I had a wonderful experience staying at Lokal Legian Resort and Spa. The staff and services were absolutely fantastic – everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel so welcome throughout my stay. Even when my air conditioner broke in the middle of the night, it was repaired first thing the next morning, which I really appreciated.
The team here could not have done a better job – their warmth and professionalism truly made my stay enjoyable. The only downside, unfortunately, was the loud music coming from the bar across the road, which was excruciating at times and took away from the otherwise relaxing environment.
Overall, though, I would still recommend Lokal Legian Resort and Spa for their excellent service, beautiful staff, and commitment to looking after their guests.

Everything from booking right through to return journey has been excellent. Flights, transfers and check in were a breeze. Hotel has recently been renovated and our room reflected this, it was spacious and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Hotel had a lovely pool area with swim up bar and was in an excellent location close to bars, restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend The Lokha Legian for a great stay in Bali.

It is set back from the street with aan outdoor area with two pools (one large enough to do laps in).
I had 2 rooms during my stay - one was in very good condition while the other looked a bit worn with some peeling paint and the hairdryer curly cord was rather grotty.

The staff are amazing!! The security guard was so caring. My husband would go to do dialysis every second day. The security guard was very concerned that he was unwell. This is a very noisy hotel. Not only because of renovations. There's a contruction site across the street and a loud music bar next to that. The pool area is very noisy until 7pm. The walls are thin, single glazed glass, and doors that need slamming to close. Lack of hot water for 3 days was a disappointment too. Breakfast ok but warm, dry, stale... Summing up the place - Useless. Bogans will love it.

Came for a girls weekend (child-free), which was perfect because this wasn't a 'family' hotel, no kids about. I'm a good sleeper, so wasn't bothered by surrounding noise, but be aware that the pub across the street plays loudly til late. Fantastic live music though and great to watch from across the street in the hotel bar/restaurant. Gorgeous massage packages on offer. However, the spa/ massage rooms are next to the pool so when they are playing music or people enjoying themselves after a few cocktails, it was very difficult to relax into it, I couldn't hear the relaxation music. Some sound-proofing would be a good idea! Otherwise, amazing people, and overheard regulars booking here year after year. Good location, short walk to beach and many great spas, stalls (good fixed-price ones), and quality restaurants. Safe ATM down the street and money exchange places.

This was my 3rd stay at the Lokha and while i cant fault the staff or facilities the noise from the pub across the road from the hotel was unbeatable. Every night until around 1am a live rock band plays and while im a huge fan of music, the volume at which they played made it impossible to get a good nights sleep. Imagine AC/DC on steroids .

The staff at Lokha are for the most part fantastic. Swim up bar at the pool is great to chill at. Facilities are a little run down, but as i haven't been to Bali for 25 years I'm not sure how they compare with others in the area. Short walk to the beach, and can head either direction along the boardwalk.

This is a small resort in the centre of Legian's restaurant strip. The resort is an older resort but it was very comfortable and the staff were wonderful. We had a Deluxe room which was large. The bathroom was dated, with the shower in the bath. The special pool access rooms are amazing. Well worth the extra money. Loved my stay.
