I had a 4-day reservation. When I checked in, the desk clerk neglected to tell me that there was no hot water. When I went downstairs the next morning for breakfast, a different desk clerk told me there was still no hot water and would likely be none that day. She offered to refund the cost of my remaining 2 nights and to give me a discount on the 2 nights I was there. I moved to a different hotel. There were other things wrong with my room -- the toilet ran non-stop; the TV mount was broken and couldn't safely be rotated so I could watch from the sitting area; and the room was very dark because most of the fixtures were missing a bulb. I will say the breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet.

The facility was old, but clean. The staff was incredible. The wi-fi was abysmal. If you're just looking for a clean place to lay your head, then I highly recommend it. If you're looking for a resort experience, look elsewhere. It was good value for the money. As a techie, the wifi made me want to strangle someone though. Breakfast was eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, yogurt, and juice- the same every day.

The location was good. The staff seemed friendly but not engaged. They didn’t really seem like that they cared. The toilet seat in our bathroom was so loose it almost fell off. There was a great deal of mold in the shower. The hot tub was not working and the pool was out of service for several hours during the day time due to cleaning and didn’t reopen until 5pm. Prime dinner time. Clean the pool at a better time.

I stayed here for two nights and unfortunately had a very poor experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, check-in took about 30 minutes because their entire system went down. To make matters worse, the lobby and hallways had no working air conditioning, which made the wait extremely uncomfortable.

The room itself was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom tub was peeling and had visible mold, which is a serious cleanliness concern. The toilet was oddly installed sideways, making it awkward to use. The floors throughout the room were filthy and clearly had not been cleaned properly.

The air conditioner in the room was also an issue—it made a loud roaring noise every time it turned on, making it difficult to relax or sleep. I reported these problems and was told that a maintenance person was on site, but no one ever came to address any of the issues during my entire stay.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort were all lacking. I would not recommend staying here.

Our room, #214, was terrible. The toilet seat was broken, there was no hook on the bathroom door, the closet door was off track and would not open or close. There was no knob on the door either. There were exposed wires under the AC unit. Poor lighting. The refrigerator leaked water. I told the manager on duty about some of these issues as soon as we checked in, he got the closet door and toilet seat fixed that night. We made this reservation several months ago and requested a room on the first floor, we arrived after 3:00, which is check in time. Our room wasn’t ready, there would be an hour wait. We did not want to wait and did not feel like we should have to so we took the room that was ready on the second floor. Since we had made these reservations months ago and arrived after check in time our room should have been ready. The elevator broke when we were leaving, we had to force the doors open to get the cart in and out. Would not stay here again or recommend it

Front Desk Receptionist : Laura was so beautiful and so kind since I stepped foot in the door. She was so welcoming.

Room, 2Queens & Sofabed: EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL!!!! it was spacious, air conditioner was great, beds were comfy, everything was clean enough. No problems nor issues.

Recommend: HIGHLY!!!!! Believe the reviews. This is a great place to rest.

Room was clean in the places that mattered (Bed Sheets, Toilet, Sink, Tub Floor) but certain areas were left without TLC.

I.E. hair dryer was broken and had mystery gunk stuck to it, as did the shower head, the refrigerator/freezer had mystery gunk/an odor, there was a random hole punched through the bathroom floor tile, mold lining the caulking in the tub, mystery gunk stuck to the rolling desk chair, the same desk chair was busted, and for some reason there was an insane amount of moths in the room (like, at least 5/6 that I could see).

Hotel elevator was also a little dirty.

Overall, a very average mid-level hotel stay.

The first room I was assigned to was supposed to be a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, the second room was supposed to be ready to go and it was not, so the 3rd room was clean and in order but it had bugs in it. (Japanese Beetles and another big fly) or something, also none of the ice machines worked. But the staff was very helpful and we had plenty of towels.

No ice, key cards didn’t work, no towels, breakfast was only stocked once, staff sat at the front desk on their phones with no interest in helping customers nor their jobs. Thankful for the pool even though we were told closing time was 11 on the phone and come to find out it was 9:00. Front desk guy was kind enough to give us until 9:30. If this is owned by Hilton (Kathy Hilton needs to do some upgrades and give the place a facelift)

Cons : Deadbolt lock on door didn’t work, bathtub drain stopper didn’t work (had to shove a rag into drain to take a bath)

Pros : Clean room, comfy bed, breakfast was okay

Neutral : Nice that they had a pool (smelled pretty strongly of chlorine)

Overall, compared to the other hotels in this specific area i would stay again but if I would choose to drive a little further for better hotel options if I redid my trip.

staff was fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. breakfast was great lots of options and had a nice seating area but wrapped up at 9am and who wants to get up early on vacation. I got loaded last night and need to sleep it off. washer/dryer on the second floor was some of the best hotel ones we've ever used. the pool and hot tub are welcomed but the hot tub jets did work but it was still great to get a nice soak while the kiddo swam and splashed around. really makes him sleep like a grizzly bear. only gripe beside this hot jets was the wifi SUCKS. I wish we had brought our mobile hot spot. it was extremely slow and would disconnect every 10-30 minutes which causes you to have to re-sign into everything and makes working or watching any streaming service a burden.

The bathroom vent squealing was horrible and it's stupidly attached to the light so it comes on whenever you go in. The sheets on the bed were not right when we got there and the tag was at the top who does that? Then we went to relax in the hot tub and it was broken no jets not a big deal since the heat was still there figuring we can relax but nope the carbon monoxide detector in the pool area kept chirping as it needed new batteries. Then the elevator stopped two different days on us almost trapped us in the first time but was able to get off quickly. I wrote. Review about everything the 2nd day then they called me and asked if I wanted another room but I couldn't do that as I wasn't in the area as we were visiting family close but for thanksgiving. So I couldn't go back to the hotel at the time.so we delt with it all the rest of the stay.was told to ask for a discount at checkout I think they have like 15% not sure maybe less. The nob for the closet was broken and the shower beauty plate at where you turn the water on was detached from the wall. The place needs maintenance severely. I think on our next stay in town when visiting family we will go to La-quenta.

Our stay was very disappointing. After we checked in, the room we were given had not been serviced by housekeeping. We were moved to a second room. When we put things in the bathroom, the fan began making a screeching sound, intermittently. Then later, we discoverd that the heater was not working pitem.roperly. We had to turn it up to 76 degrees to get some heat. This was the most disturbing item. We were tired from travelling and decided it was too much bother to complain and change rooms again. We bundled up to go to sleep. In the morning, a yogurt was dated for sevral days earlier. We left without eating. Will not stay at Comfort Inn again.

When we went to check in they did not tell us the pool was closed. We have kids it’s been raining all week at home all we talked about was the hot tub. They should have notified us. Then we go to our room the ac unit was shooting out chunks of mold and the toilet was leaking in the bathroom floor had a puddle in it. They didn’t have the same size room so we had to switch three times over four days. My wife got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom turned on the light giant roach on the wall. The breakfast was nothing there and we the first group in the morning. The fridge was empty the oj and apple juice was empty. There was mud all over the hallway and elevator the entire time we were there. It was horrible experience. Beds were old squeaky. Not comfy. I wish they would refund us we travel all over the country I hardly ever fill these things out but I hope no one goes through what we did.

Breakfast had egg, sausage, biscuit and gravy - loved it.

Pool hot tub was broken - major disappointment since planned that as part of coming to the hotel in the first place.

This property needs some updating to match their rates. The staff didn’t even notice when you walked in or out because they were too involved with their phone. That bathtub was horrible with the paint peeling in multiple places. It smelled like marijuana throughout the whole floor. I was not impressed. They do have a nice enclosed area if you have a pet.

Conveniently located right off of interstate 20. Check in was good, Joe at the front desk was very pleasant. Our room was nice with soft comfortable sheets and bedding. Towels were thick and fluffy and there were plenty of them. Five pillows on the bed made it comfortable. Bathtub could use some reglazing but otherwise the condition of the hotel was nice.

The beds were comfortable. It was clean, but very outdated. The plumbing in the shower had horrible pressure. The pool inside felt like a whole sauna, and the hot tub was not working. The elevators should be brought to code. The lights were out the certificates not properly placed on when it was inspected last The check-in desk person was very hospitable and checkout was easy. Of course the breakfast bar is great as usual for a continental breakfast.
