This hotel is situated close to the shops and the beach. The bed is comfortable with plenty of soft pillows which we really liked. The staff at the reception are all kind and helpful. One negative thing i noticed is that the towels are really old. Over all, this is a nice hotel which is budget friendly. Will stay here again.

The rooms were ok, clean, air-con was noisy, staff were ok, pool area a bit disappointing, water freezing and kids play area very poor as to what was shown in the photos advertising the hotel, breakfast very poor to what was expected, location was good and close to Legian amenities.

Not happy only having one room key for first few days, I booked a double room for two people and was told there’s only one key because they’re busy and don’t have any spare, very inconvenient!!
The shower had to be fixed because it wouldn’t stay in place and wouldn’t stop dripping after turning off the taps. Water pressure was weak too! Other than that it was comfortable.

I wish I could give 10 star for the cleaners and the breakfast staff, they wer amazing they keep smiling and very respectful. The rooms are nice and comfortable beds. They need to upgrade the towels and do something about the pool because the water is always cold but overall it we had a good stay

The bathroom was dirty and smelled like sewer. The bed was rock hard also. I couldn’t even get comfortable because the bathroom was so bad. I ended up leaving and going to Kunta Kana.

Siesta needs to up grade the towels as most have exceeded their use by date. Staff were great and helpful and the breakfast was very enjoyable. Siesta was good value for money

Overall a good stay

Basic hotel. Pool water was quite cold. Only 2 lounge chairs but not much sun falls on the pool area. Staff is efficient. Rooms sre spacious but basic. Wifi worked well but not for some apps. Shower is separate from the toilet and there is body wash and toiletries. It was very dusty under the bed and sheets, although they loooked clean had a funny smell. Housekeeping resolved this right away. Not far to walk to beach and shops. Try Mixue nearby they have the best cold drinks (non alcoholic).

The cups were not cleaned properly. Shower curtains are annoying because they always make the floor so wet. Laundry service is expensive! The trampoline was wobbly lack of maintenance.
Food at the restaurant is very yummy though and reasonably priced.

Off the beaten track but close enough

The Reception staff are all on the ball now, and quickly sort out your needs and problems. Breakfast staff are outstanding and food is a cut above the rest, overall a very pleasant stay and comfortable bed.

Overall good rooms... But sometimes unpleasant guests like very noisy shouting at 5am.... door alarm going off... Like it's saying I'm awake going to prayer.... Then put do not disturb on their doors after they return from prayer... Swimming pool seems to be in the wrong place.. But overall I enjoyed my stay.. all the breakfast staff very pleasant.. With a little tweaking this could be a 4* HOTEL. Good value hotel with long stay rates..

There's a convenience store just next to the hotel. Walking distance to all other eateries & spa. About 10-15mins walk to Legian beach & Beachwalk Mall.
Room was ok for short stay.

Smelly hotel

This hotel would have been just fine, if we did not experience the awful smell. At arrival there was a vacuum tanker just by the hotel and the pool area smelled bad. We stayed in rooms 214 and 216, the interconnected rooms. The towels are not the whitest but it was okay. UNTIL... the air conditioner in room 216 started blowing stinky air at night. We called the reception. They sent someone and suggested we can sleep in another room. But they won't let us move to another room until we pack up room 216. It was almost midnight and we shared 214 and 216 thus everyone's stuff was in both rooms. We didn't want to wake up the two people sleeping in 214 either. We said that we just wanted to use another room to sleep and not move the bags and everything but they didn't get it. So we stayed in 216. It was absolutely horrible. Apart from this, we found the staff quite helpful but I won't be coming back here.

Towels stained. Little to no WIFI in room made internet unuseable. Ordered club sandwich from room service and it arrived with no ham, egg or cheese (despite these all being mentioned in the menu).
Overall the hotel is far from a premium hotel. If you get it on sale then it could be worth a stay for a layover or similar short stay.

Not far from Legian st.

Average hotel for the budget conscious. Room relatively comfortable for the price and location. Had lunch once in the restaurant downstairs and it was quite tasty though service was slow. Breakfast however was not to my liking but there are lots of options around. Quaint little hotel for a relaxing few days. Staff need more training in customer service but overall value for money.

Great location, cheap price!

Excellent location with a short walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. There were many services readily available just outside the hotel including laundries, tailors, warungs and a mini mart.
Ask for a high floor quiet room away from lifts and pool area, as the large groups can be quite noisy.
The room with breakfast included is great value.
Great pool for kids with small play area.
Not the greatest water pressure or wifi but seems to be the same in similar standard hotels in Bali.

Stayed here last 8 Sept for 6 nights with family - we had 413 and 415 inter-connencting room.

My overall rate is 5* as all was perfect - for me property still new, hotel location is in the centre walking distance to kuta, legian and beach, clean rooms, service is quick, bountiful breakfast, value for money and most important the Siesta Legian Hotel staffs! They are so helpful - from security, drivers, reception, restaurant and housekeeping staffs are exceptional, they treated us like family. Would definitely stay again in Siesta Legian Hotel on our next visit!

PS. If you want to go for a tour (beyond busy area) please check with reception, they have a better price compared to tour operators

Rooms are very big and clean for family stays. Air con kept the room cool. Good price for what you get.

Wifi wasn't the best and water pressure not the best. Short walk to the Main Street for shopping. Day staff are very helpful and breakfast had big variety.

excellent breakfast buffet. I stayed on the 5th floor and the shower water pressure is low with limited hot water, but this is the only negative. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Free secure underground parking is great. Internet is excellent

We stayed here for 3 nights. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Only about 20 min Walk to Legian Beach. Room was very clean. Little pool to cool down. Breakfast was a bit limited for western tourists (toast sandwich with butter and jam) but changing offers for the savoury options. Overall I would recommend!

このホテルには一週間泊まっていました。ホテルの設備には特に問題だいないですが、ルームクリーニングの際使ったタオルの片付け忘れや、歯磨きの補充忘れなど、またシャワーの水圧が少しだけ弱かったです。それ以外は完璧でした。泊まっていた期間が長かったため、ホテルの従業員と仲良くなり、柔軟に対応してくださいました。少しマイナスな面も書きましたが、ホテルのご飯は近くのレストランよりも美味しく、従業員の方も優しい人たちばかりなので泊まってみる価値はあると思います。

非常に綺麗で清掃が行き届いていて良いホテルだった。
従業員の方も気が利いていて、英語もインドネシア語も話せない私ですが快適に過ごせました。（日本語ができるスタッフはいないので、拙い英単語でなんとか凌ぎました）
ただ、ベランダが無いので、洗濯したものやダイビング器材を乾かすことができなくて、そこは困った。

Pleasent stay
