The room I was provided had no working outlets, the tv did not work and nothing was done about it.
I was also bit by bugs on my chest and upper back. I have red bites that go in a straight line that are consistent with bed bug bites. A refund would be appropriate.

There were dog footprints that were stained into the freshly changed sheets on my bed when I entered the room. There were roaches in the room. the bed was sunken in, which makes clear that they do not ever rotate or replace the mattresses. The shower was a corner shower like the ones in an RV. The toilet flushed, but did not take the contents down with the water, thus flushing was a series of 4-5 flushes. The second floor walkways are crumbling, and severely slanted, which clearly demonstrates that they are not safe, and are going to collapse in the near future. This was evidenced by one of the three staircases being closed because of the same deterioration of the concrete. This was a very unpleasant stay.

The facility look clean on the outside the room was okay although the linens and tiles had multiple hairs on them some of the fixtures were loose and AC vent were broken but still worked so I would give it a 3 out of 5. The parking lot was filled with people loitering in the area some just waiting on the parking lot with bikes looked homeless but you can't judge nowadays. I'm a single man and I personally didn't have any issues with safety but not a place I would bring my family and kids. One of the staff told me that there is a man at the end of the hotel that would refuse to leave so police department had to destroy the door to get them out. Not any fault of the hotel but just the type of population they seem to attract.

The staff was super nice, friendly and efficient at both check in and check out. A-plus on that.
The room was generally clean. The building is in dire need of renovations. Key locks and handle worked great but the actual door is old and have very large holes where the previous lock was. The bed was on a tall platform which a step stool should accompany such a tall bed. Also, there was no iron, hair dryer, microwave or mini fridge. The shower was a bit odd but it was okay. The towels were a little on the rough side. There were only two pillows on a queen sized bed.
MAIN ISSUE: there no outlets near the bed, desk and table. The only outlets were where the tv was plugged in and in the bathroom.

Absolutely best motel 6 I've stayed at. I travel for work and plan with budget in mind. Motel 6 is usually my go to. However, this specific motel 6 was clean, quiet, warm welcoming and felt safe to be at. Definitely worth a night but don't be surprised if you find yourself staying longer 👍

If only this motel was better cared for and cleaner!

Parking is plentiful and I was able to park close to my room on the second floor. The staff were all friendly and accomodating.

The location is convenient to explore Old Prescott. The Prescott Junction restaurant is located adjacent to the motel and has delicious pies and pastries in addition to their American style menu.

I did not stay a second night because the room I was finally put into was really gross. The bathroom sink had moss and filth around the base of the faucet. The corners of every room were gross with dirt and had not been adequately cleaned. Really only the bed and sheets and the shower were clean.

This was the worst motel I have ever encountered. We booked this place with three other couples, thinking it would be decent since it’s close to downtown Prescott. While it is within walking distance, that was the only positive.

From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. Every couple had issues getting into their rooms — the doors literally would not open. The front desk employee couldn’t even access some of the rooms with his universal key. Because of this, 2 out of 4 couples had to be moved to different rooms, which was frustrating and time-consuming.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The smell was unbearable — like extreme body odor mixed with cat urine. It felt neglected, unclean, and completely unsanitary.

I also did not feel safe at all. The front desk attendant gave off extremely uncomfortable, unsafe vibes, to the point that I was genuinely concerned about privacy while staying there. Overall, the environment was unsettling and not somewhere anyone should feel comfortable staying.

Do not stay here unless you truly do not care about cleanliness, safety, or your surroundings. Walking distance to downtown is not worth this experience.

The room was the size of a closet the fridge was broken andwe saw around 8 cockroaches. The staff where not helpfull. It took amost a half hour to get checked in the lady had no idea how to do it she had to get on the phone with her boss to figure it out. I would not recommend this pace at all.

I am of the indigenous community and work for my local county government where I reside for the last 26 years. When arriving to check into my room on 10-17-2025 in the evening. The male clerk asked who was all in the vehicle with me and wanted all adult identifications. Which I complied with. He proceeded to tell me, after I signed the check in form. You promise not to steal anything from us? I told the male clerk, I dont steal!!! I have respect and integrity for myself. That erked me and left a bad feeling with me. I couldn't leave because I had pre-paid online. And I knew if I left, I would not get a refund on my room. I've traveled on county business throughout my county employment over two decades and never once was I asked for all my adult family members identification at check in at any hotel I have ever stayed at!!!! I was definitely racial profiled and it made me feel very unsettled. I paid $123 for a room with no microwave or mini frig. I won't be staying here ever again. Please be better to your customers for futeure reference.

We didn’t even stay cause of how nasty the room was. I reserved a non smoking room but they gave me a smoking room. When I walked in it smelt horrible the walls were yellow and there was roaches crawling on the floor and underneath the door. I left and wasn’t refunded my money. I will never go there again. The only good thing was the front desk employee she was super nice and helpful. But I would not recommend going here at all.

No frills but good enough

This is a bare bones hotel. Don't expect extras of any sort. But if you need an inexpensive place to sleep, then this is it. It's a little old but is clean. The AC knobs were only partly functional but we kept plenty cool in July. The room was small to the point one bed was right against the AC. But again, on a holiday weekend, this facility kept their rates down.

We booked a non-smoking room and they had a whole non smoking building, however the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The person I was traveling with has asthma and we were unable to stay in the room without her having severe symptoms. They were unable to accommodate us and refused a refund.

Check in was super easy. When i called that the AC unit wouldnt turn on maintenance showed up and got it going right away. I think the unit may need more work as it didnt seem to keep the room cool enough and shared my thoughts with staff. They were very grateful for my feedback.

Hotel needs renovations. We booked last minute so only affordable hotel. Since last minute we ended up with a smoking room and the smell was awful. Rooms are run down. Staff tried best to help us. They put a filter in room but could only help so much. Staff attentive and lady who worked front desk super friendly and came right away when requested extra towels and batteries for remote.

Daughter's needed a place close to the hospital the wife was in icu after surgery they had to clean the shower with bleach to use it , then mais service came in the only thing they did was take out the trash no clean sheets or towels were left they had to go to the front desk to ask for towels , don't be fooled by the pictures on the website what you see is not what you get
