If you're staying in Ronda which is a good idea to escape the crowds during the day - stay here as it's right by the bridge and gorge. There's a carpark underneath which is handy. Everything is walking distance. Pool area is nice though closed in February. Our room was spacious and quiet

The staff! They were amazing and welcoming and friendly and helpful. Whenever I looked lost or confused, they fixed it. Special shout out to Pepe Ramirez for local wine selections, a lovely brandy, and making me laugh every time we met. The hotel was very comfortable with great views and delicious food.

The front desk staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. The check in process was smooth, and when we arrived at the hotel, we found out we left our passports in the safety box at the previous hotel, they helped us to phone the previous hotel and located the passports so we could go back to get them. What touched us the most is they truly care about customers, and treat customer's problem as their own, so they tried their best to help out. not having an attitude as that's your problem, not my business. I wanna say huge THANKS to them again. The hotel itself has the best location in the town, right next to the bridge, and the room we got is very roomy, and everything is kept well. Nice hotel, nice staff, highly recommended!

Great location. Walkable to so many of the sights. Onsite parking was so handy. Room was great except there were gale force winds and rain the night we were there so the doors whistled all night and the floors got wet. But it’s a historical property so this was likely an exception. Views of the area were epic and we felt spoiled every time we saw our room from a distance.

Hotel with a view

Nice hotel right on the clif by the new bridge. Hotel was fine but could do with a little updating to the place. Also they didn’t have an iron you could borrow for some reason. Over all decent hotel in a great location

Our favorite place to visit and favorite hotel stay. Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious! The views are incredible and bar service and food was great. The young lady who checked us in was great, very friendly and helpful. We did not like having to schedule a breakfast time, especially after check in front desk staff offered no flexibility when we had a tour scheduled prior to the available breakfast time they gave us but we went to the restaurant anyway and they accommodate us. We went in June and the pool water was very cold! Not enough lounge chairs at the pool, they were always full.

The hotel is undergoing major renovation and is covered in what I would describe as a fishing net.
This meant the canopy on some of the balconies can’t be used making the balconies unusable with the sun directly on you in the afternoon.
If I had known this in advance I’d have booked a different date.

The parador's location is fabulous, looking over the gorge and river. It is close to everything and the view could not be better. We had dinner on the terrasse of the bedroom witnessing the sunset. Fabulous.

Beautiful hotel with an incredible view. The rom was nice and comfortable. The hotels lobby has a beautiful entryway and the location is unbelievable. It is very close to shops and restaurants. Breathtaking views everywhere you look. The only issue we had was the smell on the first floor. The hallways to the rooms smelled like dirty water was neat by. It was definitely noticeable. Other than that, it was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The property is located right on the Bridge witj fantastic views and with easy walkability. Unfortunately we struck a rude receptionist on arrival who dismissed our concerns about a smell in our room. This was addressed adequately on our final day. The property is under construction.

We had two rooms and one of them didn’t have heating at a very cold time of the season.
Service in the restaurant was absolutely terrible both for breakfast and in the bar.
The parador is very charming and they’ve done a decent job with the architecture. Location is ideal.

Very nice facility with a good breakfast buffet. Rooms were very nice but access to the tub/shower was an accident waiting to happen. They had the bumpiest elevators I've ever used. If you got a room facing the back, I believe you'd have a great view of the landscape below the hotel.

This hotel is worth the stay for the views alone but luckily that is not its only great feature. The location is perfect for exploring Ronda with the bullring, Puente Viejo & shopping right out the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Sadly we only stayed one night and the weather was not cooperating so we didn’t get to enjoy our balcony to its fullest. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Ronda.

Fantastic Stay at Parador de Ronda – Valley View Room is Worth the Upgrade!

We had a wonderful stay at Parador de Ronda, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We decided to upgrade to a valley-view room, and it was absolutely worth it. The views are breathtaking, offering a panoramic look over the gorge and surrounding countryside—one of the best features of the hotel and a great way to spent sunset (sipping on a glass of wine).

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Ronda and next to the famous Puente Nuevo, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Despite being so central, the hotel offers great underground parking, which is a huge plus. While the parking is a bit tight, they have a workaround that makes it manageable for larger vehicles.

Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of fresh and high-quality options to start the day as well as a few cook-to-order egg options. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it—especially if you can get a valley view room The extra cost is absolutely worth it for the stunning scenery!

An absolutely amazing property. The two level duplex rooms are well worth the upgrade cost and offer great views, a private rooftop terrace and 2 bathrooms. Parking spots are a little small for a full size SUV, so be prepared and take it slow. Service at the hotel was excellent. À la carte dishes at the breakfast could use some improvement, as they didn’t live up to the quality of the rest of the hotel experience.

The location is fabulous and convenient. The restaurant food was excellent.The check in process took way too long, maybe the longest I have ever had--20 minutes. The walls are thin--I heard the people in the next room talking late into the night. The breakfast service could have been better. The buffet selection was very good, but the service poor. Staff was overly focused on busing tables and cleaning up. I had to stand up and find one to order the eggs. Overall, excellent locations and incomparable views and garden. Improvement in other areas are needed to enable it to reach standards expected for the prices charged.
