Everything about this hotel was outstanding. I mean everything- the room, the wonderful staff, the bar! The pool, the minibus services to the town and the beach. The location for a short walk to town but maybe a stretch to walk to the beach - where the hotel has access to a private beach, bar/restaurant, sunbed. Breakfast was great if you're mainly ok with Vietnamese fare, which i loved!

Staff by far, they exceeded expectations, from security to gardeners to hospitality and service, amazing group of staff member and glad to have met them.

Everything else was great also. For the economic value, it’s well worth it, I give the resort a 7/10 but the staff a 13/10, so the whole can have 10/10 hahaha

First time staying here and I was seriously impressed.
The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always checked in to make sure everything was going well. Service was consistently great, and the whole stay felt easy and comfortable.

The hotel itself was fabulous! Staff were accommodating and friendly. However; we are certain we got ripped off with the room tab. We were charged $800 for a 6 night stay. Some things were charged several times eg: the laundry service (we only laundered on two occasions yet we were charged FOUR times) we were out most days so it was impossible to end up with an $800 bill!!!

Adi Dharma Kuta is great. We rented 2 rooms and both where in great shape. Linens were clean, our queen size beds were very comfortable. The grounds are immaculate and lush. Liked being tucked away from the crowds but close enough to walk to everything!

Everyone was very friendly and obliging. The pool and grounds are a credit to the staff that maintain them. Dislike, just two, the bloody rooster that never stopped day and night, and the barking dogs. In their defense both the rooster and dogs were on an adjoining property so not much they could do about it.

The roosters kept me up all night. They had a cute balcony to the room, but the lock was broken so I had to wait until my niece woke up to let me back into the room. The drinks were kind of watered down, but overall it was nice. I also liked that it was in walking distance to the mall.

I loved the spa by the pool - 1 hour Balinese massage for $13AUD. All staff very friendly and helpful, beautiful gardens, central location, rooms clean and have all you need, great cocktails and hotel events, would definitely stay there again if in Kuta

Adi Dhama is a nice place to stay. Good rooms, nice atmosphere around the pool area. Free Netflix. This hotel is walking distance to many returaunt restaurants including Kori and Sate Man Denny, Benih Cafe and so many more. 5 minute walk to beach. Fully recommend for sure.

Firstly the good things.Great staff, beautiful grounds and nice rooms at a very good rate. Food was generally good.Good eco practices in place as well.
Sadly our visit was spoilt a bit by the presence of a large group of people who took over a portion of the pool area and drank and ate outside purchases despite the staff putting up a notice at the pool advising they could not do so. They then just carried on doing so, albeit by going to and from their rooms with a replenished stubby holder. Noisy kids in the pool playing Marco Polo didn't help either.

Amazing Quiet Oasis in Kuta

We loved our stay at the Adi Dharma Hotel in Kuta. While we were initially a little bit put off when booking by the fact it wasn't super quick to get to the beach from the Hotel, this turned out to not really be an issue of consequence. Because of it's location it turned out to be a very quiet, tranquil place to stay but not very far from any action or attractions on offer. The room was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked excellently, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Loved the service at the Swim-up bar in the Swimming Pool, the large grounds and the service at the restaurant for breakfast. Despite being located along narrow streets, buses and taxi's had no issue getting here. Would have no qualms about staying here again!

Very friendly helpful staff. Great rooms set in lovely gardens. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choices. The pool could do with a little more shade & the water is very warm but nothing to complain about. I would recommend bot Adi Dharma Hotel & Adi Dharma Cottages having stayed at both.

What a lovely Hotel

Our stay started out letting us into our room, my hubby walked in and walked out saying he wasn't going to stay in twin beds for 17 days, I had not put that I wanted a double bed when I booked, they were very good about it and found us another room with a double, in the garden view area ( we had booked a pool access room), we accepted this and a week later I asked if any pool rooms were available yet and we were moved to a lovely room on the second floor. They went out of there way to make sure we were happy on all occasions. The staff were lovely and friendly. Breaky was a buffet and plentiful. Meals were very nice. Pool and rooms clean. Great positioning, free shuttle on a time roster. Gate pass that allowed you to walk through the driveway of their sister hotel to get you onto Jl Legian, very handy especially for your driver, no hectic benesari to go up. Pool bar has happy hour cocktails and we made a great friendship with one of the guys there who did a wonderful job(Dana). There is no stairs so if you are older or out of action a little you should ask for a ground floor room. Wifi is free and only deopped out a little in the busy hour of the morning and everyone was on it. Has a room safe.

This hotel LOOKS nice depending on the angles of the pictures but very dated, and as I soon found out...not the current norm for Bali. The driver was really friendly and the bellhop (or boy as they called him) remained helpful even while we checked out 2 nights early due to disgust. Upon arrival, my room was upgraded for 1 night, the reason was not clear. I came in killing bugs. The bathroom was dim and dated. However, I decided that I would just deal with it because it was prepaid, no refunds. Then, the next day, the room was changed to what I apparently paid for...there were ants in the bathroom, bugs in the air... And the reason for early check-out, some kind of ceiling fallout or bug eggs on the bed!!! I called and told the front desk, she sent someone to look at the cleanliness. The staff came in, looked and swept it off the bed and onto the floor with his hand!!!!! Sprayed the ceiling w/bug spray and left!! No, he didn't sweep the floor. I called back down to the front desk to complain and the room was changed. So that night because it was late, there was no other option but to stay and I had already booked and paid for the next day's excursion w/the hotel's driver. I booked another hotel that night, went on the excursion the next morning. When we came back that evening, I told the same front desk staff from the previous night that this was unacceptable, I'm not comfortable and will be checking out. I had to argue w/ them to get transportation to the new hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at Adi Dharma, great location, staff were very friendly & helpful, grounds/room/amenities were very clean, good buffet breakfast with a selection of hot foods that changed daily and a great egg & pancake station. Guest staying at Adi Dharma Hotel also have full access to Adi Dharma Cottages breakfast and all amenities including the pool. Rooms in the section we stayed in have recently been fresher up with a boat of paint, new curtains, etc..... Aircon works great. Only thing I can really fault is that the pool at Adi Dharma Hotel was too cold to comfortably swim in which was a little disappointing as we enjoy relaxing in the pool and meeting people around the swim up bars when on holidays.

Broken down joint pretending to be a real hotel.

Awful and unfriendly. Paid for breakfast included but tried to charge again on top. Can't charge any more than $50 to the room even with credit card to secure expenses. Sent dirty letter to room after first night because dinner was more than $50. Insulting and rude. Nothing more than a glorified back-packer joint pretending to be a real hotel. Avoid.

Immaculate grounds, very friendly staff, very comfortable room. Spent a lot of time in their lovely pool. The hotel is located down a laneway, so is quiet, but there is easy walking access to shops and restaurants. You can hire a car and driver for a reasonable daily rate if you want to do some exploring. The rice terraces and volcano are spectacular.

Open and honest issues first,
1. Airport transfer wasn't done, they just were not there with no explanation.
2. Booked double bed, got smaller room with twin beds. No offer to fix the problem until I threatened to leave the next day. They then offered a free upgrade to the room we actually booked.
3. Room cleaning is done at 8:30am or you miss out
4. Room service staff are noisier than my kids at 7am to 11am. Seriously I'm nursing a hangover and they were all yelling.
5. Same issue with the in-house spa, loud laughing, yelling and mucking around. To hard to relax during the worst massage I have ever had in Bali
6. Room floors not clean
7. No doors close properly so mozzies have 24/7 access
8. Tried to extend my booking, staff (a) said no availability so we booked elsewhere. Staff (b) then said our room was available, Staff (c) offered discount and then Staff (d) had no idea.... how hard is it really just to take a booking??? Very poor

I am complaining a bit as this is an $85 a night Hotel, given the price it should be so much better.
Overall it was comfortable and will suit a traveller wanting to be close to the nightlife and beaches.
Personally I will go elsewhere next visit, there is no shortage in the area for this price range

Initially at the time of check-in, there was some confusion regarding type of room since the name of room given on hotels.com site and the hotel records for the family room.

For a cheaper hotel we couldn't recommended adi dharma highly enough. Great staff great location and rooms were well kept and extremely clean. We had a poolside ground floor room which was great. If anything I'd try and avoid the rooms where the roosters are quite loud down the back end of hotel. It wasn't a issue for us but the way. Great place to stay close to all the action but also tucked away down the end of a quiet street.

Air conditioning was leaking causing front door to have wet spots. Bathroom also had a leak as I noticed a water puddle around the floor drain. Some towels I received in room had stains. Bed linens are not changed on daily basis because I see the same dirt from the day before. Food was regular. Although their fried rice was great. Location of the hotel was good and quiet. Staffs were all friendly and there should be more shuttle rounds and pick up around Kuta.

Our check in time was supposed to be 2pm. We were told we couldn't check in until 7pm. which ruined our dinner plans to catch up with friends for dinner for my 60th birthday. No compensation was offered - basically had to be demanded. Tried to place us on the 3rd floor when I had specifically requested ground floor due to disabilities. The food from the restaurant was also very average to say the least. Rooms were very basic with no fresh milk supplied for tea/coffee - only powdered milk which went into lumps when hot water was poured into the cup. Also cocktails which were supposed to contain juice contained cordial & were very 2nd rate considering the price. Really the only good things were the pool & the beautiful grounds/garden.

This hotel is in the middle of busy Kuta, just a block away from the beach. Yet, inside it is nice and tranquil. They also have a great chef and it is worth eating there, rather than venturing out. Staff is lovely and they make you feel like a family.

Chose this hotel for our first visit to Bali because reviews raved about the staff. We were not disappointed as they were in our experience exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Discreet and yet attentive. The Superior rooms could use some refurbishment but the quality of the staff more than make up for this. If you want Kuta action then this is the location to be. Value for money. Thanks Adi Dharma staff.

Authentic Balinese style, gorgeous.

10 night stay at the hotel with not a single complaint from me or my partner.
Can have breakfast at either the hotel or just a stroll to the cottages. This I find to be a bonus.
I was sad to see a lot af guests took advantage of the free breakfast and did not support the restaurant by purchasing any other meal. Just the bar. The meals were varied and delicious.
We have stayed here many many times and will continue to use Ardi Dharma as our number 1 choice.

Didn't get room first requested, however eww where offered room change but would have to wait a couple of days. Decided to stay in first room which turned out just fine. Would liked to have seen someone from \"spa\" out and about so I could make a booking, rather than attempting to find them which I never did. Would I stay there again and recommend YES....
