The arrival by gondola was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was excellent, sauna was hot & spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also loved having a balcony, and saw the northern lights from the Sky Bar! 10/10 would stay here again

Loved the location a little away from the town center and up high for a great overview! Breakfast was amazing and Natalya serviced it so well and with a sweet smile!

Our room was cleaned and we appreciated Tanya for her special attention to our hot chocolate…thank you.

Katja and Outi at the front desk were a delight, smiling and very helpful.

We also appreciated the laundry service available. It was off season and everything was delightful.

Gondola, ski slopes, Northern Lights and much more.

I had booked a superior room but was given a superior disabled room which was disappointing. On asking why - 'that's what the system allocated'. I would have asked for a room change but it was late and we were tired from a long journey and the restaurant closed in 15 minutes time. The staff were very cordial (and looked a tad embarrassed)

Our stay at the hotel was good overall. The rooms were large, spacious and well equipped.

The location of the hotel was great as well, made skiing in and out easy, with the ski lockers conveniently located.

The only inconvenience we encountered was during the check-in. Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm. We arrived at the hotel at 7pm but were told that the room was not ready and that we needed to wait for another hour or so. This was generally quite disappointing given the late timing and the staff did nothing to accommodate.

Very nice hotel in top of the slopes. Rooms have a nice view and the infra-structure of the hotel is very good and fancy. The sauna is perfect. The Hotel's restaurant is very good as well. There is a gondola and a shuttle bus for those that want to go to Levi city center. I loved to stay there and recommend it to everybody that can afford it.

Lovely located hotel with nice and big rooms. The view onto the slopes is amazing. The connection to the centre of Levi is with a gondola which is driving the whole day. But we got for our stay (2 nights) a ticket for which lasted for 24 hours, starting when you check-in and not when you start your first drive with the gondola. You would have to pay for the extra days. I think the connection tickets should be included for the whole stay. The big rooms are very comfortable, clean and with a nice bathroom. Though the water pressure and temperature were varying a lot and the shower fittings are kinda rubbish, loose and spraying everywhere. Breakfast was nice but the variation could be a bit better (some fresh fruits would be nice). The personal at the breakfast was very dedicated and kept the buffet tidy.

It is an unforgettable experience to stay at this hotel. The view is really outstanding from each floor and the large windows make it very special. Breakfast was nice and we were looked after very well by the hotel staff. The condola ticket is actually included in each reservation, this was a nice surprise as well. I definitely recommend this hotel for any kind of visit, it is a very special place with an amazing view of the midnight sun during the summer and the the magical Northern lights in the winter.

Christmas destination

Having stayed in Levi a few times for Christmas we decided to give the Panorama a try and were happy with our choice.

Like all hotels there are a few things that they could do better, the obvious one being to brighten the place up for Christmas. This is a key hotel in Lapland yet there were minimal decorations and a poor Christmas feel. There was nothing to give the kids a wow.

If you're looking for a classy hotel then this is the one but if you're looking for somewhere that has that Lapland Christmas wow then I'm afraid not. That said the staff are fantastic and can only work with what they have available.

One piece of advice I would give, assuming it doesn't change is skip the hotel's Christmas gala dinner. We found it to be overpriced, bland and the whole area lacking any form of festive feel. We did comment to the hotel and they kindly arranged for us to have a 2nd meal on them - which was very much appreciated you certainly get the feeling they genuinely want you to be very happy. The staff really couldn't do enough.

My only 'downer' on the hotel is that they don't get into the Christmas spirit, which is strange for a hotel in Lapland but as our kids are getting older its less of an issue for us.

A true gem for your holidays in Finland!!!!

Ive spent great vacation time in Finland and Panorama hotel has played a key role on this! Rooms are great, all the comfort you need (sauna inside of the room!!!) along with great views! we tried different bars and restaurants and amazing service in all of them. Breakfast buffet very good-though if I may add something, more vegan options will be mich appreciated!!!

Awesome location, near to the top of the gondola. Easy access to the village below via walking or the gondola. Panoramic views and sumptuous food during breakfast at restaurant and we had the best view of the aurora on the last night in Levi at the carpark, just outside the main entrance. Staff provided cheerful and helpful service. A wonderful place to stay!

Simply the best in the area

Probably the best place in the area for a family vacation. We stayed at chalet which was perfectly furnished with the kitchenware and all you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The in-apartment privat sauna was a great advantage as well. A one minute walk to the skiing site and a good (and free) cabin lift connection with the village center. Highly recommended

Everything is convenient with Hotel Panorama. From the airport shuttle to the location right on the slopes, it doesn't go any smoother than this. They cater to the guests and were ready at check-in with my visitor package. It more than surpassed every expectation.

Skiing holiday same as last year. Hotel and skiing was so good had to come back again. Usual great service at the front desk from Martin. He is just naturally helpful, good at his job and obviously takes pride in it.
Food a bit ordinary in the buffet but what you would expect from the price.Service staff behind the bar and at breakfast dinner very friendly and welcoming with special mention to Dutch girl Shanna.
Hotel provides easy access to town and ski in ski facility from brilliant set up with the ski locker room provided free. Free laundry facility that was there last year discontinued and did miss that option. All in all, would always stay there as first choice.
