The room was nice. The kids loved the indoor pool. Only downside was we never got to use our resort credit because the restaurant/bar was too full and loud at night and they didn’t stay open after the live music stopped at 9pm.

We stayed here twice. The first time, we didn't know to ask for a newly renovated room. The door was ajar when we first arrived because Housekeeping forgot this room needs the door repaired and didn't make sure to close the door completely. And they apparently hadn't told Maintenance to fix it. We found it to be very difficult to get the latch to engage so we could lock it. The TV and Remote were very finicky. I needed someone to come up from the desk to show me the tricks. One sink drain was clogged - again, housekeeping should have seen that and should have alerted maintenance.
The second time, we knew to ask for renovated rooms. I don't know what their designers were thinking. The shower doors are nice. But you only get a Rain Shower for the main head. There is a handheld, but it's next to useless. It's mounted at a height to spray your elbows. The head is a tiny rectangular pattern, not good for anything. Just 'different'. The mirror is mounted too low to see any of my head. Some of your guests are taller than 5' 9". All of the electrical switches were mounted upside down (European style?). Receptacles were apparently the safety version to keep young fingers from getting shocked, but mostly keeping the adults from successfully plugging anything in far enough to be useful. Lots of the floor tiles had a hollow sound - not stuck to the mortar and ready to work loose soon. But the views from the top of the hill were spectacular.
COVID: They still won't provide daily service.

Our stay at the Prescott Resort and Conference Center was unbelievably disappointing, especially for a property that markets itself as “family friendly.” We came for a simple day trip with our kids and were met with a pool area that was outright neglected. The water was so harshly over‑chlorinated it burned our eyes within minutes, clearly used as a shortcut instead of actual cleaning. Debris, hair, and an oily film floated on the surface, and when we looked inside one of the pool filters, we found old, built‑up debris that made it obvious the system hadn’t been properly maintained in a long time. The gravel floor had multiple missing patches, creating real trip hazards and resulting in stubbed toes. Even the west‑facing windows — which should showcase a beautiful sunset — were coated in thick residue, completely blocking the view.
To make things worse, they don’t allow pool towels to leave the pool area, yet the room only had three towels for a room with two queen beds meant for four people. Inside the room, the carpet was old, dirty, and barely attached to the subfloor — you could literally pinch it and lift it up. For a resort charging resort‑level prices, this level of neglect is unacceptable. We left feeling misled, frustrated, and honestly shocked that a property in this condition is being sold as a family‑friendly getaway.

The mountain view from the room was spectacular and easily the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was very average considering we paid for the premium king suite.
The bed was not comfortable—you could feel the springs in the mattress—and the pillows were small and thin. For a king bed, I would expect proper king-size pillows, but these felt like basic, inexpensive standard pillows.
The shower itself was nice, but the bathroom layout was odd. The toilet and shower are in a separate room with no sink, which makes things less convenient and less private. The only sink is outside the bathroom and also serves as the kitchen sink.
Another issue was the refrigerator. It’s located in the family room instead of the kitchen, it’s extremely small, and unfortunately it didn’t work during our stay.
Overall, the view was beautiful, but the room amenities and comfort didn’t really match what I expected from a premium suite.

The mountain view was breathtaking especially sunsets and the moonlight. The room.was very clean, comfotable and quiet. Dinner at the Grey room was delicious, well priced and had large enough portions that we could share. The Bed was delightful, however, the pillows were a bit too small for the bed. It was super fun to have the casino a short distance away and we even walked away with a little bit of extra cash. Great stay and will definitely visit again!

Restaurant wasn’t open coffee shop wasn’t open, despite these being closed staff (Guy) was on us like white on rice because we walked in with Starbucks because their coffee shop again was CLOSED. “No outside food or beverage on the first floor. If we didnt prepare it we cannot have it out here.” That’s nice. Had your establishment been an option we would have gladly given it our business. This felt very rude. Room keys also would not open the doors. Only positive was the view and Andre at check in. He was very pleasant and welcoming.

The hotel is not a resort in a way that most tourists would think of a resort. It is outdated and full of issues that seem like they are in need of someone that knows what they’re doing. We didn’t receive our paid for food credits and we also did not receive our room upgrade. I would it recommend this place at all.

The room was newly renovated and tastefully decorated, and the hotel overall was a very attractive facility. The views from the room were as good or better than any resort hotel I have stayed at.
The staff was attentive and pleasant, although the check-in was a bit slow, only two staff for that so the wait was somewhat long.

The indoor pool was what we went for, it was big & empty, but also the worst indoor pool in Prescott. The chlorine smell was stronger than the ymca and it was really run down. It was dark in there no lights in pool so it was hard to tell how clean it was. Didn’t seem like the filter was running. I got in but didn’t stay long afraid my hair might turn green from the high chlorine. Drywall peeling everywhere. Room was ok, bed comfy, room service breakfast was good with prices matching avg restaurant, though the room had no table so it was awkward eating on laps. I compare all the indoor pools in town for winter getaways, so now we know what this one is like. Won’t go back. Most hotels offer free breakfast, there also wasn’t a microwave for leftover dinner.

had to get 4 different sets of card keys for room, i finally told them its probably the key reader on the door itself not the key, ill send someone right up. i waited and waited no show. had to keep inserting card up to 20 times before it would take and i could enter my room. Tv is pretty old and not working that great lots of old items about the hotel needs to be updated some here and there

Staff was assuming and condescending, at check in I was told that I was not a platinum member therefore I didn't get the food and beverage credit. Then the key was coded wrong and wouldn't open the door. Then I came back to get it fixed they said I must have held them to a magnet. Unfortunately, there were no dining facilities open during our stay. We had to leave the property to find local places to dine. Luckily, we were familiar enough with the area to locate options. We stay mainly because of it being attached to the casino.
Some of the benefits listed for my Expedia VIP stay were not offered. The front desk staff is always very courteous-we've stayed many times in the past but hadn't been in well over a year.
My honest thoughts are that the rooms need a bit of a face lift. The carpets are well worn and buckled. The lobby area is very pleasant and the views from the back patio/fire pit area are amazing.

The rooms are dated and need an upgrade. The carpet in our room was rumpled and a tripping hazard. While the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is silly small - the door opens with a 2” clearance from the toilet.

Lack of room service in the evening is a bummer since we arrived tired around 7:30pm.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
