasols laissés par les autres clients. quelques points un peu vieillots, les douches, les luminaires extérieurs et les peintures des plafonds de salle d'eau.

La dame aux cheveux courts à la réception m’a réservé e un très mauvais accueil elle était de mauvaise humeur me parlait avec mépris.

J’ai réservé une chambre de 30m carré mais la chambre que j’ai eu c’est un 15m carré à manure bout du domaine la toute dernière et j’ai du galérer avec mes valises pour y accéder 😞

Hôtel au calme, près de la plage

La chambre était très spacieuse, la literie confortable, le ménage était parfaitement exécuté, tous les jours.
Réapprovisionnement d'eau et de nécessaire de toilette également tout les jours (ce qui n'a pas été le cas dans le second 4* où nous avons séjourné)
Le personnel est agréable et toujours disponible,
Le restaurant mérite sa réputation, nous y avons mangé tout les soirs, nous n' étions jamais déçu, le petit déjeuner varié et composé de produits frais.
Notre séjour étant mi avril nous n'avons pas pu profiter de tout les infrastructures,
Notamment la piscine, qui dispose d'une vue spectaculaire ! Sans hésitation, nous reviendrons avec joie en période estivale !

Wunderschönes, ruhiges Hotel bestehend aus einigen kleineren Häusern eingebettet in einen Olivenpark. Alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet.
Der Ausblick auf die naheliegenden Berge von Pool und Restaurantterrasse ist phänomenal!
Das Hotel hat eigenen Photovoltaik- und Solaranlagen, sowie einen Kräutergarten.

not a hotel for families with children

After the first night, my wife was told to keep quiet by a rude guest, because our 5-year-old son had cried for 30 minutes at 6 o’clock in the morning. It was very noisy between the rooms, we had a suite. Then my wife was told again by the receptionist that we must keep quiet, due to the same episode when our child had been crying. The hotel showed no understanding that our son could be tired after a journey. My wife was spoken to so that she started to cry. The hotel should not have families with children at all, when they cannot show any understanding. We paid around 500 Euro per night, so it is unheard of to charge extra for an omelette or fresh jucie for breakfast. Otherwise there is nothing around the hotel, the nearest village is nothing. We moved to Porto Rotondo. which is much better. We travel a lot every year but have never experienced being spoken to like this by a hotel. We regretted choosing this hotel.

In response to Google, the hotel lies. We were not offered a late check-out, we checked out of the room and handed over the key at 10 in the morning. The hotel says they would find a balance, but in its response the hotel shows no understanding for families with children. The hotel did nothing to apologize for the experience.

Beautiful and professional - but humid rooms…

Excellent service and super professional staff and a lovely restaurant, in a beautiful setting overlooking the mountains close to the sea. Great pool area, but still very cold in end May so only used for quick swims.
We were unfortunate to arrive to an extremely humid room but were downgraded to another to another with better air. The garden was beautiful but poorly maintained with plenty of weed …
We would definitely not come back in the spring months due to the humidity of the rooms, but surely it will be be possibly in the summer.
