The room were perfect 2 storey with decent kitchen and sauna. separate washroom was great. all clean and immaculate.
The only issue was the breakfast. It would be great to include more vegetarian options. The butter ran out and they could not replace it.

Beautiful hotel, central location, friendly staff who helped every night get milk for my baby. Rooms are on the small side, however they are fit for purpose with very comfortable beds. Great variety at breakfast, fruit, waffles, eggs, porridge etc. couldn’t fault our stay.

Lovely hotel close to all shops, restaurants and ski slopes. We really liked the private sauna in our room, which was well needed after a days ski.

The staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was fantastic, a large spread even through we were there during low season with hardly any other guests, that was appreciated. The room however was clean but a little outdated, and basic compared to the other Lapland hotel chain rooms we’ve stayed at. The bathroom was very, very tight, even for two adults. The bed was mediocre but a little springy. The area was great except not a whole lot was going on or opened in the month of August but I can see this hotel to be very convenient in the winter season. Overall we were happy with the stay, but it was not the best Lapland accommodation we stayed at during our travels.

Apartment was fine, not value for money.

The hotel reception and main building was pretty nice but the apartment we were assigned was okay. The building/ apartments were old and pretty outdated and the beds were not the most comfortable. Somehow we ran out of hot water at night after using the sauna and had to shower in freezing cold water. Maintenance stopped by early the next morning but the issue had resolved itself. Pretty expensive for what we received. Buffet breakfast was good and they had a lot of options!

An affordable option for this very expensive ski town. Room was not renovated, but still felt ok. Enjoyed the in-room sauna. Disappointed by staff’s lack of local knowledge or knowledge of the hotel itself. They were not trained to the level I would expect. Biggest issue is the hotel’s relationship with la Francoise des Circuits. The guide Catherine brought a very large, loud, rude tourist group to the hotel. They threw a massive party in the lobby right next to my room and I didn’t sleep until 2am. They got kicked out and then stood outside my room window on the porch for an additional hour at midnight. It was really bad form. Behavior I would expect from university students but they were all adults. Ruined my final night at the hotel.

Sirkantähti on hyvin toimiva, edullinen ja loistavalla paikalla!
Oli toista kertaa Sirkantähti hotellissa, ensimmäinen oli noin 20 vuotta sitten, hotelli huoneessa.Tällä kertaa olin Tähtipuisto asunnossa joka on erittäin tilava, kaksi kerroksinen ja saunallinen. Kaikki toimii hyvin ja mitään tarvittavaa ei puuttunut. Toki sisustus on vähän kärsinyt vuosien mittaan ja ehkä siivoamisessa on hiukka parantamisen tilaa. Ystävällinen vastaanoton työntekijä päästi minut sisälle huoneistoon kahta tuntia aiemmin! Hän myös antoi minulle tunnin lisäaikaa lähtiessä. Aamiainen on mahtava! Kaikki mitä itse tarvitsen, paras puuro ja työntekijät pitävät alueet ja pöydät todella puhtaina! Jos pieni kuluminen kalusteissa jne ei haittaa, todella suosittelen Sirkantähteä!

Nice hotel, but noisy room in morning

We stayed at this hotel for the last night of our stay in Levi. (We could only book for 6 out of the 7 nights at our main hotel)
The reception staff were very helpful and let us use the luggage room to store our cases after we checked out so we could ski for the day and catch our evening flight. Breakfast was the usual buffet type so not bad.
The room was comfortable, has a small private sauna in the bathroom, but unfortunately was separate twin beds. Would be a good idea if the twin beds had a large double sheet on them when a couple stays as if you try and get close in the night the beds seperate and you could end up on the cold floor!
Also our room unfortunately backed on to where Lapland safaris works from...so very early there were snowmobiles being moved outside our window, & were quite noisy.
Overall nice hotel but could have been a bit better

Booked this hotel at the last minute as my flight was late at 9:45pn and all the hotels requires check out time at 11am. Spent a couple hours in this hotel just to relax and to drop by between ski.
Very large hotel with many rooms but the room is quite small and old fashion. About 5-8mins to Zeor Point but 3mins to the nearest supermarket.

Nice vacation apartment

Cozy little apartment with four single beds, kitchenette, washer/dryer, refrigerator, dish washer, and private sauna. Within walk-distance to restaurants, supermarket, and Levi ski resort. Plenty of parking space. Very close to Lapland Safaris office, with great convenience for Arctic activities. But no house keeping. It would be nice if there could be an extra set of fresh towels. Staff members were very friendly and always willing to help. We got some small problem fixed at 8pm, right after we reported it to the front desk. Hotel restaurant was great with a wide choice of dishes at reasonable prices.

Small studio apartment with kitchenette and SAUNA! Sauna was a real plus after long day of skiing. Its approx 10 minutes walk from Zero Point / eturinne..that is with regular shoes on :) a bit longer with ski boots on. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. There is a fridge, stove, dishwasher and washing machine in room. Studio is too small for more people than 2..since its just one room. Staff is great and friendly and breakfast is awesome!!!!

A really central location close to the slopes.

We expected this to be a hotel but in reality it was an apartment a short distance from the main reception building. The reason I give it 5 stars is because this actually worked out a lot better for us in the end. Breakfast was included, but we were able to make our own dinners etc. which is a lot cheaper than eating out all the time. The room had it's own private sauna and was really conveniently located. The staff were fantastic too. Our flight arrived really early, and although the check in time was only at 4pm, they allowed us to store our luggage and promised to call us as soon as the room was ready, which they did at about 1pm. My luggage was also delayed and when Finnair delivered it to the hotel, reception called me immediately to let me know. All in all were were very happy with the service and the facilities. I would really recommend this.

Es war alles einwandfrei. Schneller unkomplizierter Check in. Personal stets hilfsbereit wenn wir Fragen hatten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hat auch ein paar Sachen enthaltenen die wir noch nicht kannten. Das Apartment war geräumig für uns drei und die Betten waren auch gut. Am besten war der Schrank zum Kleider trocknen. Das war oft notwendig. Die Sauna haben wir auch 1x getestet. Anmerkung hierzu: wenn die Sauna läuft, geht der Trockenschrank nicht.

Flott opphold i Levi for første gang på Lapland Hotels. God frokost og god middag. Anbefaler å prøve "Hurmos porridge" til frokost. Hotellet ligger sentralt til og er bemannet hele døgnet. Leilighetene er utstyrt med alt man trenger for å kunne lage mat. Renholdet er bra.

Yövyimme Ylläs-Levi hiihdon vuoksi yhden yön hotellissa. Asiakaspalvelu oli ensiluokkaista, aamupala hyvä ja hotellin sijainti erinomainen - keskustassa ja parkki ilmainen. Huone todella nuhjuinen ja tuntui aikakapselilta jonnekin 90-luvulle tai aiemmaksi, eli todellakin rempan tarpeessa on tilat. Muuten mukava kokemus.

Som barnfamilj när man vill kunna sova är de inte optimalt att boka rum med loft då de är fler lägenheter i samma hus och lyhört. Andra som festar på natten. Fint rum med bastu och kök. Överpris på middags buffe för 250 kr/per, torrt kött/vegitarisk biff , inga såser. Vill man att kaffet ska smaka kaffe, tar man med sig extra frystorkat till restaurangen.

Oikein hyvä hotelli. Koira otettiin ilolla vastaan vastaanotossa. Huone oli suht pieni mutta siellä oli kuivauskaappi sekä sauna mitkä oli meille erittäin tärkeät, talven vaellusta varten. Aamupala oli nouto aamupala mutta sekään ei haitannut. Aamupalalla oli nimittäin ehkä maailman parhain poro-ruisleipä tarjolla. Ihan mahtava. Hotellin sijainti on todella hyvä, lähellä ihan kaikkea.

Huone oli melko kulunut. Kahvinkeitin halvin mahdollinen. Lumen pudottajat kävi ja tekivät terassin eteen 1,5 m näköesteen. Henkilökunta osaavaa ja auttavaisia.

Hotellin sijainti oli loistava. Meidän huoneisto tien puolella joka ei niin kiva, kuin sisäpihan puoleiset. Kelkkojen reitti menee juuri sillä puolelle ajotien lisäksi.
Palvelu todella hyvää ja aamiainen loistava.

Yhden yön yöpyminen

Hotellin yleistilat siistit. Huoneet siistit, mutta hieman nuhjuiset. Wc-suihkutilassa kylmä eikä lämpöä saanut lisättyä. Aamupala oikein maistuva! Hinta-laatusuhde kuitenkin kohdallaan.

Moni kakku päältä kaunis

Huone vaikutti ensinäkemältä siistiltä ja tarkoituksenmukaiselta. Oleskelun aikana vaikutelmat muuttuivat: suihku/saunan käyttöohje oli lähinnä uhkaava, koska siinä sanottiin, että ohjeenvastainen toiminta voi johtaa palohälytykseen, jonka asukas joutuu maksamaan. Asunnossa oli elämisen jälkiä, apk lommoilla (emme käyttäneet), jääkaappi vinossa mutta toimiva, putki-tv oli... no, emme tulleet teeveetä katsomaan mutta olisiko aika vaihtaa paloturvallisempaan sekin. Mutta palvelu pelasi ja oli ammattimaisen joustavaa mukautuessaan yöpymistarpeisiimme, ja aamupala oli monipuolinen vaikkakin yllätyksetön. Vaatimattomina ihmisinä voimme yleiarvosteluna sanoa, että välttihän tuo, kiitos henkilökunnan.
