Great staff and lovely breakfast, bar good and food is nice, very convenient location, for the price its a great spot.
My only issue was the mattress was shocking, needs replacing,lucky massages are a daily for me in Bali.

Great time to wake up I guess!

Staff were lovely but the rooms seem to be getting very tired and broken, towels were scratchy and grey, pool was green and murky, phone disnt work and one of the rooms aircon was not very cold at all.

The room was clean and the staff were very attentive. The balcony is huge . The gym was pretty average . Breakfast was reasonable, but a bit pricy. Location was terrific.

The room was old and air conditioner leaked constantly even after getting “fixed” and was not cold. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff were friendly but didn’t understand us very well. I have stayed here off and on for 30 years and unfortunately probably wouldn’t stay again. Needs a total uplift. Also internet was really bad.

Pool is well outdated (as we all know at the hotel the pool is one of the main things we spend time at, apart from the room) , disappointing that there are so many sharp tiles - especially in kid pool - there was so many kids with cuts and not small ones as they were deeply penetrated and when brought to management attention nothing done about it (still there from previous visits) nor was there any medical facilities to help clean the blood and apply antiseptic of some sort. Understand chemists/pharmacies near by but not the point, the basics should be available from hotel.

Enjoyed our time staying here, staff were always friendly but did have an issue with the hot water 🙁 some days it would take a good 10 mins to get warm, other days it would get really hot in 2 mins and a couple of days it stayed cold.
House keeping was a bit hit and miss as to getting everything every day but the room was always cleaned and the bed was huge and comfortable

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR SUCH A LUXURY NAME!

Terrible. Toilet was all scratched up with stains all over. The bed itself was so wore out you would sink into the springs themselfs as if there was no padding on the bed and the wifi was not only weak but spotty and would not stay connected more than half the time

Checked into a motel (can’t say it’s either a resort or villa, definitely not a hotel), 10 minutes later, I couldn’t stay there due to the status and cleanliness of the property, I checked out. The music from the pool area is loud, you will get disrupted by the loud music anywhere within the resort. I initially booked a superior room, but i didn’t mind pay extra for an upgrade. Upon inspecting other rooms, the whole property needs a serious work. Photos are vitiatingly misrepresenting what the property actually is. It qualities for a legit fraud. The hotel is relying on its T&C and refusing to refund my money for 3 nights. I took some photos, but the room has very bad lighting, so photos don’t do justice. Avoid this facilities like a plague and now I am fighting for my money.

IF CHEAP & CHEERFUL IS WHAT YOU ARE AFTER...

This hotel is very basic. Let's not get crazy and expect a 5-star hotel for AUD 42.00 per night (about USD 28.00). The rooms are very basic and the fittings are dated. But the room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are lovely although the paving needs some TLC. The pool is amazing because it is so large and deep and my friends loved the swim-up bar. Breakfast was also cheap and cheerful. Nothing elaborate but it was very nice for what we paid. The massages at the property were absolutely wonderful. The restaurant at the front of the property was very disappointing. We only went there once. It's a nice place to stay but don't expect the Ritz. You get what you pay for, right? It's cheap and cheerful...

1 Asked about pool room 1 night at reception @ was told it had people coming in that night.7.30 morning saw staff showing a couple that was in garden room area looking at that room we where not very happy. We did end getting room couple days later on.2 Watching afl game sunday in your bar on big screen west coast v richmond last quarter was just beginning when bar customer ask to put different afl game on @ 1 off there staff changed the game over @ that person did not even stay to watch the game.So we only had one tv to watch last quarter, i asked staff if manager was on hand they went @ got someone but here told me he was not a manager.Sad end to the holiday Steven Brown

The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
My room was nice, my daughter's room had mosquito eggs in the bed which she only discovered on day 3 which freaked her out.
The pool area was quite simple like a backyard pool and often there were no towels, so I needed to take a bath towel down there. So, a little more attention to that area would be nice.
Generally a nice hotel though, close to everything.

Room was a good size for one person but probably a bit cramped for two but really how much time are you really going to spend in your room? I'd definitely stay here again.

The original room that was allocated to us wasn't what we booked & paid for. We had to wait another day & a half before we were allocated the room we paid for. The rooms are comfortable but in need of some maintenance / renovations. Unfortunately, the pool rules are not regulated or monitored as there was a number of occasions where the was unruly behavior left to disturb the patrons. Having said this, the staff are very friendly, as is everyone in Bali. We will be returning.

The first room had a horrible mould smell, the AC was not cooling as it should be. After a couple of nights I requested to be moved to another room. The lady manager was accommodating under the circumstances. Second room had no hot water initially. Spoke to the manager who investigated and told it would take at least 5-10 mins to come through. A couple of times it never got any warmer than a hand wash.
Toilet flush would generally leak and needed constant tinkering to stop the leak.
But the AC was great 👍.
I spoke to a few people staying here and they are regulars who love the place. Maybe I just had a bad run, but I won’t revisit again.

We enjoyed staying at the Paradiso hotel. It’s not fancy but it’s clean. The first night my pillow felt like a brick and I couldn’t sleep on it. We got it changed over for a better one the next day. We were able to keep our valuables in a safe in the room and it stayed in the safe, with all the warnings about being ripped off in Bali I had worried about the level of security for leaving things behind in the safe. We had no issues. We didn’t spend anytime other than sleeping or showering in the hotel and breakfast. Breakfast was decent and free so this saved us money. The banana fritters were a favourite. We were able to leave our bags at reception after checkout until 6pm when we had to leave for our flight which was helpful. Overall the hotel was everything we needed. We were happy staying here. Apart from that first night and the uncomfortable pillow.
