This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed as so far EVER in my life. There’s roaches everywhere the tv and refrigerator didn’t work so it’s basically just an ok room to sleep in for the night. The walls are SUPER thin so you can hear anything and everything the person next to you is doing. The hotel itself was in a very very bad shape. Super dirty and dusty. The air unit created a funky smell. Overall horrible experience. Will never book them again.

Possibly the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my entire life. The room was an absolute nightmare. Checking in was also a nightmare, had to go back to reception to get new keys three times to ultimately have to get a manager so they could try their universal key to see that it would not unlock. My favorite part, though of our stay had to be the fact that they did not have any towels in the room or on the property.

Decor/looks was good. Our isue was our handicap room key. We were there three nights & had to get three new key cards to get into our room. Staff tried first time with card received. Tried their master. Didn't work. Issued new one that had to be jiggled to open the door. Three nights of that..... Breakfast offering was extremely sparse!! Didn't even bother our last morning.....won't stay again.....

I’ve stayed here at least 20 times in the last year. It’s been alright. The bed is comfy. Showers are nice and hot. Standard TV. A/C Heat works good.

But the cockroaches have gotten worse over time. Used to be in a select few rooms but now they are everywhere, even the main lobby. Sometimes they don’t even have clean towels.

The last time I stayed here, it took an hour to get a room. They kept giving me rooms that wouldn’t let me in. The first time the key wouldn’t work and tried three times. Then I went to a different room and it’s as if the room was locked from the inside and someone was inside. Same with the third room. My wife was waiting out in the car and we had Wingstop, expecting to get into a room fast and swiftly as usual. But this experience was awful. The lady at the front had no idea what she was doing.

Then the manager finally came to help and I told him, I deserve something and he says “Like what” and I said “it took an hour to get a room and my wife was sitting outside in the cold car (because gas is expensive she wasn’t going to leave the car on, and my food is surely cold now)

And he said I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do.

I won’t be staying here again. I’ll pay a little bit extra for twelve oaks because they are high quality and never caused a problem, don’t have bugs and everything is better. Great customer services and clean rooms and always have clean laundry.

I travel on the roads and stay in different motels daily. This location was beyond the worst. Hair in the beds cigarette burns everywhere as well as rat poop and cockroaches. They give you towels at the front desk that are wrapped in plastic bags I assume for that purpose.
The best part about it once you book it they’ll completely ignore Expedia to try to keep you from getting a refund!

Lobby area was very nice. And receptionist polite. But parking was clear in back to our room. Room was full of dead crickets. Old style beds, very hard. TV was falling off wall and couldn't get it to work. 3 remotes and none worked for TV. One had exploded batteries in it. We left right away did not stay. Entire perimeter was fenced off, so that has something to say about safety of area. Pool looked nice and clean, but was shut down for maintenance. Laundry was outside in a breezeway and looked like machines were ancient.

The female staff member was incredibly nice, however there is no elevator and I was in the 2nd floor for a 3 day stay. I also had no remote for the TV and they said they did not have one to give me. There was only a single towel provided, no washcloth and no hand towel. When I first entered the room there was already trash from McDonald’s still in the room.

A GRAVE DISAPPOINTMENT

I had stayed at this particular hotel before, so I thought I'd give it another shot. Yet again, I was disappointed. There were a pair of dirty men's shorts and underwear behind the bathroom floor and the tub kept standing water in it. I later saw bugs in the bed, but they weren't bedbugs. I tried calling the office but the phone had sooo much static that the front attendant couldn't hear me and vice versa. I just hung up, checked the bed and went to sleep. I was so exhausted from the drive in, on top of an extremely busy day that i literally had no fight in me. Just to spend my money on a room as such was a GRAVE disappointment

Where do i begin, safty. Hanging wires the lights, cameras and only half was actually working. There was daylight all the way around the door. So much mold in the a/c unit not sure how it was blowing air. The chair in the room was missing two wheels, blow dryer broken. Are room was top level, the first night it was obvious the bottom rooms were rent by the hour . Had a bad feeling it was going to be bad when checking in, was handed a wash cloth & towel wrapped up like a prison roll. And that towel had to last 4 days. Had to request key card reactivated everytime we left the room. No hot breakfast. This hotel is definitely not family oriented with all the fire safety codes, working girls, and bar- pool hall in the parking lot.

Maid will wake you up way before check out to try and get you out of the room. Maids kids go around knowing on doors bothering customers. Only good this about this place is the gentleman that runs the check in counter. He was very sweet, kind, and professional! He went above and beyond!

I was homeless and jobless but was able to do door dash, it takes me all day to dash just make $100 a day enough to cover my room and gas for each night. They were very patience and understanding that I couldn’t pay by weekly and I paid by nightly which it probably was pain in the butt lol I am very grateful that I was in a safe place while it lasted. Thank you all for what you do!

It took me three hours to get checked into a room finally in the night and got into a room. The air conditioner worked for about an hour.

The next day I got the room exchanged for a different room. Customer service is horrible.

OMG never again. First off I was a female with 3 small children and immediately my safety was a concern. Imagine traveling with 3 small children under the age of 5 for a road trip to the zoo. Arriving at the hotel, People were just hanging out and I was afraid to get out of my car. Asked for a room/location change because we were in the far back, which was way better than where we were originally assigned. Front desk clerk very helpful, she tried to assure me of our safety. Get to the room, remote batteries dead. Kids wanting to watch cartoon because it was too quiet. Turned the air on, went somewhere for about 3 hours, returned only to discover the air not working. After the maintenance guy who was very friendly and a life saver being it was 70+ degrees, had to replace the entire unit. He did so in a timely manner.

I would rate this a ZERO if possible!! Infestation of bedbugs and absolutely the most horrific customer service. After complaining and showing proof of the bedbugs, they produced a falsified extermination report dated the day after I checked out. I contacted the company listed on the inspection and they confirmed they have no business with this hotel. I booked for a 3 night stay and left after the first night! The deposit still has. It been returned and I am highly doubtful I will ever see it. I will not stop until this place is shut down. Unsafe, unclean, unfriendly and very unhealthy for anyone to stay in!!

When I first came into the room, it smelled really horrible and sour. I was exhausted but went out and got cleaning products including for breeze to make it smell better. I figured it was just an issue with the air conditioning. I cleaned the entire room for two hours to make it livable. After taking a bath and going to bed, I woke up in the early hours of the morning bitten by bedbugs. In that few hours bitten on both arms and legs.(photo will be attached) Room 153
This is the worst infestation of bedbugs I have ever seen from a very filthy room that I should’ve just turned around and left. Be warned, this is not a good place to stay!

Easy check in and out, easy parking. The ceiling panel above the toilet was behind the toilet leaving opening wirh the floor joist, insulation, etc. showing. The chair would not roll due to the support/raising bar being pushed all the way through the wheel base and extending 4\" below the wheels. A few patched spots on a wll that was bare drywall and not painted or finished out. Supposed to have breakfast, but only had 3 small muffins available and cereal, but no milk. When I asked, they had no more. Staff was courteous.

Not good at all...cockroaches and other bugs in our room...they were after our food and luggage...the guy at the desk gave us a mostly empty can of Raid...i killed what i could but they were still around in the morning...this has to be our worst stay ever...i went early in the morning to get breakfast...there was barely nothing there...the coffee was basically just warm water...now i notice i am also charged a 10$ charge because i left the key in the room...ive never heard of this before...i have been a loyal client of Hotel.com and i hope you will get back to me on this matter

No power for 5 hrs after i checked in
Front desk told me to use my crll phone flashlight to shower and be able to see
Asked for towels and was given 1 big towel and the front desk said they would bring me another towel in 15 mins waited 30 and still no towel so they wanted me to use 1 towel to shower and dry off with not sure how that works but never got a towel r call back. There was hair on the side and top of the bed worst ever stay

Only cool thing is there is a bar mixed crowd,
Motel I seen several bugs, homeless people hanging around the motel, blankets look very dirty I asked for non smoking and yet the quilt has numerous burn holes, When I first walked in the room there was still trash in the room and the bed didn't seem to be made correctly, the chair has numerous stains and burn holes also. Room has a nasty odor, only one washing machine which is typically where few homeless people could around.
Free breakfast ha, that's a joke cereal and few fruit that looked old. I didn't eat a thing after seeing all the roaches running around. Truth be told Im sure it even has bed bugs. Lady working days was super sweet, however there is two people working nights English is poor, and the guy has a very very bad attitude at all times. But hey, the bar is awesome next door blacks,white,Mexicans, several pool tables and a nice dance floor. Don't think it has anything to do with the motel though. It is so close almost could be connected together.

So smelly! Horrible, bleck! But the bed was so comfy, I want one for myself. I hope they don’t have bedbugs, they do have roaches, little ones. Missing tile in the bathroom ceiling, filled up holes with foam. Wonder if the bugs did that. It was cheap. I mean like pre-Covid cheap. The pool looked nice from far away, I never saw it close up. Also someone was grilling, it smelled good. The inner rooms were better than usual sound-wise.The room looked somewhat worn out. The lobby looked ok, but smelled like mothballs. Got there, someone was in our room. They kicked the people out in our room and then didn’t check it before letting us in. Crumbs in the bed. “Non smoking” room yet the blankets were riddled with cigarette burns. Roaches. Jacuzzi tub had to be cleaned by us and gunk came out the first time we ran the jets. Room reeked of smoke and mildew. We left after the first night because the smell and cleanliness was horrid. We were supposed to stay three nights.
