Room was fine, AC was very squeaky and noisy. Breakfast was slimy box eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, and waffles. One day they had sausage gravy. Overall not a great included breakfast. They would run out of coffee every morning, which is very abnormal for a hotel. The staff would refill it after being asked.
Staff at check in was friendly and helpful, but they were using the lobby like it was their break room.
Pool was a little run down, ceiling had damage and it was very humid and hot. dehumidifier wasn't working, so they would prop the pool outside door open.

We are always a late check in as we leave work on a second shift, then drive 3 hours to visit family. We stay here because it's close to the mall. We always call so they know we're coming. No answer from the front desk person from 10pm to 3am. Called corporate and they said they would get there as soon as possible so my room doesn't get released. Was not at all happy with that. The rest of the stay was good.

We had a pet traveling with us. This is the reason we booked here. Our room the first night was ok. Clean but loud. On first floor near stairwell to outer door (which did not secure) so people going in and out could be heard. The second day we discovered that the air conditioning in room was not working. We moved rooms. Again first floor among other pet friendly rooms. This night there was a dog that carried on nonstop when left alone in a room. It was not a stay where we slept well at all. Complaints are mostly due to other guests though, not the hotel staff or cleanliness.

Upon checking in our room was covered in mold above the shower. When went to bring this up the first employee we spoke to was cuddling with a man on the couch in the lobby while on the clock. We didn’t get any solutions with her, so an hour later at shift change we went back and talked to another woman who was very rude when we asked for a new room. Our new room was outdated but clean.

When speaking to the manager in the morning he was very pleasant to talk to but no discount on our room or anything despite being down graded rooms to a cheaper room, while still paying the more expensive price. The manager did make sure to show the housekeeping supervisor the photos of the room I took, so they can make sure to take care of things on housekeepings end in the future.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. This time, the room had a terrible smell- part musty and part something else. We could not adjust the temperature, so the room was constantly hot and stuffy. Shower / tub leaked. I guess I just expected better for $250+ per night!!!!

It was great, I can’t complain honestly. For $80ish it was really good. The guy at the front desk was really nice. And the staff in general were very friendly. Breakfast was nice too. If I’m ever in town again I’d love to stay here again. Sadly it was just for the night so I couldn’t do anything but leave early in the morning. But I’d recommend staying here

There were no cleared paths to my car parked on the curb by the building. I waited until the iced packed parking lot began to melt and many cars had been moved before leaving later than planned at 11 a.m.

We stayed the weekend to Christmas shop at Huntington mall. Easy check in but when we got to the room it smelled like pure marijuana went Back down stairs the lady was extremely nice and switched are room right away. Room was very clean and staff was amazing only thing was shower barely trickle I told front seat but never fixed and someone was smoking pit heavy the hall ways smelled of it so overview hotel is nice and very clean with great staff but need some things fixed we stayed in 311 so the water in shower is non existent

I booked this hotel via Expedia for an academic trip, I also purchased the trip insurance. I called to arrange an early arrival, I called for three days total, no one ever answered. Convenient traveler overnight stay.

Good location, easy to arrive, close yo the mall. Check-in process was unnecessarily hurried, nobody else was waiting on line. The information provided by the front desk attendant was relayed at an extremely fast speed ( almost as the disclaimers at a radio add, impossible for me to follow). Breakfast got very limited hot choices but waffle preparation available.
