Room was super clean. Staff were always nice and smiling. The highlight of the stay was the delicious breakfast buffet including a lot of different tasty indonesian and balinese food which is included by the way. Great shopping next door including a grocery. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Everything is walkable nearby.

This place was definitely worth the stay! I was here for 7 days. The staff were amazing, I can't remember their names, except for RiRi. I was here over my birthday. I came back after a long exhausting day to a beautiful display of treats wishing me a happy birthday, to which she had prompted the staff to do. It was such a sweet gesture as I was traveling alone and it was nice to see. I appreciated it very much. They cleaned my room every day. Eveyone there was so nice, I would highly recommend staying here.

Staff are friendly, everyday room cleaning service, clean environment. For the toiletries, I would like to recommend that they should provide enough for each person because I booked to stay at the hotel for a week and they provide one small bottles of shower gels and shampoo even though we have booked for two people.

I really appreciate the friendly, helpful, and wonderful staff. Several of my communications prior to arrival were promptly answered and very accommodating. A very positive first impression of Bali.

The hotel is very well kept. Clean. It does show its age at times, but worked very well for my low budget. Food selection within walking distance was pretty good.

I would return, provided hotel ownership has not changed.

Hotel, on appearance, is pleasant and clean. Nicely laid out with all that is required for a small stay. Staff were very friendly. We found this a common theme as we travelled around Bali.
However, I was kept waiting almost an hour past check in time before room was available.
Room was ok, but towels were rough & past there best. Bath robes also past there best. One was white & one was decidedly off white. No mini bar as stated in the list of amenities. Coffee & tea making facilities, but no filtered water available.
The bed, which had quite a lumpy mattress topper, was also in need of updating.
As our stay was for 2 nights, the room was adequate, but we believe fell below the standard of a suite in a 4 star hotel

Excellent location near the airport, next to Beachwalk mall and with the beach in front. Nothing beats the sunsets. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety with local and international options. Indonesian coffee is bliss - the aroma and flavour. We enjoyed the room (spacious) and the pool especially after swimming / surfing at the beach.

We’ve been traveling a lot the last year. This was in our top 2 for sure. The property was perfect. The pool. The location.

The thing that stood out the most for us was the staff. Incredible. They were all so accommodating. Zero issues. We loved our stay here. Already planning another on in the next couple months.

If you are looking for a relaxing stay with a great location and a staff that will take care of any request, you have found it. No need to look further. We cannot wait to be back.

DJ from 5pm-8pm and live bands from 8pm-11pm. And the bands change every night so you’re not getting the same stuff.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Not to mention the free bar flair shows and fire shows. Please…you will not regret it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is currently undergoing renovations but these don’t disrupt anything. Unfortunately we were in a room that still has to be renovated and it was very tired looking with the bathroom, although kept hygienically clean, just looked dirty and run down. That said the housecleaning staff were diligent and thorough every day. Apart from this the rest of the hotel was lovely and the pool area was an enjoyable place to rest up and enjoy the food & drink. All the staff we encountered were smiling, friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast was good value. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and for those who like to shop, without bartering, there is a massive new looking shopping mall next to the hotel with all the recognisable brand names.

Smashing and Affordable Stay!

Our trip was so good we extended from 4 to 11 days. Why? It was so very central to all that interested us for a relaxing stay. The staff, offered the very best in service and that is from the garden staff, room staff through to the Reception and I must at this point mentiion Maniez, I took note of her name on her uniform pin. She was so efficient but with a very pleasant manner. Even the pool tenders and onto the breakfast staff. Not once were we not offered big broad smiles and a hello when just passing by. The grounds where immaculate and to top it off we had fish to feed in the mornings and a huge banang tree with a family of squirrels. Oh so delightful. The paths would have new frangapi flowers dropped over night and it just looked like it was staged. The location was super, a half block away was an up market new Mall with world known brands ie Dior, Zara etc. called the Beachwalk here we also found the star of our Dining experience \"Sardinas\". You must go to this restrauant the meals were perfect the staff amazing and a star young bali girl \"Desak\". Her service was amazing. Next recommendation was to walk about 800 meters along the beach boardwalk toward Legian, there you will find a beach bar called \"Josephs Bar and Grill\", which boasts a clean stainless kitchen which produces tasty food on the free beach tables, this was the only time I ate from local food premises the Satay skewers \"YUM\"

Overall, I would say that I would stay at this hotel was very good. The room very large safe and clean. However, the bed was not super comfortable. The pool area and food. Options were great. We enjoyed eating there and spent much time at the pool. the staff were very kind. The location is very walkable to the mall and many other amenities and the beach. The only negative I can say is about Kuta itself and not the hotel. The area is very loud and congested and unfortunately the beach is very dirty with lots of littering. I was very sad to see all of this however it is not the responsibility of the hotel, it just tainted our overall impression of the area.
I would not recommend staying for a long period of time in the Kuta area unless you were aware of these potential negative points.
We did end up, checking out early to go and stay on Nusa Lembongan for a much different vibe but again it’s not an issue with the hotel but the overall city location

Staffs are all friendly and helpful. It is less than two blocks walk to the outdoor mall. The room has nice air conditioner and you can adjust the temperature to your liking. It is raining season so it rains every day but not all day. It heavy rain and then stop. The bed I slept in was comfy. The hotel has two restaurants. I prefer to eat the traditional Balinese dishes but they have western food as well. The Kuta beach is across the street. Be careful of the ladies and men will try to sell their stuff and sell their services like massage and hair braiding. I was hassle by them .

I do not recommend staying here at all.
- All of the doors were warped.
- Bed was like sleeping on a rock ( literally)
- The shower had no hot water
- Black mold in the shower.
- Toothpaste from the previous occupants all up the wall.
- Tv randomly turned on in the middle of the night.
( And the best ) both my friend and i got Bali belly 2 hours after eating in their restaurant.
My advice, go anywhere else.

The hotel is rather old and has bug and bug droppings at places that are seldom cleaned. Mosquitoes are able to enter. That said, the staff do make an effort and the food is good, except for breakfast. Location is unbeatable for the price, in Kuta.

Nice staff, traditional Bali style hotel, on a busy street however could hear no traffic when inside the hotel, location is right on the beach and next to the shopping centre however didn’t seem to have many options for restaurants within the immediate vicinity, had to walk around 10-15 minutes to find nice places to eat that weren’t in the hotel. We stayed only one night at this property. It is centrally located in Kuta, right in front of the Kuta Beach. Easy walking to the beach and lots of shopping and dining options. We loved their breakfast spread with lots of options. Friendly staff and well maintained property. The only con was they don't have a lift in the property, but it is only has two floors. The staff was kind enough to help us with the luggage.

I lucked out coming here when my flight was canceled. Staff was great. All very helpful and accommodating. They were booked the following night but held my luggage and encouraged me to enjoy the facilities after I checked out. Nice pool, restaurant and very walkable. Near the mall and across from the beach. There was some construction on the property as they were remodeling, but it was not intrucive or noisy, just visible in one area. Highly recommend. Wish I could have finished my stay there.

You are paying for the location. The rooms are old, not well maintained, and dated for what you are paying. I enjoyed my stay. I have stayed in much cheaper places around Bali where the rooms were much nicer for less than half the price.

Me and my daughter have just spent a beautiful week here. Friendly, helpful and relaxed - but professional.
The hotel has its own shop. The pool is beautiful, breakfast is great and the location is perfect.
Despite the local so close to the Main Street in Kuta, it is quiet and protected. We will be back.

Location was the best hotel on Jalan Pantai.

Kuta Beach across the road, Beachwalk Mall three minutes walk next door, hub of restaurants and so quiet from the buzz of traffic.
Staff service standards friendly and helpful.
Buffet breakfast clean food standards and good quality of choices.

The ambience of the grounds of gardens so beautiful and tranquil.

I loved the resort very much , my only criitique they need to invest in new towels /bathroom linen are shabby /grey.

I will return to this hotel and the pool is huge .
