Double mixed, though I have to say it served its purpose, which was to get a short time sleep, on our way to Ronda. On the positive side, we found that although it didn’t say they didn’t have 24 hour front desk, when we arrived at 4 o’clock in the morning, someone woke up to allow us to check in. We found out that they only had this service till midnight, the hotel itself, or at least our room, needs some work on the ceiling and shower, but later saw that they had some nice rooms with a small balcony and a beautiful view. The pool is not working and they are undergoing some renovation. The service by the owners was good , nice breakfast, and good coffee.

A very nice place and the staff was very good. I think our room was not one of the remodeled rooms as shown on hotels.com website. Never the less, we enjoyed our stay. The only recommendation is a more comfortable bed.

Wonderful staff and a great location! Summer must be even better since they have two pools and a lot of deck for relaxing. In the winter, there is a lot of sightseeing nearby. The staf recommended a few options and we had a great time.

Una joya en la montaña. Estuvimos una noche de paso para ir al Caminito del Rey y la pasamos muy bien. Ya desde la llegada la señora de la recepción fue muy amable. Es un lugar hermoso, linda habitación y baño, muy buen desayuno y tiene un restaurante a buen precio donde almorzamos y cenamos muy bien. La señora que atiende la recepción y da el desayuno super amable, hasta nos imprimió las entradas para el Caminito. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos un día más pero estábamos de paso. Aunque no lo usamos, está disponible ingresar a las piscinas municipales que se veían muy lindas. Altamente recomendable.

El hotel se encuentra situado en lo alto de la montaña, con lo que las vistas son son espectaculares, sobre todo desde las magníficas piscinas. La habitación, bajo previa petición, con balcón, vistas, cama de 1,50, y un recibimiento romántico de champange ,pastelitos y decoración floral, bajo solicitud por aniversario. La localización cercana a la Cueva del gato, Grazalema y Zahara, poblaciones que no nos podemos perder.
La comida muy buena, tanto en el hotel, desayuno muy apropiado, y si te apetece comer, tiene muy buenas tapas a buen precio.
