Great and awesome hotel.
Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Room was clean with good WIFI connection. Spacious with lots of storage spaces.
Round the clock security.
Will definitely come back for more.

Booked a balcony suite and could not get chairs to use on balcony. No swim up bar as advertised. When in the pool had to go to reception for drinks. Only 1 lift was working out of 3. The spa and massage salon was closed for renovations was not advised of this before staying at hotel. One of the pools was closed. Overall not a great experience

Comfortable hotel with expansive pool

Beautiful, expansive pool. Happy friendly staff. Ample sized room. A super location for decor shops and tableware. The western breakfast perhaps could offer more choice. When I asked, yoghurt was provided especially for me. Management were also highly knowledgeable regards onward travel to the north.

The property is very clean but a little tatty in some areas. Staff are excellent, breakfast is mainly Indonesian but very nice, for people who do not like chicken ,rice and vegetables there is cereals, toast, fruit, croissants and cakes also blamange. Would i stay here again. Most definitely.

The room was out of date and very average (get what you pay for though.) The people living above seem to enjoy rearranging furniture every day and night. The closest pool is only filled about a quater full which isnt nice. Breakfast is very limited and multiple days we had to order as there was no buffet. They dont do vegan options either.
However the staff are hard working and very polite and helpful. Budi from the tour desk is amazing super helpful and will take you anywhere you want to go.

The hotel is a little dated but best value for money in Bali.
The amenities are great. 3 pools. The rooms are fantastic. I take my two children and we have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. These types of rooms are hard to find.
Rooms serviced daily.
The staff are very friendly.

Tile floor of the pool is “emerald green”. This gives water in the pool a green appearance which is not appealing to me.

WIFi very very poor - need to go to lobby to check mail
Old building is very very run down - ask for a room in new building and if you dont get this request consider staying in another hotel
Meal selection of the buffet is poor - for example they did not have chicken sausages and ham - only beef! - be wary of this
Room service closes at 1030pm
Hotel tour guide is extremely expensive- book tours from outside

Overall ok stay for few nights - but be wary of very very poor wifi

I'm their regular customer, really love this hotel & pool esp 2 bdr apartment, only sometimes their reckless staff were annoying although they were friendly, asked for sugar and didn't come for the next hours, banged the wall next to my bedroom at 7am, etc, wifi had also been useless.

Excellent value-for-money, but needs maintenance

Really excellent value-for-money for a three bedroom suite that opened straight out to large pool. Hotel was quiet and we had exclusive use of the pool most of the time, which was excellent for both parents and kids.

Not on beach, but shortish walk or really cheap taxi ride to get there.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only downside was room seemed a bit run-down (eg, shower head fell off and needed replacing -- though this was fixed immediately when reported; loose door handles; air conditioners an older style and quite loud by modern standards). Hot water seemed to run out on a regular basis in the morning. Room was always kept very clean though.

Breakfast included was OK (for the price), though will be repetitive if you don't want to start the day with asian cuisine (not a problem for me!).

Hotel organised transfer to airport on departure and this was cheaper and better than the alternative we'd pre-booked (on Expedia) for arrival. Still more expensive than a taxi, but highly recommended if you have lots of luggage.

Affordable, comfortable and exceptional service

A very relaxing and affordable hotel for a family. The service was top rate. Very attentive and friendly. The hotel facilities are being updated but to get a true 3 bedroom unit with direct pool access from your room for the price we paid was awesome. Air conditioners in each room also added to the comfort level. Two TV's with many Fox channels was an added bonus. The breakfast was good but a bit more oriented to the Asian market. The only issue was location - if you want shopping and nightlife at your doorstop. Jalan Legian is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel - ok for us but if you had small children a little bit of effort. Overall I would recommend.

Good hotel to stay at. Not good that it states that there is a kids club on site. As there is none and no kids activities available.

Went there with 3 kids because there was a kids club.

Not really impressed. Will not make this mistake again.

Not that good but still OK. Staff were very nice. Swimming pools were neat & clean. Easy to get transport to go anywhere. Distance to beach is a little bit far but still walkable.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. 3 Well maintained pools spacious rooms with balcony. Close to beach a taxi might cost you $2.50 Use Bluebird only. Buffet includes eggs and there style of bacon done to order. We will stay there again next year.
We have visited Bali on 3 previous occasions so we know what to expect

Dangerous pool!

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in on my many trips to Bali.
First of all I was shown to a room with a charmless view of an overgrown patch of land. I asked to be moved towards the pool on the ground floor. This was okay but the pool is very dangerous. There are no steps going into the pool and it is 1.2 meters throughout. It is very, very difficult to get into and out of with ladders that are hazardous. I had a very bad slip down the ladder injuring my leg severely.
This was a business trip for me and I just wanted to relax with a quick swim at the end of the day- after the fall, I didn't bother with the pool.
The night manager was really great in allowing me to stay late on my check out day due to the incident and the fact I'd had to put up with very loud Chinese people in the pool at 630 am. They greedily ate the breakfast buffet and really had no manners. They made me feel sick watching the way they ate.
WiFi was extremely bad.
The lady that did reflexology on my feet at the spa was great but the spa is hotter than outside! All walls are made of glass with one tiny air conditioner. If you want to use a sauna, go there!

Great Hotel!

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were always kind and helpful. There's a nice restaurant on-site with good food & drink at low prices. There's not a lot to do in the immediate neighborhood, but getting around Kuta is inexpensive and easy. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are large and very clean, the hotel staff are extremely helpful and polite. There are three pools and although lovely they only get sun in the morning, which is nice to cool off in the afternoon. The food from the restaurant was delicious. The only disappointment was when we went to leave for the airport they told us they were unable to call a taxi for us, because they wanted us to use their service (which is much more expensive than a taxi charges). It is about 5minutes drive to all the main attractions and areas.

Hotel was exactly as advertised. Staff were fantastic, meals great and absolutely loved the pools. Very comfy beds. Had 3 bed, 2 bath, which is a must when traveling with teens. Starbuck & MacDonalds across the rd, again great with teens. Minimarts everywhere.

Hotel close to the airport

I would say it's a so-so hotel, didn't turn out to be as good from reviews before I stayed in the hotel. Front desk staff were very cheerful & helpful. I would rate 5-star service from them. Disappointed with the restaurant staff cos the cutleries weren't laid out properly & in complete sets for a table. Requested for 3 fried eggs but they never came because the lady staff left the restaurant after taking our order. The breakfast spread was rather disappointing with few spreads. I would rate the overall breakfast quality as 2-star.

The room was spacious as what I had viewed from the website. However, remote controls for the TV & one air con weren't working and the air con is rather erratic with its temperature. Didn't give us 3 towels as requested until our last day. Toiletries could have been better. 2 bottles of Mineral waters were left in the toilet when we checked in & we weren't even aware they were actually mineral waters as we had to consume one bottle from the fridge. Only realised they were actually drinkable when we returned to hotel that night.

There was no gymnasium but the hotel has 3 outdoor pools. We didn't see anyone swimming at all until the last day when we were checking out. Perhaps a gymnasium to replace one of the pools might be good. There were a few eateries outside the hotel but too limited.
