We had a very nice time at the Marriott. We were enjoying the breakfast buffet so we decided to go to one of the dinner buffets where we encountered one of the desserts was infested with little bugs

Outside the front of the hotel a raw sewage line has been broken for weeks and continues to spill raw sewage out onto the street. Enough sewage that cars entering the hotel were still wet from driving through the sewage. Very embarassing situation for the hotel.

The hotel was definitely the nicest one in all of Villahermosa. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The only small thing that bothers us is the refrigerators would not get cold. I even called maintenance and they said that is how they are. So you could not keep leftovers or even get a cold bottle of water.

Thank you all for your kindness! My family and I enjoyed our stayed, make sure to buy the breakfast buffet because the food is excellent, they have traditional Tasqueño cuisine and continental as well , waiter and staff were really paying attention to their duties, pool is great and clean, room are serviced daily.

The room was beautiful. Marble floors with lovely patterns. Marble table tops. The bed and pillow were so comfortable. There is a bathtub. We were on the club floor and enjoyed the food and wine with wonderful service. Very quiet hotel. Comfortable air conditioning.

This is now my hotel when in Villahermosa. The staff here are incredible. I dropped my wallet and they made sure it was safe untill my return to the hotel. Room is great, clean and the beds are comfortable. Close to eveything you need with lots of dinning options.

The bell boy was absolutely the best. The front desk check in was horrible. We arrived after 3 pm which is check in time and our room was not available. We literally waited 1.5 hours for our room, this was unacceptable. We asked to speak to the manager and were upgraded within 1/2 an hour.

We planned this trip months ago, we are Marriott bonvoy members.

During my first 3 o 4 days no hot water and the lobby did not have air condition. We talked to the reception people and they did not care less. to make me happy the offered me a beer and by the way I do not drink. please review who you put in the lobby. they are causing a big damage to the reputation of the Marriott.

Hotel is centrally located and easy to get to from the Highway.It is very close to Parque La Choca which is very nice and has hiking and biking pathways and exercise equipment. Also close to Parque La Venta.

The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall, you do not have to leave the building to enter the mall.

Location is super convenient but it is a little tricky getting into hotel from one direction. (You have to drive down the block to turn around to get in on one side of the street). Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Comfy beds. Nicely landscaped pool area. We definitely will stay here again.

We stayed there for a night on our way back to the Rio Bec area. The room was very good with an extremely comfortable bed and a bath. The buffet breakfast was excellent and there was a lovely outdoor pool. Parking was free. It was easy to find.

The Executive advertised as 990 sq ft. I do not believe the was the size. It also advertise a mini bar, but there only an empty refrigerator. No free WiFi!!

Hotel was very nice and accommodating. My Spanish is not very good and the front desk helped me by speaking English and not laughing at my attempts to communicate in Spanish! The breakfast and lunch buffet were both very nice and worth the money. The food was good. Room service was quick and reasonably priced.

The staff was very friendly and professionally. They made me and my fiancé feel very welcomed.

I would recommend this hotel and I will stay there on future visits.

Stayed 10 days at the first of December. Hotel is very nice. The service could be better. For some reason they kept forgetting my room service orders, and maintenance issues in the room took days to resolve. It gets pretty busy on weekends with weddings, and other events. They seem to forget about their other guests during that time.

Excellent customer service. Love that has direct access to the mall no need to drive just take elevator take a few steps and your there. Only complaint is mini fridge in room didn't work. Overall it's a great hotel with great staff. Had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is always in a state of updating, but for the location and excellent staff it is a great hotel.

I was very disappointed with our stay at Camino Real Villahermosa.
The hotel requires lots of maintenance most of it is in bad shape. Kids club is closed and is beig used as storage. Restaurant is right in the lobby. Prices are high and service is poor. Won't stay there again

The Hotel is getting old, they do not take care of the room amenities anymore like the mini fridge with items, they always forget to leave a laundry bag/sheet on the closet, the phones are old and you can hear alot of static during phone conversations, the restaurant used to be amaizing, now is located at the lobby. Good things: great wireless internet reception at rooms, restaurant and lobby, clean rooms and bathrtooms, connected to the Gallerias Tabasco, great service at the bar, has a beauty salon, great service at front desk.

Worst Hotel that I have been in Mexico

The staff tries to to the best they can, but their number is insufficient. Worst restaurant in any Hotel that I have been so far in Mexico. The food is disgusting, the rooms are very poorly maintained, there is not enough staff for attending the clients, the bar is extremely expensive and the restaurant has no air conditioning. Any other hotel in Villahermosa outperforms this one. The price of the hotel is too high for its overall dismal quality. You have to bee lucky to get the front desk to answer your calls. Normally you have to go down to the front desk to get their attention.
