the Hotel was good. But there is a ridiculous amount of traffic noise. I had an ocean view room and the hotel is right next to the main road with loud passing motorcycle noise at up until 2-3am, especially on the weekend.

If you are looking for a quiet peaceful holiday then avoid this place.

Additionally the quality of the food was very average.

The property was pretty cool.When booking make sure you know exactly what room you're getting because sometimes what's advertised and where you are , are two different things.
For ex: booked garden room and got street view ( very noisy).
In saying that, once I notified the hotel they apologized and next day I was moved into correct room that I booked..
Much better.All staff were fantastic and accommodating.
My only downfall is that the adult pools should stay open until midnight, as sometimes you're out all day (hot and sweaty), then back for dinner.
Not enough time for a dip and drink.
Other than this I would definitely return.
Also,try booking earlier, because it's a bit pricey, but it is Pullman after all.

Love this place We would come back. Pretty close to the markets, \"Beach Walk\"shopping mall. End of the road after a short walk is the Kuta beach. Love their buffet. Love the coffee and much more. Room was great, food was great, location was great. Only 4/5 stars because I had constant mosquitos in the room (even with the door closed throughout my stay). There is also no soundproofing so if you're facing the road expect a loud night.

We lost a whole day that we had planned on arrival due to the check in staff stuffing us around for hours and not giving us our room even though I had proof that I had booked the extra day so we didn’t have to wait until 3pm to get our room after arriving in the morning they took hours and hours to get there act together and we didn’t get in until midday so only 3 hours before normal check in even though I had booked for the day before. Really disappointed with how they handled the situation and wouldn’t stay there again

The hotel was first class, the neighborhood it sat in for the most part was filthy dirty And noisy. I almost broke my leg, walking down the sidewalk falling into a hole! The hotel made up for the difference.

The 6th time I have stayed here but will never stay here again
Staff lied to us and told us they upgraded our room. The room was bigger but only 50m from fireworks and only 20m from the insane traffic noise on Melasti.
If you get a free upgrade to tower 1, they are lying. They are moving you here because they are the worst rooms in the hotel. They seem to target Aussie travellers.
After 3 nights of no sleep, at 1am I got up and asked to be moved.
They apologised and gave us another room with a late checkout, but on our last day, our keys no longer worked and we were locked out of our room
My advice is if you like the area, stay at the Stones, the Mercure or Kuta Seaview on the same street

Junior Family Suite was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children with two bathrooms and the large balcony over the garden area.
Room was quiet
Location of Hotel was perfect for the afternoon beach hangs to watch the sunset and a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle.
Room was clean and had all amenities.
Buffett Breakfast was a big hit especially the waffle/pancacke station.
Roof top pool was beautiful

On check in there were multiple issues for the 6 of us staying , yes there was an event on however the gentleman checking us in was very vague and unhelpful the whole process took close to 2 hours which after travelling is not ideal
They charged my credit card twice and this was left on pending for a week despite the rooms being pre paid
One friend had to move rooms due to security issues with her door this took a whole day
Despite this being a group booking we were spread across the hotel
Another manger resolved these issues, however overall the property is tired and needs a refresh
Drinks are expensive in comparison to other hotels
Spa was lovely
Views are limited , the staff on the rooftop pool seem to be in rush to get you to leave after sunset and service at times was slow
Food was ok , standard expected at a hotel
Overall not a 5 star hotel or experience
But the rooms were generally clean and the beds comfortable, great location for accessing Kuta , Legian and Seminyak beach areas for bars ect
For a few days if you are out and about in Bali this is a great place to stay but if you are after a 5 star resort experience this is not it

This was our second time staying at the Pullman and I hope not the last. Our room was huge and gorgeous, with a lovely view over the garden. The rooftop swimming pool is stunning and well serviced by a bar and dining. The buffet breakfast is plentiful. We love the area for the great vibe whilst being secluded from the party zones if you’re not keen on that side of Kuta/Legian. We took a morning walk along the beach each morning and had loads of dining options within a short walk.

We arrived to find our balcony room overlooking the ocean was not available and we were being down graded to a different room. After much persistance we were finally given the correct room that we had booked and paid for. We were very disappointed in the hotel very plain and small pool areas with limited seating. My first time staying at the Pullman and at a more elite hotel. I was disappointed and feel like Ive had better service at $50 a night hotels. Whilst the grounds were nice and staff friendly, the hotel room was basic, and lacked sufficient room for my case and clothing.

My room was not cleaned properly, basic amenities such as bathmats and facewashers not replaced and floors not swept. Bath salts I used on the first night were not replaced. I reused my towels and did not expect my linen to be changed during my stay so there was no excuse not to clean the room to an acceptable standard.

The garden view room was in fact looking directly into the mens toilet whilst they used the urinal due to poor privacy shielding.

The benefits they offer in fact require a deposit eg they offer a pillow menu but expect a $50 deposit to use.

Benefits-close to beach and decent restaurants.

The team at the Pullman were amazing, nothing was too much effort. The property was beautifully designed with everything anyone could want from the smallest of people to the oldest.
It is so close to everything that Legian has to offer.

We arrived Hotel, early hours morning, went to room and it stunk mold, and damp, we complained and was moved following day, sadly it made us sick, after reading recent review this is clearly an ongoing issue. Not 5 star Pullman standards, the gym and hotel area itself is nice. No mini bar in fridge which not great for a 5 star hotel. Very spacious room that would benefit from more generous furnishings - a mini sofa for 1½ seemed a waste!
Gardens are lovely and could do with some seating benches (although the hammocks and beanbags are a nice touch).

Beautiful resort in front of Legian Beach. Very clean, modern, and the staff are all friendly and helpful and everybody speaks English.
The property has a nice pool for adults and for kids. They also have a kids club where kids and babies can play inside.
The atmosphere is very nice especially at night it’s very warm and moody, every night they do a dance show, they call singers etc.
They also have a amazing Balinese SPA which is very full of reservation so reserve in advance.
The room is very clean but is very noisy especially in the road side. I really recommend!

Pullman Legian Beach was just average. Booked the one bedroom suite for 2A+2K which 'sleeps 4', only to find it contains only 1 bed and no sofa lounge, so would need to pay ~US$50 per night per rollaway which seems excessive based on hotel rooms in the area. The room was a bit rundown, the floor polish worn off for instance and had an odd smell you noticed when first entering. The balcony was large, but essentially unusable with no furniture.

The grounds and garden are nice, pool is relatively small for the size of the hotel, and the infinity pool is adults only.

All in all, the stay was ok, but for the price there are much better value hotels in the area which are either cheaper or provide a better experience. I wouldn't stay here again.

The Pullman hotel in Legian is the perfect place to relax and unwind in tranquil settings with excellent amenities and spacious rooms. The hotel staff are very attentive and the duty manager Joko Hendrik went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met and his attention to detail was very much appreciated. Will definitely tell friends and family to stay here as not only are all the facilities fantastic but also the location is perfect and walking distance to everything.

Room was not as advertised. Filthy room, dead cockroach left in room after being cleaned. Mouldy smell and mould on walls. 3 star quality but charge 5 star price. Moved rooms 3 times, never did see the room that was advertised. Bed was hard, aircon not great. MANY people complaining, poor example of what PULLMAN SHOULD BE. Management dismissive, hallways filty with cockroaches laying in hallways. Very unclean. Reception and community areas look good, but rooms in poor quality. Apparently these rooms have been recently \"refreshed\", but furniture was mouldy, table poorly painted to seem updated. Food and beverages HIGHLY overpriced.
