Construction work at the hotel 6am every morning. Didn’t manage to get sleep and the hotel didn’t assist whatsoever or even warn guests of the construction work going on, otherwise I would have definitely not booked this hotel.

This is a proper hotel, with a clean shower and toilet that doesnt smell, and clean bed sheets, towels, and complimentary slippers. The staff are lovely!
Cons the air conditioning needs cleaning, I had to sleep with a mask on
And if you are mobility disabled, if you dont find anyone to assist, you have to lug your suitcase up the ramp into the buliding then the lifts by yourself.
I booked this hotel the night before i flew back to London as the hotel The Nyaman that I had stayed at was a disaster and too loud, and i needed a good nights sleep, and thats what i got from this hotel!!

I am shocked as nothing is like the photos. I was put into a room that had a bad smell and t solve it they sprayed the wall. Then moved to another with barely any wifi and i complained nothing was done till the last night they changed my room.
3 rooms in 5 days not part of my holiday plans to keep moving will never stay there again.

We stayed one night in a delux room over looking the pool. The room was ok, a bit worn. The bed was really hard. The bathroom could definitely have been cleaner. There was mould on the shower tiles that could have easily been wiped off.
The roof top pool and bar were great and the staff were really lovely and helpful.

Hotel exterior looks like 4 stars but the room feels like 2-3 stars. Bathroom amenities are poor. Very basic. towels are grey, AC was warm and noisy. I didnt sleep well for the 2 nights stay there due to the AC sound. Luckily it was only 2 nights. I willl not stay in this hotel again.

The front office staff is not friendly. During my checkout, I asked to provide some water. They said go and buy in a store. I was upset with the staff. I recommend the hotel to appoint some mature staff in the front office.

Centrally located, cool roof top pool and delicious breakfast options.
A very busy street with people trying to sell you stuff the minute you walked out. Mind you this happens everywhere around Legian. Air conditioning was faulty for a while but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Great amenities and location was very good, but almost everyday for the week we were there house keeping would forget to give us towels or top up the toilet paper so we had to call to request these things. Blinds in the bathroom don't close so if you're with friends keep that in mind. The pools were a highlight and hotel is kept clean.

Nice hotel in a Central Location...walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping, banks, pharmacies.

Hotel's employees are all nice BUT few need to be mentioned as they are nice, polite, hard working and these 4 are: David the Manager, Ratna the Breakfast Supervisor, Gede Restujaya from the Reception and Dewa from the Restaurant/Cafe.

Hotel has 2 Atm's next to the Security, Starbucks and a Money Changer in the Lobby..

Very noisy although have to expect it due to location. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear the people in the next room.
Staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs.
Second time staying at the hotel had both pool access, rooftop as well as the bottom pool the first 2 days.
Rooms were cleaned every day.

Very basic hotel very run down. Breakfast very basic. Wifi terrible. When we went to checkout they checked the room and said I caused damage by a small amount of makeup on my pillow case and doona. Tried to charge me $45 for cleaning fee !! Definitely better places in Bali to stay. Wouldn’t recommend

Room was only ready 2 hours after the listed check in time (ready at 5 pm). Ants in room. Only one electrical outlet in the whole room behind the tv, none in bathroom or near the bed. Fitness room was broken. Worst part was the noise from a bar downstairs- extremely loud music and bass making the walls vibrate, and my room was on the 3rd and highest floor so the furthest away possible from the noise. So changing rooms would have made no difference. I checked out in the middle of the night on my first night because I couldn’t sleep. Of course they didn’t offer a refund. I said fine, I just want to leave. Then they tried to make me sign this weird form saying I won’t write a bad review and I said no I’m not signing that, I’m just leaving. They were yelling at me like I was some sort of criminal as I was leaving. Terrible experience

The hotel is rundown and felt like we should be staying in a hostel. The walls are paper thin to the point you can hear someone drop the remote next door. We had complained almost every night about other guests making noise- we could hear them right next to us, in the hallway or all the way across the other side of the hotel. We got so fed up with this hotel we left early and stayed elsewhere. When we checked out they tried to make us sign a waiver so that we could not write anything negative about our stay. There was no refund or compensation. They only offered for us to move rooms but what would be the point when we would have the same issue?

Super super noisy. Wrong room was provided then there was a real hassle trying to get the right one. Spa was never manned. Pool area was nice but honestly this place wasint worth the price for the extereme noise from the street and the lack of service.

The aircon in the room was freezing even when we changed the temp. Asked staff if we could she’s an extra blanket & was told it’s not possible due to the ‘budget’ room we had selected, even we we paid extra for it.
We stayed in another hotel up the road which was far better.

It started with a 1 hour wait for the driver (transfer). Too busy saying there is no refund if I take a take, than finding out where the driver was. ( this price is more than other hotels and taxis).
Bathroom had leaking pipes and this was pointed out on day 1 and still faulty on the last day. House keeping, none existent.
Refused a refund if I checked out early.
Management were offensive.
Refuse to recommend this hotel

Rooms are clean and spacious and the air conditioning is very good. Recommend this for first time travelers as their location is Right in the middle of everything you’re looking for

No soundproof walls, could hear EVERYTHING coming from rooms next door. The downstairs bar which was always empty had loud music till 2am most nights which was unnecessary. No pool towels provided two days in a row. And only one power outlet in the entire room which was on the far corner wall not near the bed. Moved hotels half way through my stay. Staff very polite however.

The property has gone down hill since covid has happened staff not very knowledgeable not sure what you are talking about, more interested in their mobile phones.
They needed staff that actually helped you or went out of their way to give you that good experience. The breakfast was mostly Indonesian food, took so long for staff to get ready for breakfast and just to get an egg Or omelette took forever the lines were too long.
Our rooms didn’t have towels multiple times we had to ask for them and took them forever to get towels.

Had a good stay here. Pool was nice and they had happy hour deals (food wasnt available but on menu so maybe sometimes) and fun music, we could hear from room barely but it ends at 9pm. Location is very convenient to beach bars restaurants and shopping. We had to wait until 2pm to check in and apparently so did everyone which made check in take longer and more chaotic than simply letting everyone check in upon arrival if room was ready.

The service was terrible. Very limited English speaking staff. Breakfast selection was minimal as the food was rarely topped up. Room quality was not good due to no sound proofing. We ended up moving hotels and paying to stay somewhere else due to how unimpressed we were with the service. We would not recommend this hotel. Lots of potential and great location, but this hotel is not ready yet to provide quality service!

Check-in time at 3 pm. Check out at NOON. Late check out is extra charge. It allows luggage storage before check in time and after check out so you can still explore your surroundings to shop, have lunch or just hangout in the area. Plenty restaurants near hotel. Wifi range is great. Breakfast on the roof top 4th floor and decent food.

Friendly and courteous staff. Fast response when I complained about the mini fridge was not cold, they came in and change it less than 10 min. Overall it was a nice stay at The One Legian. Keep up the good work.

The resort was very beautiful, great spot in middel of all the action , very clean ,dissapointed the pool closes so early ,buffet breakfast was ok .
however be very careful we had our credit card stolen from room from the one housekeeping staff and so did 3 other frends staying at the same time, make sure you use safe , when we reoorted it to staff we were interagated we left very disappointed the staff did not help us

Definitely a very nice place overall.
1st check in was easy. Room was very nice.

Breakfast buffet starts at 7 - 10am

If your doing day tours you'll miss breakfast. Pick ups from hotels are usually earlier than breakfast times 7am - 10am. As i only had breakfast once there.
So kinda wasted money there on the breakfast included part and had to grab from somewhere else.

The gym shouldnt be classified as a gym, as it only has a 2 tredmils and a bike a two sets of 5kg lightweights and 1 outdated machine.

My garage definelty has more variety.

Upstairs Pool has a great atmosphere every day.

Relaxing but could be better.

Rooms were small and rundown, no australian powerpoint converters, tv was small 27 inch with poor reception - paid for an upgrade and was placed directly above the noisy nightclub that lasted to 2 am every morning.
