I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations for a relaxing visit.

One area that could use improvement is the breakfast options. While there was a decent variety, it would be great if the hotel added egg white-only options for guests who prefer not to eat yolks. This would be a thoughtful addition for those who are health-conscious or have dietary preferences.

Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

The most amazing and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with options for everyone. Pool was warm and we could barely get the kids out! We all decided that we will plan a trip back just to stay here again.

We played basketball and tennis as well as sat by the gas fireplaces at night! What great options for the whole family. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

The Residence Inn by Marriott, Prescott, AZ offers two rare qualities -.an exceptionally responsive, helpful staff and restaurant-quality foods at their breakfast buffet. The suite is comfortable and clean.I also need to mention that the hotel is convenient to shopping, entertainment, and various restaurants. We'll definitely return here for future visits to Prescott.

People smoking very smelly skunk like marijuanna in front of the handicap parking space on the court. When I told the front desk they said it was legal. It was the first thing I smelled getting out of the car. I informed your staff that it wasn’t legal to smoke in public only legal in your homes . It was an awful stench and they refused to ask them to move or stop. I went out with my daughter and when I came back the lobby and the elevator , also the third floor smelled like marrijuanna. I told your staff again they said hmmmm. Like no big deal. I checked out the next morning. I did not stay my second night. I felt unheard and felt unsafe.

Very small wastebaskets were annoying and inconveniently placed. Heater/AC unit (situated right by the bed) was noisy and was on all night. Our stay was amazing! Staff is friendly and accommodating. So many things to rave about the hotel. Our room and the facility were clean. Love that it was pet friendly. Breakfast buffet did not disappoint with eggs, bacon, cheese omelette, french toast, fresh waffles then to also have all the trimmings from salsa and cheese to strawberry compote and whip cream. The pool and childrens play pool were heated!! The hot tub was so nice to soak in after a long day. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was nice aesthetically. The walls, floors and windows do not absorb noise, so you hear everything. Neighbors upstairs running back and forth all night and others slamming their doors was very annoying. So much so, I could hear the upstairs neighbor using the bathroom toilet. We couldn't enjoy breakfast due to lack of clean dishes and when we asked the lady in charge for clean bowls, she pointed to a pile of bowls that looked obviously dirty. When we questioned the cleanliness of the bowls, she replied, \" Those aren't dirty, I scratched them with my finger. They are just stained.\" With that said, we looked elsewhere for a more clean establishment that doesn't use \"their finger\" to scratch test their dishes for cleanliness.

We were so tired and road weary but once we checked in and were told about all the wonderful amenities we went to one of the two hot tubs and the heated pool. We enjoyed the beautiful fire pit on this brisk October night. Reese was the front desk clerk and he went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as we wanted to be. (Give him a raise!) the housekeeper was also very kind and considerate (I feel bad I didn’t get her name) but she was genuinely caring and kind. She could see how tired we were and she helped us as well. 10/10 recommendation! The beds were great fabulous hot shower. Big spacious room can’t say enough about how happy we are.! Of the breakfast is as good as everything else has been so far well I have complete confidence we will be back!

This property is inconsistent with the other Residence Inns I have stayed at. My room was kind of messy, as in the made up bed looked sloppy and pillows thrown on bed ( not placed ). The furniture was mismatched and kitchen was just ok. I had to go down to the front seat to get a bottle opener for my beer that I bought in the lobby. They didn’t have one either!? Property location was inconvenient and couldn’t walk to anyplace for dinner. Also, my room faced a busy highway that was under construction with work that went on at 3am. This place definitely needs a refresh to keep in line with other Marriott Residence Inns. Disappointing experience for a weary traveler.

Disappointing for a Marriott brand hotel

The hotel interior furniture and decor seemed updated. There were two lobby elevators but one was not working and there was sign indicating it was out of order. The hotel room itself was a nice space/layout however the tile floor in the kitchen/living room area were sticky. The bathroom tile floor did not look clean and there was hair on the floor. The bedroom window directly faced the main highway below so there was road noise all night. I wish I would have been notified of that upon check-in so that I could have an option for a quieter room. I tried the hot tub in the pool area at night. It was adequate (small in size - no more than two people could fit comfortably). I decided to get out of the hot tub when a large sewer roach crawled next to me on the decking next to the hot tub.

Well we were there staying as a family for a funeral. System was down when i checked in. So they had to do things manual. Whuch was okay. It took a little while and was supposed to be comped parking. Little to no hot water. And had to change rooms do to a leak in the bathroom. Our room was unlocked and open when we arrived. Both of our rooms had issues with the doors locking or not closing. Beds were super uncomfortable as well. A little upset considering we like residence inn normally.

I'd like to share my experience at one of your Prescott locations.

I spent a week at the Wyndham and decided to extend my stay by booking an additional night at the Marriott Residence Inn. Upon entering the room with my stepson, we were horrified to find it in a very dirty condition. There was blood on the wall near the outlet, and the bathroom floor was unsanitary, with spilled makeup, clumps of hair, and debris everywhere. To add to our concerns, the mattress lacked a protective sheet, which heightened our worries about health and hygiene given the blood stains.

In a hurry to attend a birthday dinner, I went downstairs to voice my concerns. The front desk receptionist offered to move us to a different room and apologized for the unsatisfactory condition. I explained that I couldn’t immediately move my belongings and asked if I could do so upon my return. She assured me this wouldn't be a problem.

However, when we returned two hours later, I was told that we could no longer switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked. I was taken aback, especially since she had previously assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. She mentioned she would try to clean the blood off the wall after seeing the photos I had shown her, but this felt like a minimal response to such serious concerns. When I raised the issue of the unprotected bedding, she merely offered me a sheet to put on myself.

Cons: Microwave Express cook 1 button wasn’t working; coffee maker was not level and tilted; dishwasher missing bottom back wheel on bottom rack; missing can opener; garbage disposal didn’t work; No trash liners and no trash service; Bed was on the floor and the bed skirt created a trip hazard; toilet handle unordinary hard to flush; light fixture cover over the kitchen table was missing; traffic side rooms very noisy; and parking in a huge lot was charged at $7 per night when it should be free for registered guests. On the positive sides: great location, near the hiking trails at Lynx; room was spacious and comfortable; kitchen had enough cookware and dishes and utensils; fridge full size; nice sized desk for working at; internet worked good; beautiful decor; felt safe and staff was great. When checking out, I relayed the list of the issues and Lori wrote them down, apologized and offered us a credit toward our bill.

The room we stayed in was not clean and we were very uncomfortable sleeping there. There was Dog food left on the floor. Requested to have the floors cleaned due to dog hair and dog food. It was still very dusty and dirty. We also found more dog food under the table after requesting to have the room cleaned.
They really need to deep clean that room.

Hotel was recently renovated. Nicely done and very clean. We booked and paid IN FULL on July 5th for our stay 8/2-8/4. Upon arrival we were told there was a $7 parking fee per day. This fee was not disclosed at time of booking. There is ample parking at this property even in the event the hotel is fully booked!! We have stayed at this hotel in the past, however will NOT be staying in the future. For the price charged for the room PARKING SHOULD BE INCLUDED!!!! The room was fully paid before arrival and no mention of any fees to be collected at the property!😡

We stayed here for a couple day to celebrate New Years and had a wonderful time! The hotel was perfect. First off, the property location was excellent. We were right in front of a Trader Joe’s so our first stop was to grab a couple groceries for our stay. Second, since the property was dog friendly we brought our pup so we could enjoy some hiking together with him, and I loved that the property had an area in the back for us to walk him around to go potty. We also loved that were able to Uber downtown for new years and we’re only about 10 mins away, and the following day only had to drive about 20 mins for some beautiful nature hikes. The property was very clean, we used the hot tub one night and it was great, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a huge plus! We absolutely recommend this place as a great stay and look forward to coming back here.
