Overall, the stay had both good and disappointing aspects. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and responsive. The location was also a big plus, as it was in a quieter part of Bali away from the busy and noisy areas. The pool was clean and enjoyable.

However, there were several issues with the property. There were quite a lot of ants around the house, which affected the comfort of the stay. One of the bedsheets was moldy, although we were fortunate to have a second bedroom available to use instead. In addition, the sink was choked, which made it inconvenient to use.

With better maintenance and housekeeping, the property could offer a much better experience given its great location and good host communication.

This Bali villa exceeded all expectations. Spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and made even better by the incredibly warm and welcoming staff. The laundry service was outstanding and such a bonus during our stay. The floating breakfast was a real highlight and felt like a special treat. The location couldn’t be bette, just a short walk to Garlic Lane, a nearby mini mart, massages right across the road, and the beach only minutes away. Honestly, the villa was so perfect we barely wanted to leave. Would absolutely stay here again.

Legian - home of the aussies.

One night stay before flight. Only 20 mins from airport. Good location to explore Legian, lots of aussies, sports bars and touristy things. loved watching the sunset on the beach. Best to take taxi to beach etc, or risk walking along very narrow street with lots of traffic. Bintang supermarket, about a mile away, go via taxi, has everything you may need, proper supermarket, large range of food, clothes and knic-knacs for presents plus chocolate.

The staff were absolutely amazing, couldn’t fault them at all. The area is great in legian just a short stroll to the beach, markets and great restaurants. The villa itself was so beautiful. Only issue was the shower upstairs had low water pressure but I it didn’t bother us. Highly recommend these villas.

We were completely disappointed! Advertised as Luxury Villa but it was far from that. In need of updating badly. Stained bedding, Sink taps really wobbly, no lights in stairway to upper level and it was completely dark. Curtains broken/torn out of rings. Just a tired place. Location was our error as did not do enough research, but not a good location for families to walk out of. I took photos but we did not get any compensation, we moved out after one night, paid for 7. Sad experience.

Family holiday, while the stay was great and the staff amazing the villas did their job, okay handy location but far too much traffic noise, both Villa did come with a few issues but most were dealt with some were not possible, tiles broken in the pool, warm water in the shower, and wood around the pool needs replaced.

Overall for Bali it was decent enough but would prefer to stay in a quieter area and not hear mopeds 24/7

The room was a fantastic size and staff could not assist more and we thank them for that.

The pictures on the website are very outdated and the rooms need some TLC.

We had to request that the sheets on our bed were changed due to the dirty marks. Pillow cases were full of holes.

Breakfast was ok but again, very outdated.

The pool was fantastic although to cold to swim in as the bamboo had grown to tall to let the sun in.

Staff at the property were very kind and friendly. They were always ready to help any time with no issue. It felt very homely staying at Beautiful Bali Villas. Breakfast options were very good and always on time. We had such a lovely stay there and would highly recommend it. Having a private pool is the best thing ever, you can have a nice swim after a day of shopping. There are so many shops and a big supermarket all within walking distance! The beach isn’t too far off either! Restaurants are also in abundance close by.

We arrived early and the owner allowed us to check in early free of charge as we had our 23 month old daughter getting restless from our big day. We were grateful.

From the moment we checked in, they made sure we were comfortable and happy with our room.

We were greeted everyday with a smile. All staff at Beautiful Bali Villas is very friendly, kind and helpful.

Our room was just like the photos. It was so beautiful. My daughter especially likes the bathtub and pool. She was in it everyday.

Not so Beautiful Bali Villas

Stayed in Beautiful Bali Villas for 06 nights from 04th Jan till 09th Jan in the 2 bedroom Villa.
Let me start with the staffs- If there are 10 stars available, I will definitely give to the staffs at Beautiful Bali Villas.
Front desk like Okta, Lina, Githa, Maintenence/Technician team and other staffs.They are freindly, helpful and professional.
But the things that im very dissapointed is the unit itself-
Upon check in to my 2 bedroom villa, the private pool was full of dried leaves as there are trees from the side that grew across the swimming pool. Whenever we need to swim, we must clear the dried leaves in the pool before enjoying the pool. Dried leaves can also be seen scattered outside the pool. Lots of insects can be found in the dining area, living room and even bedrooms. There are also stain on the new bedsheet, The wooden cupboard need to be replace as there are sign that it is already worn out. I noticed that BBV were awarded with 5 Star Luxury Villas back in 2015 but now is 2023 and i believe it is time to refurbish the units and get that title again. I will definitely stayed there again if the management are going to do the necessary refurbish for their guests.
Location wise is Good...From the Villa, about 5 to 10mins walk to the junction of Legian where all the shopping begins.
Turn left to the direction of Kuta and right to the direction of Seminyak. The whole stretch of Legian is filled with shops for you to do the shopping.

The Villa that we stayed in was fantastic. It was the perfect base for exploring Bali, we went as a family of four with two daughters. The staff were brilliant, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Githa and Yulie were especially amazing and did a great job looking after us and making breakfasts in the morning, these were incredible especially the Nasi Goreng. We had some great conversation and laughs. We stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa. The pool was amazing to cool off in. The road outside to walk to the beach was busy with no footpath for a small section but that was part of the adventure for us! There is a great bar heading towards the beach called Mick Dundee's which is definitely worth a visit.
All in all this has been one of the best holidays that we have ever been on and will be definitely coming back in the future.

Unable to use pool as no easy steps, ladder, or hand rail for hydrotherapy exercises for older and infirm guests. Otherwise good with extremely helpful staff. Not all guests are young active honeymooners unfortunately. Slow wifi between 6 and 13 Mbps unable to stream sport. Bonus is Bintang shop across street. ;_)

The property was private and quiet. Only 10 villas in the whole place. The private pool was such a beautiful touch. The pictures are exactly what you get. Some of the facilities can be a little updated. Our toilet seat kept falling off. The bathroom door allow bugs to come through (use mosquito repellent and traps!) overall we had a lovely stay. All the staff and very friendly. We did like the breakfast being cooked in the rooms although sometimes we cancelled it as we liked to sleep in and then do our own thing in our time.

We loved that we could eat breakfast overlooking our pool. Also having the pool in shade most of the day meant no sunburn for our pale skin! Located in a great area as it was quiet but close to shopping, coffee shops and cheap restaurants with delicious food. The showerhead was annoying as it sprayed water everywhere maybe a full showerscreen is needed to stop the floor mat getting soaked. The vanity drawer also didn’t close so it was irritating when trying to brush teeth or put on makeup etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beautiful Bali Villas. Thank you so much to the lovely, friendly, hard working staff who made the holiday so comfortable and easy. We are a family of 5, and stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. Plenty of space for 3 teenagers and their luggage in large 2nd bedroom.
Great things about our stay were...
* Location down quiet side lane.
* Secure, private villa felt safe and secure when we went out - security guard always on duty.
* Private clean pool to use.
* Spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for luggage.
* Clean, tiled bathrooms - with fabulous bath overlooking pool courtyard.
* Our teenagers loved the small restaurant over the road with cheap and tasty noodles and rice.
* Helpful reception staff who assisted us with ideas for outings.
* Breakfast cooked for us every day with choice of European style - eggs, bacon, sausages or pancakes, or Asian style noodles or rice. We tried them all! The staff who cook the breakfast in your villa are so friendly and helpful.

Very nice and comfortable great staff. Very helpfull in every way. Property is showing signs of wear (water damage) some loose fixtures. But overall a pleasant stay all family members enjoyed the time we stayed there. Again great staff , attentive to our needs as well as the childrens .
Also right next to main street in Legian great for shopping, eating and sightseeing, two blocks from Kuta/Legian beach. I recomend this place great value for money. Privacy while in among the hustle and bustle of Legian/Kuta

WE ARRIVED VERY LATE AT NIGHT AND WERE GREETED BY FRIENDLY HAPPY STAFF. AFTER BEING ESCORTED TO OUR VILLA WE WERE GIVED A DELICIOUS COLD DRINK AND COLD FACE TOWEL.
OUR LARGE VILLA LOOKED VERY INVITING AND HAD A VERY LARGE PRIVATE POOL. DURING OUR STAY WE HAD A VERY DELICOUS BREAKFAST COOKED FOR US IN OUR VILLA EVERY MORNING. THE VILLA STAFF WE ALL VERY HAPPY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.
FOR US THE AIRCONDITIONING WAS NOT COOL ENOUGHT AND WITH THE EXTREMELY HOT BEAUTIFUL WEATHER WE FOUND THIS VERY DISAPPIONTING. WE HAVE STAYED IN VARIOUS VILLAS THROUGHOUT BALI MANY MANY TIMES AND THIS AIRCON WAS THE WORST.

Sorry but not how this accommodation has been ranked as superb as we were very disappointed when we arrived. Accommodation is run down, water damage in rooms, broken lamp fittings, one of our bathrooms smelt very bad the whole time we were there, one A/C didnt get cool, no day beds to lay around the pool, fans hardly work in living space and seeing its open to the elements it was very hot.
The worst part is the location, maps doesnt show the correct postion clearly, it is down a single lane road with no foot paths so we had to play chicken with we scooters and cars every time we walked down to the street .

We actually paid more money to move to another resort in the end.

Great villa for families with young children

Our stay at beautiful Bali villlas was amazing. Staff were so helpful, did anything we asked, breakfast was fresh and the kids loved their pancakes and scrambled eggs. As a parent of a 2 & 4 year old I was concerned about a pool villa in terms of safety but the 2 bedroom villa had lockable doors leading to outside so my boys couldn’t get out there unless we opened the doors. Also the pool had a nice long step they could play on. Some of the surfaces were slippery when wet but we just put towels down. The pool was well maintained, clean which was also important as my kids didn’t understand the concept of not swallowing or putting water in their mouths. None of us got sick the whole time we were there. The big luxurious bath was also a winner in terms of getting them out of the pool! The villa was cleaned daily with fresh towels. I thought of writing a terrible review so that people wouldn’t find out about this gem but I couldn’t do it to them. We will definitely be back and recommending this to my friends.

A really great family Vila

We stayed in a three bedroom vila in Legian which is situated about half way between Kuta and Seminyak. The property is off the main Kuta/Seminyak road so there is little to no noise. It was a great place to come back to each afternoon and relax by the beautiful private pool. Our kids loved having their own rooms with their own bathrooms and TV to relax in. Breakfast each morning cooked to order by the staff was a treat and they were always happy to chat with us and teach us some Balinese. Very rarely saw any other guests and was never disturbed by anything. There is a laundry just 30 secs walk up the road and a great little family restaurant next door which was great food and great value.

We had an amazing stay in the Beautiful Bali Villas, central location close to many restaurants and 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were amazing and friendly, we had our breakfast cooked daily every morning and you can arrange for them to cook up to 11am. The villas were cleaned daily and it was relaxing to dip in the private pool each day. Our family would stay again.

Large Villa 3 bedrooms all with king size comfortable beds. Fresh bottled water provided each day as well as water filtering machine in Villa so you can refill if necessary. Walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in bedrooms made it easy to sleep. Staff cooked breakfast in our Villa daily and it was always very nice. Villa staff also able to do some shopping for us mainly beer, yoghurt and some snacks. Private pool was great as we were able to swim whenever we wanted. Pool/beach towels also provided by villa.

It was a great vacation for us. Pleasant staff and was very helpful. The bed was sooo comfortable and i like that they give you a soft and softer pillow. I appreciate the detail.
They can improve by offering more selections for breakfast and not too much chlorine in the pool.

Quiet villa lication in busy Legian

The villa was set in a quiet location but only a very short walk to the main tourist area and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. A very good surfing area which we all enjoyed very much. The staff were all very helpful and fixed the few niggles that we had very quickly. We enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast in the villa on the first day but didn't order it again as the confirmation of our booking said it was an additional $12 per person. When we checked out we found out it was included in the price so please check when you get there.
Overall a great villa in a good location and we would be very happy to go there again.

Location Of The Hotel

Location of the hotel is a bit away from the main road. Even the cab driver had a difficult time to locate the hotel. This is made worst with the road condition going towards the hotel from the main road. We had to pass a road with a lot of pot holes and near a river (which is quite dirty). The villa is located within 10 - 15 mins walking distance from the shopping area but with the road conditions, it is not advisable to walk. You may wish to get a cab but at night, the road is poorly lit making it
quite dangerous what more the road is beside the river.

It is an absolute gem. Tuck away in a quite street close to all the attractions: beach, shopping,restaurants, etc.
