They advertise breakfast — what I found was a sad corner of survival rations.
There was some dusty oatmeal that looked like it had been pre-approved by local mice, a couple of ghostly waffle outlines in the far corner, and… well, that was it. No fruit, no eggs, no effort. If you call that “breakfast included,” you might as well advertise “air included” and hand me a paper bag.

Would not recommend if you're expecting to actually eat in the morning

Had two tries to use the key to enter the room. Had to walk back to front desk both times. Key Did not work. Finally given another room. The walls were peeling off in the other room and there was an aroma. Beds were comfortable enough to sleep. Breakfast was limited and there were no forks available so was told to use a spoon and a knife. Considering we were eating at 8am and there were only 5 guests in the area they can’t say they ran out. They were not prepared.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

The first room they gave us was completely unacceptable — the bathtub was filthy, there was visible mold everywhere with a strong musty odor, and we found bugs in the sheets. The phone didn’t work and was covered in thick grime like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

We asked to be moved, and while the second room was a little cleaner, it was still bad. There was mold on the floor near the bed, the microwave was dirty, and worst of all — we found rat droppings.

We had our 1-year-old baby with us, and it was honestly disturbing and unsafe. My husband had to go out and buy cleaning products just to disinfect the room ourselves.

This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel. Don’t stay here unless you’re prepared to clean your own room and risk your family’s health. Management seriously needs to step up. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

We only had one desk chair to sit on. We booked a handicapped room and the room had no chairs in it to comfortable sit in. The management provided us with another desk chair but said that they did not have comfortable chairs in any of the room. They expected the guest to either sit on an uncomfortable desk chair or the bed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Property is in very poor condition. Looks like a seedy motel on the exterior and while they did some updates to the room it was still dirty. Black mold on the shower curtain along with someone’s hair. Floors were not mopped, corners all dirty. Def not a 7.8 like Expedia rated. More like a 1.8.

Went to the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. That was very good but patrons inside told us the place was a well known drug spot and dangerous. We should be very careful if we continued to stay that night.

Needless to say after driving for 18 hrs we had no choice as there was no availability at nearby hotels.

One and done is an understatement. I was also not aware that Quality Inns are independently owned and do not have to adhere to the standards like other hotel chains.

The night clerk was welcoming said he would make coffee at 5 AM as we were leaving in the morning. Got to our room which was nice except smelled like cigarette smoke throughout. At 5:15 AM went to office no coffee as promised and I yell to night clerk who was sleeping in the back. I woke him and told of our complaint. He did nothing said he'd pass it on to manager. Should be reimbursed as it was supposed to be smoke free. Husband has asthma and couldn't sleep. Not happy!

Hotel definitely needed upgrading, they were even doing work to the outside of one of the buildings. Interior needed upgrading also as some drywall needed work. The hotel was right off of the highway so it was convenient. All in all it was comfortable and convenient.

First of all they pick and choose the rooms they want to put you in and only rent rooms on one side of the hotel. They put me in a room in the back which I don’t like because it’s sketchy!!! Then I go in my room and the covers on the bed are stained bad…floor dirty, tub dirty and it looked like a blood stain on the floor. They took their time changing my room. The new room looked like they never use it. It was cleaner than the first!! Last time!!!

Room was clean and modern though a bit spartan. Linens were fresh and new. There was plenty of hot water and towels. Slow night - only a few vehicles in lot.
I left at 5AM but was still greeted by deck service and able to get hot coffee to go.

Nice little place to stay for the evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful. While the room itself was a bit outdated, and the shower could definitely use an upgrade, overall a clean, safe place. Heater unit could def by quieter, but atleast it worked. Simple breakfast in lobby to get your day started. I would def stay here again.
