It’s very traditional Bali style setting
The pool is amazing as are all the staff who work there.

Loved that it was conveniently close to shopping and beach. However, it needs a good Reno which I believe is soon. Rooms were clean but bath was grubby.
No hand towels available when asked for. Asked bar and reception for wine glasses but told no to use water glasses in bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel but it could have been so much better.
We had a lovely villa with private pool. The pool was lovely and a really good size.
The room it self was OK. Very spacious but a bit spartan and the layout a bit odd.
The couch had stains all over it. A few changes and these rooms would be fabulous but it just didn't quite hit the mark.
The room safe was locked on arrival so we couldn't use it. The water filter wasn't working even though I went to reception to ask if they could look at it - nobody came.
No hand wash at the vanity basin. No hand towel.
On the final day we booked one of the budget rooms for a late check out of 8 pm. Great price but I wouldn't want to stay in one. It was really noisey off the main corridor and again water was an issue. Only 2 small bottles were supplied so once you drink them you have not water to even brush your teeth. I mentioned this to reception but again, they were not interested.
The gardens/grounds are absolutely lovely and the location of the hotel is good being just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Location was great with transport always available. Staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds and gardens were beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was good and the pool area was great. The only thing I would say is if you want to vege out in your room and watch a movie there are very limited options with only 4 channels available in English and not all movie channels. Apart from that the hotel is a good place to stay.

We continue to stay at Three Brothers Bungalows, stayed 3 times now and absolutely love it, while not 5 Star, we love the Staff, love the Location, love the Bungalows, Perfect 3 Star, yes some improvements are required however after staying at The Padma and Bali Mandira both 5 Star, I save so much money and can give to all the Bali Dog Shelters, Thankyou Three Brothers Bungalows, we love you and wont be going anywhere else, already Booked for Christmas 2025, Karen Foster & Paul Prince

The location of my room was very close to the swimming pool, restaurant and Padma Ultara so quite central. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage space. Loved the outdoor bathroom.

I stayed 9 nights and during that time my bed linen was not changed at all. Towels were changed every day though, which I think is unnecessary.

My room had no phone - communication with reception and the restaurant was via whatsapp. A safe was provided at reception for valuables.

Overall the hotel was adequate for my needs. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

A piece of paradise

The hotel was excellent, although looking a bit tired. Room was spacious, very clean and quiet. I particularly liked the outdoor shower. Ketut the lady who did the massages and selling sarongs was so lovely in her dealing with the guests.

Paths get flooded easily when it rains.
Was told pool/restaurant is not owned by the same as bungalows.
Power went out in the block we were staying in, therefore no air conditioning. Not good.

Great position, deluxe room was clean, pool good but a bit slimy. Gaps in doorways unfortunately let bugs and mosquitoes in. Original Family Bungalow was not ideal but staff accommodated our request to move in a lovely manner and we were much happier in 2 deluxe rooms. Good for price.

Our first room had shower curtains for curtains. The shower was in the bath with no bath mat. We were only allowed One pillow and one towel. It was dirty and grotty. We asked to upgrade and paid an extra $460 for 2 people for the 2 weeks. Rip off. The was OK but the left a lot to be desired. The pool area was dangerous and slippery. There were tiles missing in and out of the pool. We heard several complaining by the pool over our stay. This is one resort to give a miss. Glad to be leaving. Had to pay as extra $60 for 5 hours as were leaving at 6pm even though our original booking was tomorrow. This was due to upgrading and moving rooms they put us in the room till today. There mistake again.

We stayed for two weeks at Three Brothers and were thoroughly satisfied with everything about it. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens, the very polite and attentive staff, the lovely pool and our comfortable room. The A/C was great. Room cleaned every day. It's in walking distance to heaps of restaurants and shops, and scooting distance to more. We hired a scooter and there was easy parking at Three Brothers. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast!! I read some reviews about uncomfortable beds here and ours may have been firm but I think I like that because i had great sleep for 2 weeks. We went with our kids and found the whole experience easy and pleasant. We will definitely stay at Three Brothers again, only next time we may stay in one of the private villas! They looked great. Thank you for having us Three Brothers!

Three Brothers was a great location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Rooms were spacious with lovely outdoor bathroom. Had a nice pool area with a swim up bar. They don’t have a safe deposit box in the room and we had trouble with our toilet however we were only there a couple of nights. There are no phones in room to report things like broken toilet but found they use What’s App or email to communicate with guests.

While some rooms are a little dated, our deluxe room was quite spacious and outside bathroom also quite big. Staff are so helpful and location is great , close to everything. Swim up bar but pool not overly big but adequate. The lush green grounds are beautiful.

We loved our stay at Three Brothers. We stayed in the 2 bed villa with a private pool, and we couldn’t have been happier. The rooms were large and comfortable and the outdoor space was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and nothing was a problem. We eat breakfast and lunch a few times at the restaurant, which we found very good value for money. The resort sits within beautiful tropical gardens that are well looked after. This is an older style resort with some signs of age, but that did not change how much we enjoyed our stay. We will be back !!!

I have stayed at this property for as long as I’ve been coming to Bali (2004). Set in beautiful gardens, this hotel was once a Hindu Temple/Monastery complex. It exudes old world Bali charm, and is surprisingly very quiet even though it is in the heart oh Legian.

The staff is outstanding and a number of them have been on staff for years.

We just loved our 2 bedroom villa so relaxing and private and when we wanted some social time we visited the cafe and property pool. Daddy’s coffee a short walk away does great coffee. The ituitu breakfast options are great. Kids loved it too.

If your not fit it a big step up to get out of pool. Other than that cldnt fault it. Loved our stay.

Our one bedroom villa was beautiful, we swam in our own pool everyday it was so secluded and quiet- the outer grounds were always being tended and curated, three brothers has magnificent gardens.
The stray cat population is getting worse though with many cats/kittens ready to enter your villa if gate open

Our room number 50 smelt of mould/ dusky, it was very strong and had a broken wardrobe door- we were unable to leave door open to air the room as Three Brothers has become overrun with stray cats that happily wander Into your room, these cats would be often fighting waking us up at night- saw a tourist feeding them so not sure what management is going to do about them but it’s pretty bad

The only improvements I would suggest is a shower rose and a ceiling fan and it would be prefect.,but these are minor issues overall

Very much in need of some TLC. A big cat problem in resort resulting in cat fighting noise at all times of night day. Pool and pool area in need of some work. Ladder broken in pool which was the only safe access for older people , tiles missing ,no umbrellas, so no shade. The plus side was a convenient location to beach and local shopping and eateries. Nicely air conditioned room and comfortable bed.

We stayed in room 59 the family suite. When we arrived we were shown the room. The door lock consisted of a small piece of wood to lock it from the inside. From the outside you had a tiny padlock to keep the door shut. There was a 2 inch gap in the doors so mosquito could make their way in. From the outside, people can see all of you stuff through this gap!
During the night, the water stopped working in the bathroom. At first the showers was a slight drizzle. Later the sink to wash your hands totally stopped working.
The tub was very old and looked like it was er cleaned in a while.
There were a few stains on the sheets and towels and the air conditioning could not keep the room cool during the day.
There is no safe in the room
We were suppose to stay there for 4 nights. We left the hotel after 1 night!
Do not stay in the family suites!

Property seemed to be really nice on walk through and restaurant is good...drinks very \"different\" than classical cocktails listed. We arrived early and understood that early check in wasn't available. We waited in the restaurant and lobby until 2pm check in time. Our room was still not ready. We were taken to the room and it was disastrously dirty . One bedroom from the two bedroom Villa was finished at 2:15 where we could at least wait while rest of the Villa was cleaned. Front desk was extremely rude and blamed the tardiness on the guests before who requested late check out at 1. I requested the same due to to this issue and was told no and then finally was able to get late check out despite everything.

Based on this, I wish I could recommend because the gardens are very pretty, but I really can't recommend this hotel. Really unfortunate since it's our last stay after three weeks in Indonesia.

Firstly, we arranged for them to pick us up at the airport, & they didn’t turn up. We had a deluxe bungalow, the room was fairly large, the bed was comfortable. There were. I doors on the wardrobe, the couch had a broken arm. The door was not very secure, held together with a padlock on the outside and a wooden chock on the inside. We had an outside bathroom which was very scurvy - moss growing on the wall, spa bath had 2 patches on it where someone tried to fix it & was very slippery- no non slip mat. Taps on hand basin corrosive, and there were ants everywhere. Cleaning - there for 4 weeks, has to go to reception constantly for toilet rolls, so an, shampoo & towels. The internet was very bad and spasmodic, would drop in and out constantly, and very slow. All the Sun beds around the pool were broken. Staff spend all day cleaning the garden, but no regard to maintenance and safety. There were also a lot of cats roaming the grounds. Would nit recommend this place

Unfriendly, very basic hotel. No phone in rooms to call reception, no safe, filthy outdoor shower with 30 plus years of growth, breakfast gestapo wanting to see and check your breakfast voucher everyday even when he has already done it for all the previous days. Over run with unhealthy starving cats in the gardens and on verandahs. Only a few sun beds which were always taken so nowhere to sit by the pool. Breakfast is woeful, eggs, eggs or eggs, omelette was just eggs - nothing else in them. Only fried chicken bits and rice or fruit. Toaster is in a tight corner where people need to wait for their toast whilst annoying everyone else. On the upside, great location, the room was cleaned every day and clean towels and sheets.
