Love Polo Towers have been going for about 15 years now.

This was under construction when I was there but 1000% worth it. We had two connected rooms- so I guess I had both a one bedroom suite and a studio. It was perfect for us, we were in Vegas for a week for a conference and this was affordable, let us cook our own meals, and close enough we could just walk onto the strip. Will definitely stay again when back in town for conferences or long stays.

It felt as though my booking was met with skepticism rather than a proactive attempt to resolve the matter, which prolonged the check-in and started my stay on an uncomfortable note.
Furthermore, I was intrigued by the advertised \"casting services for TV.\" Unfortunately, despite my attempts to follow the provided instructions, I found them to be unclear and ultimately ineffective. I was unable to access or utilize this amenity as promoted, which was a missed opportunity given my interest.
On a significantly more positive note, the hotel's location is truly outstanding. Its close proximity and easy walking distance to the casinos and other entertainment venues were incredibly convenient and greatly enhanced my ability to enjoy the local attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is fantastic and the staff are welcoming. I was able to get an early check in and late check out. They have luggage storage if you have a late flight. I especially enjoyed being offered a Lyft ride to use other Hilton hotel’s pools when this location’s pool was closed for the season. The only negative feedback I have is the garbage truck that comes around 5am on some weekdays; it is quite noisy. Other than that, great place to stay off the Strip! Thank you for making my vacation great!

Horrifically ruined vacation. RAW sewage backed up into the kitchen sinks in our room, three of the four days of our stay. This includes running all over the floor the last day, overflowing both sinks! We didn’t realize until day three as we were out most of the second day but returned to our room exhausted not knowing what the smell was and we didn’t use the kitchen area at 1st. Sure they offered to switch rooms however our guest group included an elderly handicap individual and a toddler. Moving is a chore and they said they FIXED the sink! All they offered was comp for two days & resort fees, oh and a little bag of gift snacks from their market. A person did tell us that we were NOT the 1st guests they heard this issue from. Do not recommend this property.

This might be our go-to hotel in Vegas from now on. Location is great! It’s somewhat hidden but still very close and walkable to the Strip. We had a 2-bedroom suite, and it was spacious for the most part. Room was also very clean and staff were attentive and friendly! Most hotels in the Strip have a casino downstairs, but the fact that this hotel doesn’t, makes the place feel peaceful and away from the noise.
Only downside is that they don’t have complimentary breakfast and they don’t offer late checkout (regular time to check out is 10am instead of the usual 11am, according to front desk).
