I did not get queen size bed, twin beds, night manger called me to say king size bedrooms were sold out. Electric jacks were defective, could not charge my phone. Next day I contacted a different manager and changed rooms, the first manager lied to me.
I could not find my sweater when packing to check out reported to front desk, magically it was found, returned

Location is close to Kuta beach and loads of good eating options. Room was nice, generally quite new but a few issues with sliding doors and hooks needing some maintenance. Room had a balcony, but practically pointless as only a view of the concrete wall of the building next door. Staff very friendly. Reception area really nice. Roof top pool area and breakfast was excellent. Would happily stay here again.

Neat area. Right across the street from the beach. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance.

We stayed on the third floor and heard music from the restaurant on the sixth floor every night. Lots of noise transfer from the hallway. Doors slamming, kids running down the hallway. This is not a paid advertisment for Loop ear plugs, but if you don't have something close to high quality ear plugs, I would consider staying someplace else.

I enjoyed the free self service laundry. The breakfast buffet offered lots of options. The room had a balcony. High Noise level from the street and surrounding bar.
Major complaint was the staff told me my 12 year old could not sit in the gym next to me while i exercised even though the sign said children could be there if supervised.

A very small balcony, ( impossible to even sit outside) overlooking a brick wall of the property next door. Very limited places to hang clothes, no drawers ( lived out of suitcase) weird set up if open bathroom into bedroom.
Infinity pool looks gorgeous in the brochure ( it is quite stunning) however room for 6 couples only on lounges, hardly any shade. Hotel breakfast was made up ( in part) of left overs from a poorly attended buffet the previous evening.

We enjoyed our stay at tribe. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive. The rooms were comfortable with icy A/C.
The street noise was loud at night but not sure if you can ever get away from that.
It was very convent to get around. The beach is across the street. .
We had the best time!!

Really good option in Kuta. Priced well and had a really good restaurant attached. The rooms were well done and nicely appointed. Staff was very friendly!

The floor in my room needed a more thorough cleaning, but otherwise the the room was clean.

They host a free comedy night every Tuesday of local comedians which was the highlight of the stay!

I don’t normally stay in the Kuta area, but as I was on my there for errands for a couple days, I tried out Tribe. I was extremely impressed with the whole place. My room was super quiet and everything felt new it was so clean. I will stay again if the opportunity arises.

The hotel it's self was a great hotel with nice clean spacious rooms. The rooftop restaurant/bar and pool was amazing. The sunset view from the rooftop pool area was stunning. The infinity pool looking out over the beach and water was a great site when you were relaxing with a cold Bintang in your hand or a nice margarita. The area outside of the hotel wasn't terrible but it was kind of noisy with all the taxis and motor bikes. You are in the heart of Kuta Beach so it was very busy. A couple blocks away was a very nice mall with designer stores and then on some side streets you had small vendors selling shirts, shorts, sunglasses, handbags and small gift ideas. Overall I'd say it was a great time with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. No shortage of things to do when you are across the street from the beach and close to nightlife. I would recommend this hotel

Everything is good except when we catch a Blue Taxi #615 in front of the hotel he scammed us 50k IDR he told us it was for international departure fee. Didn’t have time to verify we paid him and he also asked for tip another 20k. Most of Balinese are nice and honest they believe in karma but there will be some exceptions

We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a good location right across from the beach and many walking distance restaurants. The hotel smells great from the moment you walk to the front entrance, it’s very refreshing after a long walk to come to a clean smelling hotel. The rooftop is beautiful and the pool is so nice. The only thing i to take into consideration is storage. There is one small closet and no drawers for extra baggage. But we made it work.

It's very nice and cozy. Also the pool at the rooftop gives a very beautiful view of Kuta Beach. Staff service are excellent. Food is good. The room and hotel is clean but I don't know why there are cockroaches. Maybe due for pest control.

Staff fantastic and Afterglow roof bar expensive compared to surrounding bars / restaurants. Good sockets / usb chargers. All said, would use again as price is ok.

The rooftop restaurant food is terrible. Just don’t even try, all of it was mediocre at best in regards to the amazing food Bali has to offer. The coffee machine in the room was funky and wouldn’t work right, the sliding doors got jammed and sometimes wouldn’t move to close off the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t have proper ventilation to remove the hot steam efficiently. The staff only provide two bottles of water until you ask for more.

The good: the staff are amazing! So friendly, sweet and helpful. They are very understanding and very accommodating. The facilities are clean, great lobby, super fast elevators and cars-security protected floors feel great. The view from the top is fantastic and it’s centrally located. Very comfy beds and useful universal plug-ins. Even though the rooftop is loud, we couldn’t hear anything from our rooms. Overall, decent but this is a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star.

TRAFFIC in this area is the WORST!

I was a little unsure booking Tribe however they really amazed me and my family. For starters it’s a great location opposite the beach and within walking distance of nightclubs, markets restaurant spas and bars. We couldn’t fault the hotel at all, the decor is amazing, the place is consistently kept clean. There’s a cafe that does food on ground level and on floor 6 there’s an amazing restaurant that does anything you could imagine. All the staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly, especially Faris. My family will be booking here again next time we stay.

Superb modern hotel

I literally cannot find fault with this place. From check in to check out, every aspect of the stay was exceptional.

The hotel is very modern, and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, from local dishes to everything you would expect from a western breakfast. The patisseries were the best we had during our stay in Indonesia.

Every member of staff we encountered were superb and went out of their way to interact - from cleaners to management.

We experienced an earthquake during our stay and the evacuation route and process was very clear and orderly. Management were on hand in the lobby to answer questions and guide us.

Overall a truly outstanding hotel!

We paid extra for king balcony and door on balcony could not be secured and kept opening wide during night. Staff tried to tell us we weren’t closing properly. It needs maintenance. Not sure we will stay here again as service nowhere up to standard of other hotels we have stayed this trip, that were a fraction of price. Definitely not 5*

Walking at night in the area didn’t feel safe. Hotel is by the beach area and strategic location as base, to venture out in Bali.

We spent a week at Tribe and loved the hotel. Location is perfect and so quiet in the evening. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in the hotels in Bali.
Only issue we had was that our room had little to no storage for two people. We ended up living out of our suitcase which for a week is a little frustrating.

The pool area although small always had enough sun beds and they were very comfy.

Sunset at this hotel was also amazing!

We would be back but booking a bigger room next day.

Great staying in a twin room 137.
Breakfast was varied between asian and western food. We had a seafood BBQ evening in Afterglow which was ok, werent sure how it worked in terms of picking food and staff just stared at us until we asked them to explain the set-up and to get free glass of wine etc. The live band were amazing.
Loved the pool, cabanas and towels available.
Reception forgot to take my card at check-in so came up to room after.
Staff all hospitable and friendly but maybe a bit more training or better comms with guests needed.
Location was a bit of a walk from Kuta centre which can be tiring in humid weather. Opposite beach but wasnt nicest beach area on Bali we saw. Full of surf clubs and drink sellers etc.
Room was clean. Shower flooded when main head used so floor soaked. Small balcony but faced neighbouring building so not pretty. Loved the modern boutique feel.

Stayed for 7 days and loved every minute of it. The bed is so comfortable and the shower is hot and great pressure. I spent hours in the pool looking at the ocean. It is a perfect position. The food is really good. Breakfast is moderate. I prefer real bacon not beef bacon. The staff are very helpful and seem to genuinely show care to all patrons. Over all it was excellent! Would stay again as long as the prices reflect the facilities. It is a smaller hotel. The pool is small but is pretty quiet in the morning. There are many Asians that favour this hotel. They can be very noisy in their big groups.
