We come to this hotel when we visit Legian and every time we come to Bali it’s a second home. It’s clean well priced for the amenities and quality of staff and facilities and we just love it. Stayed in pool Villa 11A Awesome ! Can’t recommend enough!

Stayed here for 6 nights to celebrate my partners birthday and from check in to our check out we enjoyed every moment.
Short stroll to the beach and shopping on Garlic Lane, close to loads of amenities and within the hotel.
Room was spacious with a nice balcony with comfy couch to relax on.
Grounds were so amazing and the squirrel area waa definitely my favourite place to walk by.
Thanks to everyone we interacted with, especially the breakfast staff who surpried my partner with a little cake on his birthday!
Will definitely be back next time.

We were put into the deluxe bungalows which was a nice surprise, great rooms , great staff . Close to all shopping , not so good for restaurants if your looking for a more up market type of place . The beach is a bit of a mess , but we were there in the season it blows onshore so there is going to be plenty of garbage on the beach , they are actually cleaning it up every morning again which is good . If you want a relaxed holiday by the pool this is your place 😁

I had a fantastic stay at Legian Beach Hotel Resort, far beyond what I had envisioned. The room was stunning, spotlessly clean, and very spacious. The staff were incredibly attentive and courteous, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The buffet breakfast was abundant, with so much variety, and anything extra requested was provided ASAP. I was extremely happy with the service throughout my stay.

The website truly does not do this resort justice. There are two massive pools, including a beautifully maintained adults-only pool, surrounded by absolutely stunning, manicured gardens.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to both Kuta and Seminyak. I would genuinely rate my stay 5 out of 5. I am extremely happy and will definitely be booking Legian Beach Hotel Resort again the next time I visit Bali. Thank you.

We had a pool villa. Room was large and well kept. The pool was nice. Clean. The property was lush and the two public pools looked nice. Breakfast was really good. We travel alot and the choices were superb and clean. The restaurant had good pizza. And specials each night. Though some came with caveats.
The beach was not nice. Full of trash. Very dissapointed in that. Very busy area of bali. But lots of shopping and restaurants.

The room felt tired and dated, and the bed was extremely firm—ideal for those who prefer that style, but not suitable for me. The pool bar staff were slow to take drink orders, yet very quick to request a signature after each drink.
The food was enjoyable, though consistent with what you would expect at a premium price point.
My son and daughter‑in‑law stayed at the Pullman next door, where the service, staff, and food were excellent in comparison to the Legian Beach Hotel.
On a positive note, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

My credit card was only used for chking into hotel. However was scammed after arriving back to Spore as some scammer tried to purchase online. Tz is very bad experience as this hotel is not reliable n trusted. Beware to all, better double chk if scammed .

Definitely not anything higher than 3 star accommodation, front desk staff poor service and tried to charge 3 x the room rate I paid for a 6 hour late checkout.
Location if the property is very noisy with motorbikes and music, property has no beach views and when you walk across to the beach it has lots of rubbish everywhere.
The room itself was infested with bugs and possibly a spider as I had a serious bite and infection followed, doctor said it burrowed under skin and laid eggs. The staff are constantly knocking on door requesting to see the bar fridge stock is there or not, just take stuff out of the fridge and stop annoying customers. Rats are present in outside area, very large rats. Mosquitoes are everywhere, no spraying to minimise.
Food was very ordinary and very expensive, the 22% surcharge plus gov tax on top of that is disgraceful because the service charge tax goes straight into the owners pocket.
The front gate security are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in Bali, refused food deliveries and refused entry for my female campanion.
The breakfast was okay but twice the omelet I ordered was undercooked, baked potatoes had hair in it. Coffee was horrible.
So to summarise stay elsewhere this is a waste of money and will ruin your holiday. Also the Expedia voucher is useless because hotel has fine print that reads..”must book one day in advance to use 20% discount voucher at restaurant. I’m sure Expedia don’t know that.

Shower water temperature is cold/warm stayed there for 3 days and didn’t get a hot shower.

Also was sick one day and ordered food on Grab and the delivery guy was not allowed to drop the food at the reception. I travel regularly to Bali for work first time a hotel doesn’t allow grab food delivery.

Service at beach bars was terrible and non existent had to go to bar and ask after 1 hr of waiting and they didn’t come back again after serving first beer .same every day all staff just stand around in bunches talking
Day 2 at beach terrace and 1hr later still no service at lounges on ocean view patio.
Pool bar full of bogans early 9am drinking and yahoo , next day same ,11.30 am still cannot get to bar as they have taken over for last 2 days

We had this beautiful little villa surrounded by lovely gardens and squirrels. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. The location is on the beach in Legian. This is truly one of the better places we have stayed with beautiful tradition grounds. While you’re inside the hotel area, it is peaceful and quiet.

The rooms and bathroom were clean and updated in the deluxe pool villa. Fair warning to the people on the shorter side like my wife but the pools are fairly deep, I'm 6'2 and was quite surprised when stepping in. Food from the traditional dances was good, but the Ocean Terrace restaurant's food was mixed, with good seafood soup but average steaks. Service interaction was great, but speed was lacking. As Americans so used to the rush it was a bit irritating at times so expect a more relaxed approach and be prepared if that is something you care about. The hotel area had shops and a nearby beach, which was not swimmable due to strong waves. Spa services were average. Overall we were very pleased with our week long stay and would recommend.

There were bed bugs in the bed. When we provided evidence to the reception staff they didn't seem to know what to do about it. At our insistence the bed and bedding was replaced. When the bed was pulled away from the walk it was evident from the dust and dirt that no deep cleaning of the rooms is happening. The air conditioning unit rattled badly - which we rectified by packing the bottom edges with cardboard.
