Pros: Price is okay. Beautiful landscape. Beautiful views. Staffs were really friendly. Foods were delicious.

Cons: The hotel is really run down. The beddings were not clean. The hotel look really old unlike the photos posted.

If they clean the hotel and invest it a bit, it would be a great property to stay at.

พนักงานบริการดี สถานที่ใกล้ชายหาด แต่ข้อเสียหลัก ๆ ที่ทำให้ประสบการณ์ที่นี่ไม่น่าพอใจเท่าที่ควร คือ ที่จอดรถน้อย ไม่เพียงพอสำหรับแขก แล้วรถเราแพงแต่ต้องไปจอดตากแดดกลางสนาม อีกข้อคือสภาพโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า พื้นกระเบื้องในห้องมีอาการระเบิดตัว เวลาเดินจะมีเสียงตลอดเหมือนจะพัง รวมถึงความสะอาดของห้องพักโดยรวม ควรจะทำได้ดีกว่านี้ในการให้บริการ ฝากไว้เพื่อการพัฒนาการให้บริการครับ

I can never accept birds ( many birds) walking and eating from the breakfast-buffet-table and at our breakfast table. From a medical perspectiv it is known that birds poop can have CAMPYLOBACTER ( amongst other) and only 1 bird poop can make hundreds of people sick and spoil the hollydays completely. This is a major problem and very dissapointing that the hotel staff accept this birds at the tables. That makes this hotel far from clean.

Nice and quiet hotel - a bit out of town

Major drawback for this hotel is it locate quite a distance from main Pattaya City. However, that give you a quiet and more relax atmosphere. Room is certainly spacious for 2 people. (I think 2 more extra beds can fit in) nice setup, all room facing the sea. buffet breakfast was above average. the hotel has access to public beachside park along the beach.

Bella Villa Cabana is a bit dated but comfortable enough. Rooms are a decent size but sparsely decorated. Bed was comfortable. We had a wifi router very close to our room, so the signal was excellent. Upper floors have a nice sea view. The 2 pools are quite good. One is fairly large. They are located close to the beach area. Breakfast was quite good with a respectable assortment of Thai & Western offerings. Eggs are made to order and bacon is fried upon request. There's a coffee machine that makes several different drinks, so the coffee was drinkable. The hotel is far enough away from Pattaya so that you aren't seeing sleaze. Family friendly. Beach area is nice but the water, of course, isn't swimmable. The boardwalk the locals have put in is very nice. We ate at a seafood restaurant immediately adjacent to the hotel and it was a very good product at reasonable prices.

Hotel located around 5 km from city and beside beach. Room service is not good.. They never changed your bed sheets and towel regularly.Also nearby area don't have good restaurant.Bathroom is of old style and furniture also looks old.

I'd searched for photos and reviews of this hotel and most of them are nice, so i decided to book a room (cabana suite with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room).

When I first walked into the room, the floor was a bit dirty so I called for the housekeeper to clean it and they were super nice, they came in to sweep and mop for us with smile : )

My mom loved this place so much as it had (almost) everything she wanted e.g. kitchen, pan, cookware and even washing machine! Also, my brothers was really enjoy playing pool here (20 THB per game)

So, except for the beach that dirty, everything in this hotel was super nice, the room was great and the staff were really helpful. I will come back!

Pleasant and relaxing visit

It was a very pleasant visit. The hotel is tasteful, the breakfast was great the swimming pool was fantastic and the staff were great. The beach is very pretty with a nice walk to an unfinished Temple, some good beach cafés and restaurant and a shipwreck with some cute stray dogs. Unfortunately the water is polluted there and it is suggested not to swim. The hotel was somewhat far from the center but they offer a good transfer service for free several times a day and I myself prefer more quiet over the city. It's also a good place to stay if you are with family,. Pattaya downtown can be too overwhelming.

Nice & calm hotel

One of the good hotels in Pattaya. Clean and spacious rooms with beautifull sea view. Away from city's hustle and bustle. Good for kids, as pool area is kids friendly. Staff is friendly, cooperative and sober but they hardly understand english. Hotel is a little, like 8 km, away from city but they provide free shuttle service to all bella villa hotels in pattaya, so one can get to city easily. Ask for shuttle schedule at front desk. Food is average, hotel privides good breakfast buffet (either included or payable).

Hard to communicate with people in English at desk

This is the only problem. Communication. But we Enjoyed the shuttle bus since it's a little bit far from everything. Because of the 4 stops in different parts of the city of Pattaya the shuttle do,I would recommend anyone to your clean hotel and the super pool mb *****. Perfect for all! Thanks

Hotel is outside the city, so it not good for those who wants to enjoy and see the night life. It is at a very quite and peaceful place. There is nothing around the hotel not even a single shop, you might have to travel a bit to find a mart.

The advertisement for this hotel on Travelocity is very misleading. When we booked the trip we knew nothing about Pattaya. The pictures on the advertisement indicated there was a beach with chairs and umbrellas. When we got there, we did not see any. When we asked about that, we were told that the beach is too dirty to swim and we should not go to the beach. We should go to another part of Pattaya. This was disappointing since we specifically wanted a hotel directly on the beach. The hotel is also situated in what appears to be a poor neighborhood. There were several roosters directly next to the hotel which woke us up at 5am every morning !! I will have to say though that the housekeeping staff was very friendly and did a great job. My daughters birthday was 24Dec and they only saw here with a birthday hat. That night when we returned to the hotel, they had decorated the room with happy birthday balloons. This was a very nice surprise and I hope they were recognized by their management for this !

Rated as a 4-star hotel, I expect to see more in this hotel; unfortunately the quality is more like a 2-star hotel. It's located in a neighborhood you'd never expect, the people only speak limited English. I checked out in the morning and left my luggage there so I did not need to carry it around. I came back later that day to get my luggage back, and they kept asking for key card, check in, etc. And yet I have a receipt to pick up my luggage.
The room is clean; however the bathroom sink was clogged, yellow stain by the shower, and cracks here and there.
Though it says free shuttle for nearby neighborhood; you still need to pay.

The hotel itself was nice enough however my companion and I wanted to stay close to Pattaya to enjoy the nightlife as we were both away from our responsibilities as parents. The description on the hotel information said that it was close but it was a long way away from anything. the other thing was at night you could smell the burning of rubbish and I woke up the next morning with a burning throat. In saying this I went to the reception desk the next morning and asked if we could be transferred to one of the hotels in pattaya and they graciously obliged with no fuss or dispute. So the hotels resolution was brilliant.

Nice comfort hotel to stay

It was beautiful hotel to stay especially away from the busy locations of central pattya noise and disturbance.i took a deluxe room with a pool view and it was awesome .pool will be just infront of your room ..and the restaurant at the beachside is awesome and affordable and we will get a beautiful scenic view of the beach.food in the in house restaurant should have been better.i recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to stay for a quiet honeymoon and family outing

We enjoyed our stay at the VC. It's a lovely hotel right on the beach - great pool, good restaurant, good service, great rooms. It's just a bit far from all of the Pattaya downtown areas and costs 300 baht by taxi to get there. But if you want a place to relax away from the Pattaya noise, then this place is brilliant.

Delicious for lunched menu for Pat Thai Kung Sod and Yam Ta-lay. It's a recommended menu. Our trip had to use Hotel's shuttle bus it was very convenience and the staff has a good adviser. About the pool was good to swim because there are 2 for kids and many trees to protect sunshine. Normal for breakfast but many style such as Thai, American and Chinese. In the morning recommended to walk or joking in the park beside the beach because there were many kind of trees to make you fresh and relax. In the room there were microwave and save to service.

The Bella Cabanas was a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool was quite nice, rooms were clean, large, and well equipped (refrigerator microwave etc.) that being said it does have it's drawbacks. Its a little far from central pattaya, which is good and bad. There's no \"working girls\" hanging out in front so good for families, but it's a 15 minute ride to shopping, markets, nightlife etc. the shuttle runs approx every 2 hrs. Staff doesn't speak English very well, so practice your pantomime. I would book this hotel again.

We have been to Thailand many times. This hotel is very remote; there is nothing worth walking to that is within walking distance. Disappointment started as soon as we pulled up. Surrounding area is dank and the hotel is older than it looks on the internet. Hotel caters to Russian tourists (99% of the guests) so, English skills of the staff was lacking. Kids Club was an unattended playroom with just a few toys. There is a seafood “restaurant” right next door that plays very loud music from 9:30 PM until 3:00 or 4:00 AM. This is not the hotels fault but, they say there’s they can do about it. Hotel staff did change our room to the other side of the hotel and it did help but, from what other guests told us many rooms hear the music at night. Rooms must have very thin walls as we could hear guest very clearly, especially coming home at 2:00 in the morning and their baby was crying (not blaming the crying baby, ours have done this) but, kids should be asleep by 2:00 AM, not coming home with mom and dad talking loudly and putting on the TV. Pool was nice but, beach water was either silt or oily so, I wouldn’t let the kids play in it. Beach water in town near the Holiday Inn seemed much cleaner and this surprised me. Shuttle bus to town was reliable but, took a half hour or so each way. We stayed at the Holiday Inn during two previous stays and if we return that would be our hotel of choice.

If you like being around Russians - plenty of them - and having no one able to speak English then this is the place to stay. The hotel and surrounds were clean, the pool lovely, the ocean was dirty though and not for swimming. The hotel has a wonderful courtesy bus that leaves on the hour for the city of Pataya. Without that service our stay would have been very different. There is plenty of food at breakfast, but not western. Bacon and omelettes were all that was available out of about 40 choices. Disappointed that no one at reception could speak English. We could not find anyone to help with tours etc. We booked ours through agents in Pataya City. Take your own pillow! Theirs are like bricks..

Location was lovely. A beautiful resort. The food was good. However, most of the electric sockets didn't work. Some of the staff were not very polite & friendly. In a hospitality industry a smile is very important. From my past experiences in other Bangkok hotels, I was under the impression that the Thai were always courteous & welcoming, however, apart from our sweet housekeeping lady I had was a cultural shock. Also, as most of the guest were non-Thai, the staff should brush up on their English. Apart from that the stay was a good one!

This hotel has the potential of being an amazing place to stay. The pool area is well thought out. However, a lot of the other parts of the hotel need work and thought (the small things). Some of the pool chairs are broken. The towels issued in the rooms are not always looking their best (clean, but have seen better days). The pool towels have stains and are tattered at the ends (that is when there is an attendant at the pool to issue a towel). The breakfast buffet was alrght, there needs to be a little more thought put into it (covering the fruit with something other than plastic wrap would help to keep the flies away) and there needs to be more to feed guests. I found that there was a serious lack of customer service and knowledge. The last part that did not impress me was that there were roosters next to the hotel that made noises at all hours of the day (and night) - though this may not be the fault of the hotel. I would recommend that you bypass the bargain and stay elsewehere.

The Cabana that takes you away from it all

If you are looking for a nice, quiet stay far from the nastiness of downtown Pattaya, this is the place. The room was quite comfortable and very clean. The free breakfast was definitely worth eating. And the free ride to town and back with the hotel's van was very convenient and always on time whenever I chose to ride it. True, it is a 'Little Russia' perhaps, but they need somewhere to chill out too, right. All in all a very restful place.

SEEMED LITTLE OUT OF PLACE BEFORE ENTERING. ITS 20 MIN FAR FROM THE MAIN BEACH, THE HOTEL HAS GOT A PRIVATE BEACH...GOOD BEACH . WE REACHED THIS HOTEL AT 10.30 THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US A EARLY CHECK IN INITIALLY THOUGH THEY HAD ROOMS...... THEY HAVE 10.00 AM CHECKOUT AND .14.00 HOURS CHECK IN TIME WHICH IS VERY STUPID AS ALL HOTELS WORLDWIDE HAVE 12.00 HRS CHECKOUT AND CHECK IN. ANYHOW THEY GAVE US A ROOM CHARGING 300 BAHT FOR EARLY CHECK IN WHICH I DON T KNOW WHY THE CHARGES BUT SINCE I WAS WITH FAMILY PAID FOR IT. THE PROPERTY WAS GOOD ROOMS GOOD NEAT DECENT CLASSY BUT THE ISSUE FOR FOOD , THEY DINT HAVE ENOUGH CHOICE ON INDIAN FOOD VEG OR NON VEG FOOD. The hotel in the photographs looks great. In reality, it is ragged around the edges, poor maintainance, bathroom fixtures falling off the walls, dirty tiles and doors and the neighbourhood is rather scruffy. The water in the swimming pool was murky initially and, worst of all, we had to sleep on the sofa bed as the proper bed mattress was so hard, we both had lower back ache after the first night. The staff at the front desk were helpful, but never volunteered a hello or greeting smile. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Beautiful pool! View of the sea is nice, but it isn't a swimming beach. The room was ok...a bit shabby. It just didn't feel clean enough. Receptionists are rude. Upon check out the clerk asked us if we used the condom in our room... I was traveling with my daughter! I told her no, but she did not believe me and then charged me 60 baht for it. I was quite insulted.

I would highly recommend a different hotel...stay at the Hard Rock or Holiday Inn! This hotel is isolated and you have to depend on a shuttle or a taxi to get anywhere. When you are out in Pattaya, it gets very hot and gross. I had wished my room were closer so I could freshen up during our outings. The value isn't there...

Hotel location is too far from City, its OK ,near to Sea

but Staff is too much rood, not at all helping , even not guided properly for any thing.

Language problem is one thing, but the ATTITUDE and Behaviour is totally Bad.

They are least bothered for your stay and comfort

Everthing is chargeable even for kids play zone or whatever you get in other hotels.

Good hotel. Nice ambience. But too far away from pattaya centre. Also if you tend to walk towards the road, some street dogs would chase you. Great if you take the hotel shuttle.

The BEST in its class.

Wonderful and a brilliant resort to stay. Me and my wife enjoyed the stay here. Hotel is situated just a little away from town but not to worry at all as the hotel provides free shuttle every hour to the town and parts of it. I would recommend any of my friend or family to stay at BVC if going to pattaya as it is the best and worth the money. I stayed in 3 hotels during my trip in thailand and this was the best of all. Superb view, clean & tidy and very freindly staff. Deal expedia offers is superb so dont have to look out other websites. Strike the deal right away if you see availability with expedia for bella villa cabana.

All holiday goers going to pattaya, without second thaught you may go ahead with BVC as it is best in its class.

I will only stay here if ever happened to visit pattaya again.

Peaceful, a bit remote location

Bella Villa Cabana is clean, nice and comfortable hotel located about 7 km from Pattaya beach. neighbourhood is quiet, no other hotels close and maybe one restaurant very close. Good for families and those who want to avoid to see the unpleasant side of town.Not suitable for those who want to hit the bars, because you have to travel always with a taxi or with hotels own shuttle. Hotel is about 30 m from the sea, it has an own beach. Guests mainly russian.

Its a good Property , right for Family as away from the city and the sensitive areas. For Indians - have to be careful as does not offer any vegetarian food.

Perfect if you love swimming and for a family getaway.

The staff treated us very well from the moment we arrived there till we were leaving. We had a very delicious breakfast every morning. The swimming pool was fanatstic. We spend most of our time there. The hotel even supply towels at the pool. We also made use of the suana and steam room. We were on the 5th floor of the hotel and we experienced breathtaking sunsets from our balcony over the sea. The hotel is on the beach, but the water was brown and no one swam there. The bus service from the hotel to Pattaya was very good. We often made use of that. The hotel is quite a distance from central Pattaya, but to us that made it more special. It was so much nicer not to be in the very busy Pattaya. We could go to Pattaya whenever we felt like it and afterwards return to our quite and peaceful hotel.

This hotel was very clean the day staff was great pool area and beach great. Only thing do not check in at night the staff at night was as good as not having anyone there. It is way out on the edge of Pattaya so unless you plain on stayer there a lot of taxis to go any place but still a very good hotel

ห้องกว้างกว่าโรงแรมอื่นๆทั่วไป มีจานชามช้อนและไมโครเวฟเตรียมไว้ให้ รวมทั้งอ่างล้างจาน ซึ่งนับว่าสะดวกแก่ผู้เข้าพัก ถือว่าเป็นจุดเด่น
จุดด้อยคือความสะอาดโดยเฉพาะห้องพัก มีเส้นผมกระจายอยู่ทั่วห้องพัก วิธีทำความสะอาดต้องปรับปรุงควรเช็ดพื้นให้แห้งไม่ควรปล่อยให้พื้นแห้งเอง เพราะเกิดคราบสกปรก

ดีมากเหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อนเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

ส่วนมากชอบเกือบทุกอย่างครับ แต่ที่ไม่ชอบและนึกออกตอนนี้มีอย่างเดียวคือ ทำไมบริการเกี่ยวกับการออกกำลังกาย เช่นฟิตเนท สระว่ายน้ำ สตรีมและซาวน่า เป็นต้น ปิดเร็วจัง คือเปิดให้บริการตอน7.00น ดีแล้วครับ แต่ปิดให้บริการ 21.00นตรง ผมว่าปิดเร็วไปหน่อยนะครับ

Service made our stay from an 3 to 4.

Beds need to be improwed. And they made the change for us.

To recive an 5 they need to exeed shuttleservice , several more slots. This works well , but woyd be appriciated woith more often.

Pool is nice, but did not see the pool cleaned in our stay of 9 nights....

Good and bad

Room was big and clean. For me the beds where littlle to hard. Alittle worn out.
Staff are frendly but not good at english but it works out. Pool is good and clean.
Not a private bech as it says. There is a bech walk between hoteln and sea. Alot of Thais walking sitting on bech for picknic. Sea is dirty and muddy. Be aware there is a parking space next to hotel, where Thais plays music to midnight - 3 am in the morning. They also sell drinks/food. We stayed at 8th floor and heard the base every night.
Some restaurants around, but hotel restaurant is cheap and nice tasty.
Free shuttle buss to Pattaya.

좋은점 나쁜점 골고루 갖춘곳 취향에 따라 선택하기 나름

시내와 멀어 호텔 주변에서 할 수 있는게 거의 없음. 편의점은 걸어서 20분 넘게 가야 갈 수 있고 심지어 마사지숍도 없어 시내까지 나가야 하는 불편함. 그나마 다행인건 시내로 나가는 셔틀이 2시간(?) 정도마다 한번 있어 교통비 절감에 도움이 됨.
바다와 인접해 있어 경치가 좋음. 하지만 바다의 컨디션은 좋지 않음. 숙소 관리해 주시는 분이 청소 후 수건으로 코끼리와 다양한 동물을 만들어 감동을 주었음.
룸서비스로 오는 식사는 가격도 괜찮고 맛과 양도 괞찮았음. 조식도 맛있었으나 일부 음식에 개미가 기어다녀 청결 유지에 신경을 조금만 썼으면 좋겠음.
조용히 쉬러 가기에는 좋음. 하지만 쇼핑과 관광 마사지 등 주변 인프라를 즐기기에는 불편함.
