We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Koh Phangan. The service and attitude of the staff were truly beyond our expectations. Everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made our experience even more special.
The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout our stay.
Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return in the future!

Amazing resort. Such friendly staff, beautiful pool and great food/drinks. The resort is on a steep hill, so walking to the beach definitely takes longer than 3 minutes. But the hotel offers free shuttles or help with renting a scooter. They're also extremely helpful on whatsapp during your stay. The gym is very basic though, don't expect too much from it.

2nd time staying at this resort and same as last year, it was incredible! Staff, suits, food, THE VIEW, amazing pool and everything else you can think of was on point. Ill be visiting again no doubt. They are adding a nice gym there so this property will be even better next time.

Love its location on the top of the hill, gorgeous views. Very friendly and really helpful personel. Quiet spacious rooms with balconies. Daily yoga, weekly sauna, ice baths, night concerts.

Walking down to the beach is convient, the return may require some effort. I rode a motorbike so it was not an issue at all.

Fantastic location outside of main tourist area but very accessible.Secret Beach is a few minutes away. The staff is super via scooters which can be rented (cheaply) on property. The staff is super helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful service for four nights

Arrived to a lovely warm welcome from Kevin, the duty manager, who took me to my room straight away even though I was checking in early.
The room was great for the price paid, large and clean. Safe, robe, slippers, pool towels and toiletries included.
The pool area was beautiful, I spent far more time at the property than I usually would just taking in that view and enjoying the ambiance at the pool bar.
Service was excellent from all staff and the food was great, as were the cocktails!
I joined the morning Yoga classes which were excellent and went to the spa for a Thai massage, which I’d recommend. I was a little disappointed that the ice bath is only once a week, so I missed out on this as it was on my day of check out.
The free shuttle to and from the beach was great for when too hot and tired to attempt the walk, you message reception to arrange and the driver will drop or collect you any time between 9am - 5pm. But it was not as far as I expected and I did walk it a few times, around 10 minutes and perhaps a little longer on the way back up the hill.
As a solo traveller I felt both safe and valued as a guest and I would definitely choose to return to Sunset Hill if I travel back to Koh Phangan.

Wonderful service in a great resort

Above all I would thank the wonderful staff, especially Dao and Rein, who were extremely helpful in every way. Their effort alone, to guarantee our satisfaction, is praiseworthy.

Our upper floor room offered a majestic Western view. And given the number of rooms available we were astonished at how quiet the resort was. However, I must add, the steps to the upper rooms are quite steep, and given my ripe age of 72, I’d suggest that anyone with physical limitations be sure to clafify the room location - as there is no elevator.

Otherwise our stay at Sunset was very pleasant and a great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet spot, with a great view, away from the crowded beach resorts.

The most dissatisfying accomodation of our entire Thailand trip.

The resort is run down and well past its prime.

On arrival we were taken to our room and there was a man using a jack hammer on our balcony. The lady from reception apologised and said it was only a 10 minute job.

It became clear that there was a team of people doing major building works and that the 10minutes was a complete lie.

We then demanded a new room - however the only room available was smaller but was at least further from the building works.

I then enquired via message about the building noise and was sent this message from reception:

Dear Guest,
We would like to inform you that you can hear the sound from our renovation building between 09:00am to 05:00pm. We apologize for your inconvenience.

So apparently it is ok to rent out rooms yet subject their customers to all day major building works.

As a final insult when we left today they charged us for using coffee pods in the room. I explained that it was the worst experience I have ever had and it was crazy to charge us extra. They clearly don’t care.

Wotif should be ashamed to represent this 1 star hotel and stop advertising it as a 4 star resort.

I note now looking harder at reviews that we are not the only people to have been very disappointed.

The hotel was great!
Easy check in, and they arranged a transfer to and from the ferry for me. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and responsive on WhatsApp. I had one meal at the restaurant and enjoyed it. The view from the pool is quite beautiful. The area is not particularly walkable as there are no shoulders on the roads, so rent a motor bike (arranged at the property), take taxis (pricy), or get ready to hike some hills in the heat (this is what I did)!

Near restaurants, beach, etc but still off the main strip, made for a great spot away from the noise but close enough to much. The staff are outstanding, got me very good prices on bike rental and tours. Town is walkable but hotel is at top of hill and town has no sidewalks so it can feel uncomfortable to walk at times, but doable and renting a bike is super easy. Great pool, great spa and they host music about once a week, which was nice and couldn’t be heard from my room if I wanted to go to bed early.

The overall property is exceptional with amazing views and a serene feel. The front office manager Madelaine was especially helpful in arranging trips, taxis and making sure everything was alright. She even surprised me with a birthday cake at breakfast with the staff singing happy birthday. Hopefully her company realizes the asset she is. The only minor negative is beach access. Coming back is a very steep but short hill back but they provide a ride back if you call.

Amenities and Staff Make This A Model Resort

This resort was everything we hoped for, plus some extras. The infinity pool is perfectly situated on a hill with a gorgeous view of the sea, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, my father loved using the sauna, the restaurant kitchen is visible and hygienic (I don't eat where I can't see the kitchen) and the food is delicious and fairly priced. Elaine, the manager, was extremely attentive to our needs and desires and made our stay easy, relaxing, relaxing, and fulfilling. The staff is very nice and personable in general, and I felt very at-ease the whole 6 nights we stayed here. 10/10, 5 Stars, etc;
we would (read: WILL) stay here again.

The property, as expected, is at the top of a pretty steep hill. You will want to rent a scooter to move around for convenience and fun. The hotel staff was super accommodating and friendly. They had great recs on places to visit and where to eat. They also had the courtesy of shipping a pair of shoes we left behind to Koh Tao at no cost! And they did so overnight... Last but not least, the pool is as beautiful, if not more beautiful, than pictures show.

The staff is wonderful here. They take care of everything.
Elaine, the manager also set me up for my trip to Koh Samui. The resort is a fabulous get away. Unbelievable views from the property. Since it is up the hill from the main street and beaches, it is much quieter. To walk to the main beach is 10 minutes and the resort will shuttle you for free. They have a great pool to relax by and watch the beautiful scenery so you get both choices. I ate there for most meals and the food was great. Also had an amazing massage and infrared sauna afternoon. The work space is fabulous. Views all around. You can work outside in the ocean light breeze or go into the air conditioned room where you can still see the ocean view.

Lovely hotel with amazing views

Great hotel and lovely staff who were very helpful. The room was huge and the pool beautiful with fantastic views. I had a few issues walking past some dogs at the bar on the hill so had to get taxis. Also the restaurant and bar were shut but there were alternative arrangements due to the working space providing food which was great. I would definitely stay here again but I would hire a bike or car and make sure I confirmed what was open in terms of facilities.

Sunset hill is a nice resort although it is very far away from the center and located on a hill. Instead of helping you find easier ways to get around the hotel sees it as a way to make more money of you. Everywhere you want to go you need a taxi and the hotel charges 500 baht at least (almost double the price outside). We were there on full moon and they only had one overpriced shuttle to the party at ten p.m, which was late for us. Eventually we got together with a few others that stayed at the hotel and found a taxi on the street for a better price. Besides that, we enjoyed are stay, breakfast was good and pool is beautiful. Very friendly staff

Great stay!

We ended up here after another hotel in the area was a disaster! We loved it here and didn’t want to leave. Great rooms and pool. It’s a place hats clearly being updated all the time and it shows. One major thing about this place (and most on the island) is that you REALLY need to have a motorbike to het around. We did not, but we’re perfectlu happy to sit on the beach all day.

For a ”budget” solo traveller the stay was pure luxury. Room was spacious and super clean, staff very helpful, attentive and friendly. I stayed in the hotel at the same time as there was a yoga teacher training, right above my room, so i did wake up to it every morning when they started. But didn’t really bother me.
The hotel is on a hill with a really steep climb, if you don’t have a scooter, get ready for some leg workout!

This would have been excellent but unfortunately we were given the wrong room (we booked a corner suite and got a regular suite) we were then moved to the penthouse for one night but then had to move again the next day to a corner suite but we felt we were more in the garden area than the open sea views , and also it was a bit of a problem having to move twice when we were only there a week. I know mistakes happen , but we should have been upgraded and left there for the rest of our stay! Not just one night. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and the staff were all lovely

Beautiful hotel, mediocre staff.

This hotel is beautiful. We stayed 6 nights. It says they have satellite tv channels, they don’t. Not one channel came through. The WiFi was fairly useless and only worked for one phone at a time and only if we stood in one spot of the room. The location was good, my husband and i are vegetarian so it was really nice to be fairly close to quite a few restaurant options. You really need to rent a scooter to make life easier on yourself. We did so through the hotel and it worked out great. The staff, while fairly nice, was pretty unhelpful. While trying to make arrangements to get back to Koh Samui for our flight home, we scheduled a taxi through them and then later asked to add the ferry reservations and they basically just told us to do it down at the pier. But I’m pretty certain it would have been quite a bit cheaper to do it through the hotel but they just seemed over it. The hotel room was really beautiful and clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was great as well. It’s a nice hotel but there was just something missing for me.

No what we booked!

It was five of us and we booked the sea view 3 bedroom suite for 4 nights at least 5 months before our stay. When we got there we were given the 3 bedroom apartment with rooftop. The layout of the room with the rooftop is completely different, there is basically a bed in the living room and two twin beds cramped at the entrance. So instead of having 3 bedrooms and a living room as we booked we ended up with no living room and no privacy whatsoever. We complained right away but the management said the other apartment was taken and they were very rude and dismissive.

the room was smaller than I expected and I reserved a room with a view and when I arrived that was not what I got. I had to pay to upgrade my room when I already had a reservation and booking for a view. I was very dissappointed. And on top of that the hallways were so confusing I got lost and had to have the staff escort me to my room and there was no food in a decent distance we had to take a cab to get food. The hotel itself was nice and the staff were helpful but it was completely inconveniencing.

Loved this hotel from the moment we arrived staff are extremely friendly and cannot do enough for you - our sea view room was huge was not expecting such a big apartment was clean and cosy - unfortunately we didn't get to sample the food as a storm hit in the afternoon and the whole village was without power except one restaurant we found that must have had a generator - drinks were good breakfast was good and the views from the restaurant were amazing - would def go back and stay again next time we are in Thailand - Tracey & Mike

Fabulous for all occasions! Great choice!

We initially planned on staying only 2 nights here out of our 6 nights on the island. We then extended 2 more nights just due to the views and local area. We then extended again because after searching there really wasn't anything as nice as this place. We were upgraded so we could keep our original room, breakfast buffet was included and they made special requests that weren't on the set menu. The restaurant, pool, views, hotel bar, all staff (but more importantly Tikki, Mook, and the two chefs for making our stay wonderful), room and services were fantastic and I couldn't have been more pleased. The only thing that could be improved is the shower pressure and drainage speed, but being on a mountain side with an incredible room and view makes something so small become nothing more. We were even given a small gift, from Tikki, as we were leaving and the great bartender, Mook, who has different daily specials at the pool bar, saw us off at 8am (doesn't start at the bar until 10am). Overall, the perfect place if you can drive a motorbike as the farthest part of the island is no more than an hour away with so many nice beaches close by. We saw many different beaches, restaurants, and attractions and always ended the day perfectly as the sun was setting from the pool or our balcony. Thanks again so much!

We had a really lovely stay at Sunset Hill. It was lovely and quiet even with the hotel putting finishing touches to what is a lovely renovation. The food in the restaurant was really yummy and in my opinion better than the food in the closest town. Also cheaper in most cases. Although beers/cocktails were better priced in town. Staff were very attentive and the free shuttles a nice touch. Views from the awesome pool were great. A really pleasant stay and would recommend! : )

The staff were fantastic

We had an amazing visit at the hotel. It os in a beautiful location, but there isn't a huge amount around. We weren't too keen on the idea of getting a moped, but we soon realised this was a cheaper option than getting a taxi everywhere, which was 200baht per person one way, or 200baht per day and you have the freedom to go where you like on the island. My boyfriend rode the bike but, the roads weren't at all busy and it seemed easy.

The room was beautiful with an amazing sea view. There is a reason they call it sunset hotel! The pool was amazing and the food was gorgeous!

Now the staff, I cannot emphasise how wonderful they are. Unbeknownst to me, my boyfriend had emailed the staff to organise a meal on the balcony with candles and flowers. They were only too happy to help out and went totally above and beyond! They were always there to help answer any questions and never failed to have a smile on their faces while doing it. I think the key on Thailand is if you make a little effort they will!

Overall and amazing stay and we will definitely be visiting again.

Spacious rooms. We got a balcony with amazing views from atop the mountain. Hotel grounds are nice. Make sure you have bug spray, if your hanging outside at night there's a lot of bugs. Restaurant has amazing food and shakes! We're still talking about it today. Their chicken burger and pad Thai are the best. Our room could have used a little freshening up, there were dirty marks on the walls and bathroom was kind of rough. Our room smelt like sewage every day. We were only given two pillows when most hotels give you four. Decor is beautiful. Walking distance to Secret Beach. Other beautiful beaches very close by. Far from full moon party and the happening part of the island. This area shuts down around 10ish and you'll have a hard time trying to find a taxi.

The neighborhood, once you get down the hill, is very convenient as well - with nice beaches and restaurants within a few minutes. The ease of renting a moto at the hotel was a nice plus as well.

Beautiful, well-executed concept hotel.

Beautiful, well-executed concept. Everything looking out over the sea. The weather dropped a bit and we were a little confined but the restaurant had enough to keep us fed and happy and the rooms are comfortable and relaxing. Secret beach is at the bottom of the road and the hotel will do drop-offs on a little golf cart for no charge. Recommended. We had a weekend booked and extended by a day. Probably a bit limiting in terms of locale for more than a few days, but lovely for a long weekend. We didn't want to leave.

We had a fabulous room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel has a nice, small infinity pool with a gorgeous view of the sunset. The food was great - both thai curries and western sandwiches etc. were delicious. You can get slightly cheaper elsewhere, but it was not too over-priced for a hotel and was convenient when you didn't feel like venturing out. On our first night, they did a brilliant barbeque buffet on the terrace which was great value and very tasty. The hotel is up a hill between two beach areas and there is a guest shuttle that will take you there. Getting back can be more problematic though. We (like most other people) hired a scooter to get us around and we were able to explore this beautiful island. The hotel staff were super-friendly and were very welcoming and helpful at all times.

Great view, great rooms and great price

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and we loved it. We stayed in the garden view but we recommend getting the balcony view! Ours was still awesome but we were on a budget and wanted to save money where possible. The infinity pool is great and the restaurant serves good food too and still relatively cheap! Staff was very helpful at organizing and getting stuff set for us and let us use their phone to change our flights. They were awesome!

5 star service for 3 star prices

We stayed for a couple nights during our visit to the island and were really impressed. There's first rate service at every turn, they arranged a rental car for us, the food was good, the bar was good, the view was amazing, but what really sold us was the service. We stayed at other, higher rated hotels in Bangkok, but Sunset Hill was far and away our favorite stay.

The hotel was nice. Bed was very hard, which is not to my liking. Nice sun set from the balcony. Grey views. We stayed in a Junior Suite. Worth the extra we paid considering the view. The bathroom smelt like sewerage. We lost power due to rain almost every day. Hotel organised a scooter for us which was great. Fair price. Their resturant has a fabulous view. Unfortunately the food and cocktails were not very nice.

Relaxation in Paradise!

Staying at Sunset Hills was a wonderful experience. Not only was it relaxing, but it has breathtaking views of Koh Phangan. The property is very well taken cared of and all of the staff are hospitable -- greeting us every time we walked by. Wii, the office manager is super friendly and helpful; she really takes her time to get to know all of the guests. The pool area is the prime spot to unwind while watching the sunset or sunrise. Food and drinks are delicious. We had the corner suite in the \"Rose\" building of the property and it exceeded all out expectations (floor to ceiling doors all around the room, opening up to a wrap around balcony with a perfect view of the ocean!) My husband and I will definitely be returning to Sunset Hills during our next visit to Koh Phangan.

Peaceful and relaxing

My girlfriend and I stayed only 2 night at sunset but wish we had scheduled a long stay. The staff was amazing and friendly always greeted us with a smile. The stuff was very helpful with anything we needed. Are room was spotless and just extremely clean. The pool is amazing a little small but you can look past it simply for the view. The only downside I have would be the food in the restaurant very greasy and bland also fairly expensive. Lucky the town is a 5 min scooter right to good local food.

Great Honeymoon Getaway

The staff were friendly and very helpful, our hostess Wii was amazing! The room was well decorated and when we arrived, they had the towels folded as elephants and rose petals on the bed. We enjoyed the nice breezy windows and the ocean view, the sunsets were beautiful. The kitchenette made cooking fresh market food easy.

We were on our honeymoon and they made it extra special with a delicious candlelit Thai dinner with flambéed bananas for dessert. They helped to set us up with a scooter rental so getting around the island was a breeze. They also had great recommendations for where to eat and fun things to do.

Fantastic Hotel

The Sunset Hill Resort was brilliantly located and had fantastic views. The staff are extremely helpful and speak very good English. Moped hire can be arranged through the hotel and was well priced and more secure than using the shops in town.

The food and drink was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel has a fantastic infinity pool and bar area looking out to the sea. The room was large and very clean.

The hotel is slightly more expensive than a couple of the others around the area, but it is completely justified and worth it. For the facilities and service at this hotel I still believe we paid less than what it was worth. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and would certainly return!

Sunset hill was a great stay. Staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to help make your stay enjoyable. Rooms are absolutely fantastic. The only disappointing part of our stay was the pool. I feel the pools cleanliness was not up to par in comparison to the rooms and hotel lobby. To fully enjoy your stay at sunset hill, I would suggest renting a scooter.

The hotel had a lot of rules and a lot of notices telling you what you can't do and the fines you would receive if you were caught doing them, such as not returning a swim towel or flushing paper down the loo. It wasn't very welcoming, in fact the only welcoming aspect was the thai lady at reception who was lovely and the Dutch waitress, also lovely.The hotel room was large and comfortable but it lacked some basic items in the kitchen area which would have been useful, such as wine glasses and more crockery. There was some construction going on during our stay that was a little annoying, they were very apologetic and had the work delayed until at least 10am daily. The food was not great, so we avoided eating there after the first night. The pool was lovely, with a great view but again we felt like we were going to be told off for doing something wrong. Weird hotel, although ok rooms if you want a little more luxury.

Nice Place to Stay

A delightful way to chill out. The staff, room cleanliness and views were excellent.
The room was slightly tired and could do with a revamp however nothing too drastic.
For me the the hotel was in a nice quiet location up a steep hill. I would recommend a bike is needed to see the rest of the island and for restaurantsin the evening.
I would recommend this hotel to all without mobility issues as the hotel has many steps due to its location and design.

A real pleasure!

The staff are caring and friendly, especially Vii, a real sweetheart! The room was very comfortable (JR suite), quiet and clean, with a nice view. The pool was small but excellent and hardly used by others. Did not dine at the hotel. Rented a scooter from the hotel, had no problems at all - and a scooter is a good idea for getting around, or even up and down the hill to the hotel! The neighborhood isn't bad at all, there are some nice restaurants there and all, but for the more spectacular places, transportation is needed. We can recommend it for couples and peace-seekers, enjoy!

Overall I was very happy with our choice to stay at Sunset Hill. Our room had an amazing panoramic view of the ocean. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchenette. They provide a DVD player and have a few movies at the front desk but I wish I'd brought some of my own. The bathroom had a sewage smell but we discovered if we left the fan OFF it went away. One odd thing about the room was that there wasn't a phone so we had to walk to the front desk anytime we had a question or needed anything. The pool was a little small but also had the same amazing view as our room. I've traveled a lot and don't know if I've seen a better ocean view. We tried 3-4 different beaches on the island and came to the conclusion that our pool was better so spent a lot of time there. The grounds and hotel had some work going on but it didn't disturb our stay. Other reviewers were correct in that a cab charges a lot more to go up the big hill from the main road to the resort. We were quoted 100 baht per person to get dropped off at the bottom of the bill vs. 300 to go up. The hill is a hike but totally do-able. I would stay here again.

Sunset Hill was amazing!!! Great staff and the most incredible view you will see in Koh Phagnan. It is a little out of the way, but restaurants are a quick walk down the hill if you don't want to eat there and the hotel arranges taxis to the full moon party...etc. Great rooms! Very clean and the staff went out of their way.....as far as making a home made cake for my husbands birthday. Great pool! You can rent a scooter and get to everything easily.

Great service, would stay again.

Service was exceptional! They were very accommodating, they organised everything for us from a scooter, to our day trip and ferry/transfer to hotel on Koh Samui. Rooms with amazing views. Its a bit of a hike up a steep hill, however no problems to get up by car or scooter and they have parking on site. Food from the restaurant was good, no buffet breakfast but still provided a tasty breakfast. Definitely would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in Koh Phangan.

a room with a view..

Sunset Hill is located on a steep incline but the aquamarine view of the Gulf of Thailand from our enormous balcony on a clear and sunny day is well worth the climb. We were woken everyday by birdsong and there is a work-in-progress though delightful garden replete with blue spotted butterflies and amorous stone sculpture. The room itself was spacious and tastefully decorated. The infinity pool is small but cosy and whenever we went there was no one else - so it very much felt like a private pool overlooking the sea below. The cosy restaurant is a lovely place to drink in a view of the azure water and enjoy a drink - but the cooking and portions could do with some improvement. Booking a scooter through the resort was a good decision that avoided us being extorted for \"damage\" caused to the bike. The reception/management were always patient, extremely helpful and had useful suggestions for excellent restaurants and scenic beaches, arranging cabs, etc.

Because of the difficulty in arranging these wonderful facilities in a remote part of the island, the management have imposed some pretty hefty fines for various \"prohibited\" activities - smoking in the rooms, flushing toilet paper down the commodes, etc. Be sure to read these rules while booking to avoid hassles later on.

We had an excellent and amazingly romantic stay at Sunset Hill. At times it felt a little surreal with everything seeming so breathtakingly beautiful. Thank you so much!

Amazing service and stunning views by the pool! On our first night, we were about to leave for dinner but it started pouring down with rain. We called the restaurant manager who was near a restaurant and was able to buy food for us and bring it to our room. He did not even ask for any extra charges which I thought was very nice. On the whole, the service at this place is amazing and is definitely worth a stay

I can't recommend Sunset Hill Resort highly enough. The staff were fantastic and were very helpful in planning trips etc which as a single traveller was invaluable. I hired a scooter through them without any problems. The food at the restaurant is excellent and the view from the pool area is unbelievable!! If you plan to go to the full moon party don't be put off by the location...although it is perhaps not a 'party' hotel they organise a taxi to and from Haad Rin on the night of the party and its far better to be able to come back and chill out by a quiet pool than be right in the thick of it and not get any sleep! The best hotel I stayed at in my three week Asian trip.

Best Island getaway ever on top of Haad Chao Phao

The Sunset Hill was the best accomodation I''ve had in any of the Thai Islands. The room was phenomenal. Very nicely priced and the facility was spectacular. Marble floors, wonderful sitting room, full on stereo system where I played my own CDs - Mozart in the mornings... Rooms even include full kitchen and small refrigerator so one could stay long-term with no worries. Cooking your own food on Koh Phangan would be quite ridiculous anyway. Staff was outstanding, excellent chefs and even invited me to one of their personal parties after hours. Gave me a ride back from Haad Rin on Moto for free. Must rent moto or car to get to Haad Chao Phao unless you want to pay $$$ for a taxi. Moto costs TB150 per day and taxi ride from Haad Rin to HCP could cost TB800 or more. Great location to quiet beaches. Sunset hill staff arranged for me to go on a snorkelling trip to Koh Tao on last day which cared for my luggage and flew out of Koh Samui airport at 8:00pm same day. Phenomenal!!!!!!!!!

First time staying at this location, and we had a wonderful time.
The co-working space was a plus we were not aware of, and this alone is a reason for us to come back next year since we are part time digital nomads.
The restaurant has a large variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner - and the prices are good too.
The gym is acceptable, but busy at times.
The pool area could use some renovation, but it's ok.

The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous from this location.

Det ligger lidt væk fra meget, men hvis man lejer en scooter er det meget fedt og tæt på de fedeste strande. De har dog en service mellem 9-17 hvor man kan blive kørt ned til strand/nærmeste 7/11

Madame, Monsieur,

Nous avons séjourné au Sunset Hill Boutique Resort du 9 au 13 août 2025, ayant réservé deux chambres pour nous-mêmes ainsi que pour notre fils. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été entachée par de nombreux désagréments ne correspondant ni aux standards annoncés ni à nos attentes.
•Chambre de notre fils : située juste à côté d’une zone de travaux d’agrandissement de l’hôtel, engendrant un bruit constant et très gênant.
•Propreté insuffisante des chambres : poussière persistante, robinetterie couverte de calcaire, tasses à café sales, joints de carrelage et miroirs de salle de bain mal entretenus, traces suspectes au plafond.
•État général du complexe : dépôts d’ordures dans l’enceinte, parking scooters encombré de déchets, mobilier de terrasse en très mauvais état.
•Piscine et équipements : piscine vétuste avec carrelage cassé, transats abîmés.
•Manque de communication : traitement anti-moustiques effectué sans prévenir les clients, pouvant poser un risque pour la santé et le confort.

Ces désagréments ont considérablement affecté la qualité de notre séjour, et ne reflètent pas le standing attendu pour votre établissement.

En conséquence, nous sollicitons un geste commercial ou une compensation financière à titre de dédommagement.

Insgesamt ist das Sunset Hill gut, der Strand mit dem privaten Shuttle ist ebenfalls traumhaft und das Personal sowohl im Restaurant wie an der Poolbar wirklich zuvorkommend. Der Pool hat einen traumhaften Blick, nicht nur beim Sonnenuntergang. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gepflegt, das Bett sehr angenehm. Leider ist es ein wenig geräuschempfindlich, die Nachbarn auf dem Flur oder auf dem nebenanliegenden Balkon hört man sehr deutlich. Die Umbaumaßnahme hat uns kaum gestört, da wir viel unterwegs waren und Ausblick wie auch Personal dieses vergessen ließen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort. Danke.
