The TV was not connecting to any station and when inquired with the front desk staff, there was nothing they could do.
The TV stand that had a drawer, the front cover of the drawer was broken, exposing the nails, and the broken drawer cover was laying on the side of the stand.
The room smelled musty.
There was a few hair strands on the bathroom sink and bathtub.
The area was loud throughout the night. You could hear the neighbors talking.

Husband is handicapped, put needed handicap accessible from parking lot. Room assigned was up 5 steps or 3 very long platform type steps. Husband could not get up either set with his Rollalator (wheeled walker). A nice young man was checking in when I went to complain. Front Desk asked him if he would switch, he graciously did. We were lucky. Could have been a very bad situation.

Great place to stay for a night and affordable. Very clean, no bugs, no questionable stains and comfortable. Only thing I was told my room would be updated when I called before I booked. When we got to our room our TV was from 2009 and furniture was a little outdated. I can see they’re in the process of renovating, I can tell the bed and the floors were new. Again overall comfortable experience and would definitely stay again!

I travel alot and in the Prescott area this is the most affordable property right next to a circle k with amazing ownership, customer service and all the basic needs. It's a 3 minute Uber ride to the casinos and the best place to stay in Prescott.
I've stayed there over 20 times since 2024.

The hotel was conveniently located to everything we needed, staff was super friendly, parking was easy, and the room was much bigger than expected. There was a strange, two burner stove top in the room, not sure if it was functional, but seems like it could be a safety concern if you accidentally turned a burner on. The bathroom vanity sink area was small, seems like it would make sense to knock out that wall between the sink and the stove top burners and make it one long double sink vanity, which would be more practical and provide a lot more counter space and an additional sink. Otherwise, good location, very safe & clean. One more thing, there are only three pillows on the king size bed, I think a bed that size should have at least four pillows for comfort.

Our stay was very restless. The air conditioner was super noisy and it made a squeaky sound. The towels were scattered with stains. The bathtub is old and stained. The bedside drawer had a broken handle. On top of that, the pillows have a few dark stains.

When I booked this motel it said on this website that it had a pool. It does not. The first room we were in, the toilet flusher broke. The staff was great and moved us to another room. Our new rooms tv didn't work and the door wouldn't lock.

NO POOL. I saw negative reviews for this property but decided to give it a try for myself. I called two different numbers, one being a local to confirm there was a pool. Both times I was told yes. When I arrived, there was no pool and the girl working in the lobby was not very friendly and just said it wasn’t her fault. I let her know that I found a lower price online after I booked and she told me I already had a low rate. We asked for extra pillows and towels and she was smoking on her way back to the office with them. The guys working in the office both mornings were very friendly. The room was older but otherwise fine. Close enough to downtown for a short drive or walk if you wanted to.

We killed a spider and a cockroach in the bathroom, cracks on top and bottom doors, poor patching on the plumbing sink. Cracks on the walls.The room & bathroom definitely needs renovation, the beds were comfortable, a Circle store next door for good coffee, would not return.

I've stayed here several times but this time it wasn't so good from check in to comfort of the room. The heater was working well. I had to go buy a blanket ..today I'm not feeling well. I did let the front desk know but nobody came to check on the unit. And the parking is horrible. I did mention that I'm handicap and there were vehicles parked in the handicap area with no placard nor plates. Was this on first come basis? I had a restless night.

There was lukewarm shower water and the sheets were \"noisy\". The motel sits at an intersection so traffic noise is an issue in rooms near the street at least. It was very clean and the staff was really friendly. Great location with everything close by. Overall a nice place.

Honestly was kinda middling experience. Nothing bad per day other than when we got in the room the fridge had what looked like maybe golf ball dents in it and the picture frame on one side of the bed had a crack thru it. Other than that nothing as stuck out with the room. We were there for one night and out in the early morning.

The noise from the road and other people goes right through the walls and windows. The AC unit was not controllable. There is no coffee maker in the room, and the lobby does not open until 8 a.m., so you have to leave the property just to have a cup of coffee. Pulling out of the parking lot onto the road is difficult during busy times. I will definitely NOT stay here ever again.

It looks to me like this property is in disrepair. The parking lot has been redone and supposedly the rooms have been redone. I saw a huge hole in one of the walls not far from the sink area. The antislip in the tub/shower was sharp and not safe to stand on. I had to purchase a bath mat. The walkway outside of the 2nd floor and stairs to the 2nd floor have signs of decay. Price was good. Lights in room need higher wattage of light bulbs. Linens clean, room fairly clean.

We tried to check in at 3pm and were told none of the rooms had been cleaned that day had to wait until 5 to get a room. The whole area was sketchy the ladies in the front weren't very nice. They told me the rooms were being renovated so there may be some paint chips missing or general unkept areas. The bathroom looked like it's been repaired several times by a blind person. The room needs either some carpet or a rug by the door, so not to track mud in from the parking lot, that is also under construction and a muddy mess. There were empty beer cans and liquor bottles all over outside. It looks like the construction workers stay there or people are living there full time. I'll not be staying here again.

The stay as uneventful, the room was adequate, but the bed was fantastic and very comfortable.

We stayed there because it was a fairly good price. Sadly, my wife and will never stay there again. The room was okay, the mattress was from the turn of the century. No breakfast as indicated on the receipt. Parking lot was all dug up. The folks that stayed there that night were up at 3:30AM milling around making a lot of noise.
