It was better than we expected. It’s a great place to stay while visiting Assisi.

It was very basic. The floor they placed us in had a bunch of people in rooms who were partying until late at night and it was quite noisy. For breakfast, we arrived about 45 mins before service ends, they were already putting things away but the waiters treated us well. This place was very busy.

I didn't actually stay at Casa Leonori because they upgraded me to a room at Hotel Cenacolo, their `sister' hotel that is adjacent. (This was an upgrade from 3 to 4 stars.) I didn't see the rooms at Casa Leonori but the room at Hotel Cenacolo was nice, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for a few nights to explore Assisi as well as some other nearby locations such as Perugia and Castiglione del Lago. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite big and spacious and clean. The courtyard is also very nice if you are looking for a spot to relax in-between plans. The breakfasts served every morning was excellent too!

Excellent guest house in Assisi! Very clean and comfortable. Counter staff were very friendly and helpful. Very near the train station and walking distance to Basilica of St Mary of the Angels. 10 minutes bus ride to the Basilica of St Francis of Assisi! Will definitely return for next trip to Assisi!

4 days in family room, we used the hotel as central point to reach other towns and Foresta Umbra. Easy to reach the main roads without having to pass through Assisi town. Clean rooms and very good staff.

O mesmo no climatizador. Apenas prestar atenção nestas manutenções. Voltarei com certeza e indico o Hotel.

Reservé un hotel y nos dieron otro
Fue terrible, hice la reservación de 4 habitaciones desde el 6 de abril 2023 y el hospedaje era el 26 mayo, cuando llegamos sobrevendieron las habitaciones y nos dejaron sin habitaciones, a las 11pm nos dijeron que si queremos dormir en el lobby o nos mandan a otro hotel el cuál era de menor calidad y a 500 metros dónde nos mandaron a pie con maletas y con adultos mayores, no hubo traslado,no nos quedaron más opción que irnos. En el otro hotel no había aire acondicionado, no habían toallas, un perro ladraba en la habitación contigua y no nos dieron la habitación para discapacitados para los adultos mayores que andaban con nosotros, simplemente al final el hotel dijo que no recompensaba NADA, fue una noche horrible.
En resumen, hubo un incumplimiento por parte de Casa Leonori y Hoteles.com por no mantener la reservación de las condiciones originales y por Hoteles por no darle un seguimiento adecuado al caso en cuestión por aceptar no reembolso y además hoteles.com ofreció un bono por las 4 habitaciones que no llega ni al costo de una habitación, lo cuál es ridículo.

Cosa non mi è piaciuto, Arrivati in questa struttura ci hanno comunicato che non funzionava la TV per un guasto, ma da li a poche ore sarebbe stata ripristinata, siamo andati e la TV non è stata ripristinata,abbiamo soggiornato 2 giorni,camera minimal, si sentono i rumori delle stanze di fianco,tanto datata, bagno molto piccolo la porta lascia a desiderare, la struttura è grande, le 3 stelle che dicono di avere sono rubate io ne darei 2 scarse,la reception non è aperta 24h su 24, alle 23 non c'è più nessuno. La colazione a buffet, l'essenziale.

Struttura bella sia esternamente che internamente, pulita e ordinata. Stanza da sistemare in quanto il materasso era tropo duro, i cuscini troppo bassi. Ho chiesto se ve ne fossero di più alti ma la risposta è stata negativa anche se gentilmente e celermente hanno provveduto a fornirmi un secondo cuscino. Bagno pulito ma con il lavandino crepato e i porta asciugamani che si stavano staccando dal muro, luce specchio non funzionante e il phon che non regge ad una asciugatura di capelli (corti) perché si surriscalda e per 5 minuti non funziona più. Positiva la presenza della Chiesa internamente alla struttura. Sistemate queste cose l'hotel diventa veramente super. Il personale gentilissimo.

Arrivati in Hotel ci dicono che alloggeremo in un altro, gestito dalla stessa compagnia.
Alle 14:30 ci presentiamo per fare il check-in, disponibile dalle 14 teoricamente e ci viene detto che non sarà possibile effettuarlo prima di 40 minuti/1 ora.
L’indomani, avendo io prenotato due notti, verso le 14 mentre ero fuori ovviamente dal l’hotel ricevo una chiamata da questi che mi chiede se le mie valigie sono chiuse in modo da poter liberare la stanza visto che io dovevo cambiare hotel per tornare a quello in origine prenotato.
Interrompo il mio tour allora e rientro in Hotel, dove mi trovo a dover attendere circa 30 minuti per poter fare un check-out che mi è stato chiesto di fare da parte dell’hotel.
Ultima nota negativa la colazione, che viene servita dal personale per motivi di igiene e sicurezza per il Covid-19. Questo lo troverei corretto, se non fosse che a qualcuno veniva chiesto di sedersi che avrebbe ricevuto quanto desiderato al tavolo, mentre altri erano liberi di scorrazzare per la sala colazione e prendersi il succo piuttosto che il cappuccino.

아시시역에 한밤중에 도착해서 5분쯤 걸으니 중세 시대 양식으로 지어졌지만 깨끗하고 새로 지은 듯한 건물이 나타났습니다. 늦게 도착해서 문이 열리지 않았고 벨을 누르니 5분 정도 후 두 분이 차를 타고 와서 문을 열어주셨습니다. 방은 아주 넓지는 않았지만 충분히 넓었고 새로 지은 듯 깔끔했습니다. 다음 날 아침 조식을 먹으러 갔는데 메뉴는 일반적인 조식 뷔페와 비슷했지만 음식 질이 좋은 것 같았습니다. 아시시 시내까지는 멀지만 역에서 가깝고 가격도 저렴한 편이라 추천하고 싶습니다.

Albergo pulito, posizione strategica invidiabile vicinissima a Santa Maria degli.Angeli ed alla stazione ferroviaria di Assisi, raggiungibile in pochissimi minuti a piedi Sia che siate in.auto.sia che siate in treno, si possono raggiungere facilmente tutti.i punti di interesse di Assisi anche con i soli mezzi pubblici tutti molto vicini. Parcheggio.molto.ampio e comodo ed il personale è gentile e le camere ampie anche se da arredamento semplice , giusto in tema \"Francescano\". Nel complesso una struttura davvero molto buona. Certamente consigliato, specie a famiglie con.bambini, come la mia.
