Property very outdated, unclean, and in rough shape. Bed had something sticking out of the side of it and the beds were VERY old and out of shape. Quite disappointing for the price. Shower was dirty and moldy, as well. Front desk staff was very nice, but that is about the best thing I can say about it.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Hot breakfast items were slow to be restocked, although it was not busy in the breakfast area. The inner window shade was broken and could not be closed properly. The satellite DirecTV signal was glitching and cutting in and out all night and was difficult to watch.

I chose Hampton Inn because I trusted the brand and thought wherever it is, it will be clean and comfortable. There was a used coffee packet on the floor, a hole in the wall, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, and the ac filters were pulled out of unit and laying on top of it. Should have stayed at the Comfort Inn next door.

It’s been 5 years since I’ve stayed at this hotel.
It was nice then.
It’s really has gone down hill.
I will not ever stay there again.
Even the desk clerk wasn’t friendly and wasn’t very happy that I booked though a third party as I am a Hilton honors member.

Staff very nice. Our room was not totally cleaned. Breakfast was substandard. amd Hotels.com was not helpful on a booking error. Told me the Hotel would not waive the change fee, and I called them directly and it was NO PROBLEM at all. I won't use HOTELS.COM nexttime.

The room was not cleaned, the front desk staff had to come up to replace bedding with clean sheets, clean and provide clean towels and remove trash. The room did not have adequate lighting in the living room, the refrigerator temperature control knob was broken so anything you put in the refrigerator was frozen and the bedroom curtain is broken. when you try to raise it only one side comes up so the curtain is crooked and can't be completely raised.

I checked in and had specifally reserved a double queen room. Well, i did not receive my customary bottled water, the hot water in my room did not work at all, and when i requested a different room, i was placed in a handicap room which only had a king bed and was an uncomfortable lay out. Additionally, both bathrooms were filthy. I asked for compensation as i did not recieve what i had paid for and was told that because i had booked the room through a 3rd party i would have to go through Expedia. Paid $230 to stay in a room that should have been $50. Absolutely shameful. Staff was friendly and doing their best, breakfast was fantastic! Room was clean. Owner/management should find a new job.

This Hampton was not up to their usual standards. The bed was awful, probably broken, as the middle sagged down terribly. The bathroom had no toilet roll holder at all. The bathroom sink faucet had very low flow which meant it took forever to get hot water out. The staff were very good though. One thing I wasn't aware of was that you don't get Hilton points if you book through a third party, so I won't be doing that again.

Despicable for a hampton inn. Outdated, run down, not taken care of, aged worn out towels, The carpet is bubled up, the walls are beat up, ypu can see water damage on wall near ice machine. This place is disgusting. Room was $225 and at best its $25 fishing hotel. MY FAMILY AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! I'm to scared to try the breakfast as bad as it looks and how dirty it is. Hampton Inn you ought to be ashamed of this place!

Pleasant, efficient check in. Room was clean but there were some old stains on the carpet. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Remote controlled window shade did not work. Parking was tight but we finally found a space (lots of electric company trucks due to recent storm, some needed more than one space.) Road noise from I-95 was very noticeable from our side of the building which faced the highway. Toilet ran intermittently all night - loud enough to disturb me as I'd finally almost fall asleep. I am a light sleeper so it might not annoy another person. Breakfast described as continental but actually a bit more substantial with waffle makers, egg white frittatas, sausage patties and home fried potatoes. Didn't use the gym or pool but both of those areas looked clean and inviting. I'd stay here again but would ask for a room on the opposite side of the building.

The curtain was broken in room 206 so I was transferred to room 204 which also had it's problems among them being poor lighting conditions, the facuet in bathroom with poor water pressure and seems to be broken and also could not regulate thermostat. I was pretty tired from being on the road at this point so I didn't complain further and just laid down to rest instead of moving again.

The frint dedk was alwsys empty. Shower gel and lotion were empty. There were no coffee condiments in the room. Could not regulate room temp. Ac on at 69 degrees no auto setting above that. Room too cold or too hot. There was no coffee at breakfast at 8am.

The hotel hallway smelled of dirty feet and there was dried dirt all over the floor. The room was filthy and needed to be updated. There was visible damage on the walls that needed repair. The shower curtain had mold on it and the remote to our television was broken. The room quality was that of a $30 rate at best. I would not recommend to anyone.

Front desk staff was Very kind and thoughtful at check in, especially at night after driving for hours. Rooms are an older remodel and soda vending machines only worked on the 1st floor. Because it was a quick overnight stay, it was what we needed. Comfortable beds, but could use a deep cleaning or another remodel.

Parking was easy, easy expressway access and welcoming evening staff (9pm).

Upon check-in we were greeted by Shena with a big smile and friendly, fantastic attitude. We were a family of 14 driving from Albany NY on our way to Myrtle Beach. It's our annual vacation and we stay at this hotel every year. Our TV remote control needed batteries and Shena happily brought them to our room and installed them. She also told us if there's anything we need, to just let her know. This was by far our best experience at this hotel. The only issue was the lack of working ice machines. The first floor machine was unplugged, and the only working machine was located on the fourth floor.

I always stay at Hampton Inns because I travel with my dog. While I stay at this property twice or more a year, I have never had a room like this. The window shade was broken, the toilet rocked and the bathroom in general needs an upgrade. If this is considered a \"handicap accessible\" room, it really needs a walk in shower.
