Friendly staff members who were willing to help us anyway they could. Breakfast included loads of meat; perhaps more selection for vegetarians/pescatarians/vegans in the future. We were surprised that parking wasn't included in the price. All in all, a nice hotel experience.

Not impressed and not worth the money

Average rating is generous. The only good thing about this hotel for the price paid is that it is in the centre. I opted for a king size bed and got 2 single beds pushed against each other which led to me falling in between them in the middle of the night. The breakfast was not that great either. I was surprised to see that the croissants that haven’t been eaten the previous day and became stale were used the next day for breakfast and only once those have finished fresh ones would be provided. Furthermore one evening I asked for an extra blanket around 8pm as it was getting too cold and was told that I will have to wait until 10pm as there was no one to cover the reception desk whilst the person brings me the blanket. my partner actually suggested to ask for our money back and change hotel at one point

Excellent Hotel. Literally footsteps away from both bus stop and Zero Point of Ski Gondola Lifts (20 seconds walk). Awesome restaurants all around. Very friendly staff. Laura at the restaurant was very nice and always smiling. Seeing her smile first thing in the morning at breakfast provided +ve energy for the day.

Got Superior room with en-suite private sauna. Recommend this as after a full day of ski run your body needs 45-60 mins within the sauna. The public hotel sauna on the 1st floor is also very nice. Overall excellent trip. Take the bus to South Point from the Coca-Cola bus station located on Zero Point and practice skiing there before hitting the slopes at Zero Point.

Nice Hotel, if you want a quite stay in the summer

I have stayed at this hotel twice on my trips across Finnish lapland. Of all the hotels I have stayed in Finland this is easily one of the best. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room that I saw the most Finnish thing I have ever seen and that was my own Sauna. The one thing to keep in mind is that during the summer many of the shops have limited hours as this is more a wintertime destination, although there are still several things to do and places to eat.

Viewpoint for the northern lights

Decided to visit Levi to see the northern lights. No luck as it was too cloudy but this hotel is a fabulous base. Slap bang in the middle of resort it’s surrounded by great bars and restaurants and less than five minutes to the chair lift. Our suite was enormous - a massive lounge and separate bedroom , two bathrooms and the ultimate luxury a sauna. The breakfast was vast and well timed fro 7-11 and the reception staff friendly and knowledgeable. Ski storage not as convenient or well appointed (no boot warmers) as other places we’ve stayed but a minor detail.

Average hotel, good location.

Hotel was more like an apartment block. We stayed in a "Kide" building which is separate to the hotel so had to dress up warm every morning to brave the -21'C as we had to venture outside and across the street, just to have breakfast (not so easy with a 2year old). Breakfast itself was very basic, just avaerage continental with a tray of sausages and a tray of bacon next to it. Reception staff were very helpful and always greeting you with a smile and also the cleaning team. The breakfast staff however (one small male with glasses and a shaved head) extremely rude, to the point of standing at your table asking when you are leaving as 'you've had enough." I also saw him turn away a lone female with a newborn as she was 5 minutes past the cut off time (even though she only asked for a bottle of milk).

The hotel is in a great location right in the Heart of the village but the building seemed to attract groups of males who were often rowdy and loud during the evenings.

All in all I'd recommend this hotel if your on a stag do for a cheap week away, if your looking for a quality hotel to stay with your family id recommend the 'The hotel hullo poro' .

Convenient and great staff but don't book standard

The staff were polite and helpful. The location is great. It's safe and the room is clean. Only issue is that if you get a standard room, there will be no toiletries provided, no kettle, no mugs or spoons. For the price, I'll still expect the bare minimum.

not a fantastic hotel

A hotel without a kettle. to get a kettle pay 5 euros at the reception. Next, the hotel at level 1 is a pub that plays loud music throughout the day and night. you can still hear the music after closing the windows. the hotel light switches are at obscure positions. good luck finding them when you first arrive at the hotel.

Great hotel central to all facilities

Great hotel, room spacious with sauna! Kettle in room with teas and coffee replenished daily. Microwave in corridor, handy when traveling with a baby for warming food. Breakfasts were good and plenty of fresh food. Never had to wait for a table or queue for food and we were there a week before Christmas. Would highly recommend 😀

Being right in Levi centre your only 2-3 minutes away from all you need. Would definitely recommend over other hotels we have stayed in Levi!

Was central to activities in Levi. Ski slope was a very short walk away and other activities were nearby such as husky and snowmobile safaris. Supermarket nearby if self catering. Parking at hotel seemed overpriced at €16 per day car park by ski slope did not appear to be charged though likely to be very busy during peak season. Very walkable area and lots of transfer options - car probably unnecessary though made it easier for us to transfer between this hotel and the igloos which we stayed at before here.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed spending the additional for the better room with heated floors and small couch area in the large bedroom (room 701) the breakfast were fantastic and the location was also great. Definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is centrally located within the ski town where you find many restaurants, shops and Ski slope. The room is big and spacious but the problem is, there is no hot flask or boiler in the room to make water.

You can even walk about 1km to a lake (near K5 hotel) to hunt for the northern lights yourself.

Good position in the village.

The hotel has several buildings close to each other, so in -30c you might have to walk across the street for breakfast. The bedroom was far too hot with no heating controls. But the hotel was neat, clean and tidy, good location and our room had a balcony from whuch we could see the ski slopes.

I stayed in the hotel recently with my family for a week's skiing. The hotel is modern and stylish, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in an excellent location, only 100m from the ski lift. Dining was excellent. Highly recommended and we'd definitely stay there again.

Sisäänkirjautuessa lapsi huomioitiin ihanasti. Hänelle juteltiin ja sai smoothiepussin tervetulolahjaksi. Meille myös annettiin käyttöön tilava huone, jonne rattaat mahtuivat hyvin myös eteiseen. Lapsella oli tilaa temmeltää huoneessa. Erityisesti huoneen ikkunaa korostanut karhuverho oli lapsen mieleen ja sitä jaksoi osoitella koko ajan.
Huonekaluja piti siirrellä huoneessa, tuolin jalan siltä löytyi pilleri, onneksi huomasimme sen ennen lasta. Roskakori voisi olla kannellinen, se kiinnosti lasta aika paljon. Hotellihuoneet ovat usein valoisia myös yöllä. Lapin kesällä jotkut rullaverhot yms ei ois yhtään huonot. Lapsi nukkui hyvin, ku. Eteiseen rakennettiin päiväpeitteistä pimentävä suoja. Me aikuiset taas vaihtelevasti valosaasteen vuoksi. Sänky myös oli omaan makuun liian pehmeä. Onneksi viivyimme vain yhden yön. Useamman yön jälkeen olisi selkä ollut ihan rikki. Lasten leikkihuone oli ihanan viihtyisä ja lapselle riitti tekemistä. Aamupala myös maistui erinomaisesti koko perheelle.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. The breakfast was good, but for the last few days we were there the croissants had dissapeared. We had a room at the front of the hotel so we sometimes heard some noise, but it wasnt too bad. What was annoying was early risers that stomped through the hotel in their ski boots..
Location was great. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and walking distance from the slope. We had a great stay.

En outre le fait de devoir réserver le ménage soit disant pour économiser l'eau ...Un petit coup d'apiraeur ou de balai + faire les lits cela ne consomme pas d'eau...

Iso, siisti ja toimiva huone; sopivan napakka vuode ja ihana parveke! Kylpyhuoneessa suihku osin avoin oven suuntaan, joten lattia kastuu varmasti. Huoneen äänieristys ei ole paras mahdollinen (naapurihuoneen miesten keskustelu kuului läpi, vaikkei sanoista sentään selvää saanutkaan), joten korvatulpat saattavat olla herkkäuniselle tarpeen. Aamupala tavanomainen, mutta kaikki oli siististi ja käytännöllisesti esillä. Oikein ystävällinen ja miellyttävä henkilökunta!

Suuri huone ja hyvät sängyt

Hotelli oli hyvin koiraystävällinen ja huone suuri. Siisteydessä olisi ollut toivomisen varaa, minkä lisäksi aamulla enne kahdeksaa alkoi pauke kuulua huoneeseen, minkä alkuperästä edes respassa ei tiedetty. Majoittuisin kyllä uudelleen.

Hotelli mukava, siisti, rauhallinen. Hyvä aamupala ja respassa hyvä palvelu. Ravintolan palvelu ei ihan kohdillaan. Palvelukulttuuria ravintolassa kannattaa hioa. Asiakkaan nopeampi huomioimien olisi iso edistys ja plussa kokonaiskuvaan. Nyt odotimme pöytään ohjaamista useita minuutteja samalla kun useampi henkilökunnan jäsen pyöri tiskin ympärillä tai muuten vaan salissa ilman kiirettä. Odotimme juomia pitkään vaikka asiakkaita ei ollut kuin muutama lisäksemme.

El hotel se divide en 3 edificios, el principal con sauna y el comedor donde sieven el desayuno, el unico detalle es si te toca en alguno de los otros dos tener que salir de tu edificio sobretodo cuando terminas de andar en el sauna.

Ett mycket trevligt hotell, plats för bilen i varmgarage under hotellet. Frukosten var suverän, inget saknades, det fanns till och med kaffeost! Rummet var stort och rymligt med balkong, tillgänglighetsanpassningen var imponerande med flera stödhandtag i badrummet och både duschstol och pall. Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet.

Muutaman yön visiitti. Mukava hotelli ja kiva sijainti. Hotelli sinänsä ei tarjoa elämyksiä, mutta sijainti ja lähipalvelut varmasti takaavat että lomareissu on antoisa. Ravintolassa maistuvat annokset, tosin menu on sen tyyppinen ettei siellä hirveän usein tule käytyä. Huoneeni oli oikein siisti ja sinänsä asiallinen.

Huoneemme oli upea ja jäimme oikeastaan kaipaamaan ainoastaan kenkälusikkaa. Aamupala oli hyvä mutta ei mitenkään häikäisevä, eli se kaipaisi ehkä pientä ”ekstraa” kuten hyvää kauramaitoa tai maukkaampaa vohvelitaikinaa.

Hôtel aux standards internationaux

Hôtel idéalement placé ,au coeur de la station , près des arrêts de bus et des pistes de ski .Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien garni autant en salé qu'en sucré .
Le personnel de l'accueil est très aimable , cherche les renseignements demandés .
Le seul point négatif est que les chambres ne sont pas toutes dans le bâtiment principal , il faut donc traverser une rue , monter des escaliers verglacés, habillés chaudement dès le matin pour aller au petit déjeuner .

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Levi. Das Hotel liegt optimal, mitten im Ort, aber auch nahe an der Piste. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und Essen sind hervorragend.
