Thank you for upgrading us to the higher room with the strip view. The person(s) at the front desk at check in (and at check out) were helpful in every way, by recommending restaurants, helping us store luggage, extending our checkout time and making sure all of our concerns were addressed. Would definitely stay here again. Great pools, lots of dining options, great location. Had a relaxing weekend!

I felt this hotel was just average not really luxury I've stayed in Marriott hotels that were a lot fancier was not happy about the $400 hold on my credit card for what the room I had had hair on the floor hair in the shower and the hot water didn't work if you look around there is a lot of dust like no heavy cleaning is done those Dusty boxes of snacks that they are trying to charge you for is ridiculous if you have a kid in a room and they accidentally knock it off that sensor and it takes you more than 30 seconds to put it back they're going to charge you.

Place is brand new with great amenities. Cleaning service was amazing. Room was small. But food and service was sub par. Room service menu was like ordering from a fast food restaurant and everything was to-go. Do the restaurants downstairs instead. They make you pay valet first upfront then add the additional nights to the room. If you do mobile check in because the other lines are disgustingly long you may never get their concierge service.

\"The shared courtyard never gets swept.\"

Three hotels, 40 restaurants, 1,400 slot machines and 117 table games. No maps, horrible signage and rare sightings of staff to help navigate the property. Check in process was far to long. Kiosks don't work. Oh and parking is a separate company as well.
Food is all bar food and very greasy and expensive. Oh and it is surrounded by shady places so don't think about walking anywhere.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was upgraded to another section of the resort. It was really nice but it was an ADA room and everything in the bathroom was at a different level. There was very little space to put things on. For such a big bathroom 2 little hooks to hang things on.
The pools were so nice. Our last day at the pool they took everyone’s umbrellas down because of the wind. There was no wind at all. We asked for ours to be opened but they said no because of the wind storm approaching. We stayed out there anyway but it was so hot and no wind. I understand the liability if the wind picked up but it didn’t happen. We thought about getting a cabana again but they double the price from the day before so that was out.
Also we were in the pool with his little boy and dad and they were having so much fun playing in the water, going under water and coming back up. They came up once and sprayed water from their mouths and the lifeguard told them they could not do that it was against the pool rules?? What child doesn’t do that as they come up for water? They ran out of 2 popular seltzer waters. I went to the little store in the hotel and bought what they ran out of.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable beds
Location is far from the rest of the strip activities/hotels/shopping but walkable to sphere venue. Parking garage charges daily even for hotel guests parking should be complimentary for guests paying resort fees.

I never understood the draw to go to Vegas as I don’t gamble or drink. But staying at this resort made me realize that staying at such a nice resort with an incredible concert to attend and multiple wonderful pools to hang out in, is exactly a relaxing vacation.
Only thing I would improve is the food which felt like cruise ship fare at extremely high prices.

It was the start of summer and the weather was still bearable. While the location is about a 15 minute walk to the strip, we like that you could walk within the hotel premises and then cross the street to where you could find more restaurants that are budget friendly. There is also a Walgreens, 711, Ross, and other souvenir shops just across. Though it was the beginning of summer, the pool was too cold and I could see my children shivering whenever they are out of the pool- most especially when the wind blows. I myself did not dip on the pool. I found it odd for a 5star hotel to not have anything complimentary on the hotel room for guests- not even a bottle of water.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. However, we booked this hotel bc it had $75 credit per room for breakfast. We had two rooms. We checked in and they said they did not offer breakfast but the credits could be used at the casino eateries in a specific section. Then the next morning we find out those eateries are not even open for breakfast but instead we had to wait until lunch time to use the credits. Expedia and the hotel need to do a better job at communicating what the terms and true amenities being offered/ sold.

A really beautiful property with every amenity one could want right there. In addition, you can walk across the street to Walgreens if you want to pick up essentials like sunscreen or whatever at a cheaper price. Walking down the strip seemed long but I spent most of my time by the amazing salt water pools. The staff was friendly and professional and I’d recommend this property to anyone.

Had a great stay only thing I didn’t like is when I booked no one ever told me about the $150 incidental fee charged daily. So on top of the amount of the room, you’re getting charged $150 a day. So however, long, you are staying they are holding that money.

When I brung it to their attention, they did discount the deposit rate but then took away my $66 a day breakfast credit without telling me.

Room was clean had a view of the strip it was okay. Beds were not bad we slept well and it was quiet. Small refrigerator in room thankfully we had stuff that needed refrigeration. Used the pool it was clean nice area. Very hot concrete and fake grass wear shoes. Ate at food court was good. We got $75 for food court I thought it could be used 2 days but, They charged my room for the second time we ate there. We did not use the $25 bar credit.

The was a long line up for check-in and took a while to get they keys. Washroom was not clean and had to request few times to get it cleaned. Almost took couple of hours to resolve the issue. Had a dinner reservation at one of their restaurants (Restaurant Week Menu) but turned out to be available during lunch hour only without even mentioning it, other people had the same issue. Overall it was not a satisfying experience at all.

Very disappointing experience at Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World.

The hotel advertises a food package/credit, but the way it is applied is extremely confusing and lacks transparency. During my stay, I believed I was using the included food allowance, only to later find unexpected charges on my account. Even after reviewing the receipts, it was difficult to understand how the credits were being applied. Guests should not have to spend time disputing charges that are supposed to be covered by the package.

For a hotel that promotes itself as a premium property, I was also surprised to find that the room did not include a hot kettle. This is a very basic amenity that many hotels around the world provide as standard, especially for guests who would like tea, coffee, or hot water in their room.

While the property itself is modern and visually impressive, the guest experience did not match the luxury image. Clearer communication regarding food credits, better customer service, and more attention to basic in-room amenities would greatly improve the overall experience.

Unfortunately, based on this stay, I would not choose this hotel again and would not recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free experience in Las Vegas.

Be very careful of charging things to your room they like to triple charge you hoping you don’t notice and when you do, they say they have to open an investigation. Even though a receipt number and amount is clearly stated on the Bill and anybody could tell that it’s the same charge that was just Bill three times. Fully paid for my trip they took a credit card for incidentals, which is normal. I rented a pool side chair and they charged me three times for it. Also be careful of touching anything in the snack bar. If you pick it up more than 30 seconds they automatically charge you for it. Even though you might just be looking at something. The front desk is really nice, but there’s only so much they can do that has to get escalated to an investigation. I had $1100 in charges and my total bill out the door should’ve been 214. Some of the charges fell off, but they still charged me $550 still waiting for 350 to go back on my card

As a Hilton Honors member, this stay was extremely disappointing. Check-in was disorganized, room amenities were repeatedly missing (body wash, clean glasses, towels), and requests for assistance were either delayed or ignored.

The front desk provided inconsistent information regarding billing questions, resulting in unnecessary time spent resolving issues. Customer service was unhelpful and showed little interest in addressing concerns.

For a property charging significant resort fees, the pool and bar hours were surprisingly limited, reducing the value of the overall experience.

Unfortunately, I did not feel valued as a repeat Hilton guest, and based on this experience, I would not choose Resorts World Las Vegas Hilton for future stays.

Rooms could have been cleaner (a lot of dust). Staff was very nice and helpful except for clear instructions on beverage credits. We were told by 3 different staff members at the front where we could and couldn’t redeem our beverage credits. We missed out on the credits :(

We never got the $75 F&B credit originally from Expedia. We booked a king bed deluxe room but got a room with two double beds. The hotel told me that it’s due to non availability. They did offer me a hotel $150 F&B credit but removed the $75 credit from Expedia. The hotel system is not working half the time and we couldn’t charge expenses to the room. We requested for slippers 5 times and never got them. The AI check in app doesn’t work, the tv in the room is glitchy. The shower head is loose and keeps on failing off. The list goes on. Overall, we were just super glad that we are only there for two days. We have stayed in the hotel before it was actually before our recent stay we seriously wonder what happened!!! The hotel is so badly managed now.

We stay here every year because we absolutely love everything about it! There’s much to do inside, and everybody is so amazing that works there, it is so clean and beautiful! It’s a short walk to the Venetian, and that’s where we spend most of our time also. Very cool resort with a cool club and awesome pools!

Hotgel was great. Only issue was I asked for a quiet room and the check in lady put me in a southern-facing room high up, byt facing the Encore Beach/Night Club which had bass pumping day and night. The sound went into my room...the bass went through my earplugs. So I had to change my room. Shame on the staff for putting me in that room. If you want quiet. get a room on the northwest side and avoid facing the Liv pool.
