We had extremely loud upstairs neighbors. Rhey got home every night around 10 PM and kept us up almost every night. Their kids were running, jumping and very loud!
We spoke to the front desk twice, but nothing was resolved.
We finally resorted to banging on the ceiling.
That is our only complaint, otherwise the property was beautiful, clean and well maintained.

Wonderful location. Peaceful and clean. The room we stayed in was well maintained, felt secure and private.
Walking around the area was nice with beautiful scenery.
Food trucks in the complex provided options for both food and coffee.
There were two swimming pools and hot tubs in different areas so it didn't feel crowded. Both pools looked amazing.
They also offered events to participate in as well on different days.
Food and grocery shopping was near by and good location to get to the north shore plus easy walking distance to the hidden beach.

Clean room, all the necessities of cooking in your condos are all there( no need to go out and eat outside in a restaurant which saves you $$ ) and very nice staff. They even let us stay a couple of hours from the original check out time of 10am since our flight is not until the evening.

Generally the stay was great. Check in was less than pleasant when told we had to pay for A/C and an extra tax. Our package said all was included. It did get resolved a couple days later. Also concierge when we got there was too much since we had been up for almost 24 hours. Felt pressure to do a time share sales pitch. We did cancel it the next day since we had no interest . Parking spaces were tight made it hard to load and unload luggage

Older time share property at a reasonable cost. If you are traveling with family (including kids), the property can’t be beat at this price point. It is within 5 mins from town.

Love the multiple pools, BBQ laundry in unit plus and large living space each apartment. Downside is that the unit are definitely on the older side with hard towels.

Oh and there are the roosters that wakes you up started before 5AM. Ear plugs are a must if you are a light sleeper or still surviving jet legs.

Avoid the time share presentation here, what they give you to persuade you to go to it isn't what they say. A week for free \"somewhere at popular destinations\" require taxes at the value gifted, cleaning fee, and parking fees that make it Not worth it. Requires upgrades at $$$. Decline the promotion.

Apart from that, the place is great for the price accommodations for 1-3 bedrooms. Hot tubs are hot. Pools are good. BBQ areas helpful for grilling. Sound isolation is very poor. Hear neighbors walking above or the chickens going off during the night - especially mornings. Can't avoid those chickens, but there's minimal sound isolation as part of the room walls are actually screen shutters. So - keep that mind light sleepers! Having a kitchen to cook is very helpful. Stocked well.

Great place for a family. Nice pool, good location, great staff and food trucks are a sweet perk to make life easy. If you’re up for walking a mile the beach is right there. My wife has one complaint. The bullfrog was super loud at 3:00 am every morning…so plan for that.

Good location in princeville, pools and hot tubs and game area were great. 2-room suite was spacious and comfortable. Food trucks on the property were not that great, especially the coffee cart one. Only downside was no other restaurants/bars on the property, especially by the pool which would have been nice. Also, be aware when booking as a hotel, there is still no daily housekeeping service.

The bathrooms need updating and cleaning, and not having a normal countertop in the guest bathroom was hard to get ready. The water comes out of the shower with the really low bottom. The pool area ground was dirty with lots of moss, that was gross.

The front desk staff was very courteous :) The immediate first impression is great with the beautiful lobby, view of the main pool and the kind staff! Then you are sent to the concierge desk. Ours was helpful and very charming. We were not interested in a sales pitch, no problem, But when we asked about hotel discounts (we wanted to book a helicopter tour), we were told that in order to get them, we would need to \"stop by and say hi\" to the sales team. We agreed as it would be \"just a few minutes of our time\". At the end I was told i would need to pay a $40 fee. What? Refundable, but necessary to hold my time spot. Then i asked how long it would really be... \"Well, they say 90 minutes, but you don't have to stay that long\". Haha! My sister and I checked in so our spouses were not with us. We wanted to attend together, but that wasn't allowed. Needless to say they did not go for it at all and I had to call and cancel as soon as we got to our room. I have yet to be refunded though. I guess I'll need to call for that. I get that this is a time share, but if you're also going to operate as a hotel, you should offer the hotel discounts to patrons just for staying there. No catch. I guess it's to be expected of a time share, but still a little frustrating.
The room was another story. The main bathroom was not very clean. Like even hairs on the back of the door. And there was a large stain on the carpet by the kitchen. We wiped thing down and let it go as we had plans, but a few d

I don’t think there should be extra charges for AC. It should be included in the hotels fees but to make it an additional charge is silly- the rooms are uncomfortably hot without it so it isn’t really an “option” not to have it. Tacking it on instead of incorporating it just makes it feel like a sneaky resort fee.

We loved the Wyndham Bali Hai! Such a wonderful, central location for our needs. The rooms were clean and suited our family perfectly. Nice to have AC and also key to have a washer and dryer. Loved our balcony that was on the edge of the property with a peaceful, beautiful, jungly view. Would definitely return.

This Unit 1111 was too old with not clean furniture and out dated kitchen.
The windows had molds .
No room service .
Toilet flash was not working properly and leaking all the time .
The Toilet clogged and they had to plunge it.
They gave us 3 times room keys wrong and had to go to fix it by Hana !!

Check-in was straightforward at first, but to get your room keys, you’re directed to the “activities” desk, which is really just a setup to pitch you on the timeshare presentation. I understand the business model, but it’s not great being held up for that conversation when you just want to settle in.

The room itself has an open-air concept, which works in theory for HI, but not so much when the roosters start sounding off at 4 AM. The place could really use better windows that seal out noise. The beds are also extremely firm, which made for some rough nights of sleep.

On the plus side, the grounds and pools are beautiful, and the location is great. It’s close to all the North Shore attractions we wanted to visit. If you’re mostly planning to be out exploring, it’s a decent home base. Just be ready for a few quirks.

We had a wonderful week in Kauai at Bali Hai Villas- the rooms were a great value for the size compared to the other resorts we’ve stayed at on our Hawaii trips. Our room had been recently remodeled and was very well appointed. Both of the pools were very nice and there were always plenty of lounge chairs and grills available for use when we needed them. The game room and activities were huge hits with our kids. And the best part was the location- only a few minutes from Hanalei, which is our favorite little town with the best beach and beautiful mountain backdrop. The only drawback was there was no restaurant onsite, but there were food truck options most days/times and there are so many other good restaurant options in Princeville and Hanalei that it didn’t really bother us. Overall this is a great resort and we will definitely be back in the future!

The windows are terrible, it lets in so much noise. There’s roosters everywhere and it feels like the parking lot is inside your room. All the windows are like that so moving rooms doesn’t do anything. If you’re a light sleeper, expect to be woken up. I wish I would’ve known that before!

Location: at Princeville, a nice town. It is great for quiet beaches and snorkelling, not much for shopping.
Facility: a resort. Not fancy and just a group of villas as the name indicated. There is a pool and every guest receives a wrist band with electronic key, although I didn't use it. The property is not on the beach and rooms do not have ocean views.
Room: The units are good sized and clean. Bathrooms and kitchen look modern. Very comfortable, but not luxurious.
Service: the front desk is large and has very good staff. There was no daily maid servoce. We didn't need other services, and not sure about on-site activities.
Parking: easy and free, in front of the house.
Safety: not gated, but the whole area looks safe. Mostly fellow vacationers.

Amazing!! Room was nicely updated and felt so clean. Bathrooms were a bit outdated but because everything felt so clean it wasnt An issues. We had abundant space in the 2 bedroom and could have stayed for months. Each deck has a beautiful view and from ours we could see the mountains which was a treat. Pools and hot tubs were lovely, pristine and warm. About 5-15 minute drive from all of the north shore beaches and sights we wanted to see. So happy with our stay and will be back!

The room was not the cleaniest. The shower had a grody film, but I was desparate for a shower so I washed it down before using. There was left over food in both the refrigerator and freezer. Aside from that, the room was in order.

Front desk was very helpful in keeping us informed about the weather and waves, as well as many recommendations for tours.

Great place for families with the basketball/pickleball court with corn hole and shuffleboard. The pool is great and open until 10. They have on-site food trucks, which is extremely convenient.

Very close to grocery store and walkways for strolling/jogging.

Loved our stay here. It was clean and spacious. Food trucks on site and other places to dine close by. It was quiet (aside from the roosters 😅) Everything was clean. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. There was a nice lounge with TV, computers, and lots of games. We enjoyed grilling by the pool in the evenings. It was my 2nd time to the island and I’ll definitely be staying here when I return.
