Nice walk (15-20min) to the beach. 20 min the next town. 40 min bus ride to los llanos from fuencaliente. Beautiful island, not too busy in summer, just right for our taste.

We had a room 5105S in a great location, close to everything with a great view. Beds were very comfortable, the black out drapes kept the light out and the sofa bed added a nice extra seating area. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained, the pools absolutely stunning but not well patronized except for the heated one. We preferred the times without animation, thankfully there wasn’t much, thank god because it was horrible noise. We complained and it seemed to work, otherwise there was absolutely nowhere to escape on the premises, not even our room. It should not be allowed. Both morning and evening buffets had a lot of choices and very good food but the access to what one is looking for very badly planned. To put butter with salad ( to keep it cold ?) Is plain stupid in this climate; not close to the breads ? Hiding spoons, napkins, bowls, condiments, in an entire week, we never mastered the illogical presentation of foods. Everything was quite tasty and well prepared but within an hour of opening the buffets, they were out of juices, cafes, red wine or popular meats and they didn’t replenish. The cleanliness of the dishes and utensils were often questionable, and the crowd management tedious. We were even made to wait outside, unprotected from the rain. But the property is beautifully stunning, not easy to access which adds to the charm and with a car to tour around, had a very nice week taking advantage of the different sites on that side of the island.

We stayed one week at this large holiday resort in La Palma with stunning views and several great swimming pools. The resort is family-friendly and offers plenty of amenities. However, the check-in process was frustrating, taking over an hour after a long journey. While the rooms were clean, they clearly needed maintenance, with noticeable mold in the bathrooms. The food at the Food Market was okay but often overcooked and dry, and the coffee was disappointing. Overall, it’s a decent option for families but could improve in key areas.

Massive complex,so some rooms are quite a trek from the pools, but they are excellent pools, food as expected, grounds and buildings really good condition and clean, clearing service bit slow at meals, good WiFi, quite isolated, nothing within walking distance but bus stop outside hotel if you feel like exploring, although car a much more practical option.

Very all inclusive style. Mass amount of people. They're were live cockroaches not only on the grounds but in the dinning hall. Location is very inconveniente. Long windy road to leave the hotel to get anywhere. Couldn't turn off a/c in the room.

Relaxing stay in La Palma
Good resort value for the price. Beautiful views, incredible pool facilities. Facilities not the newest but they are well-maintained, very comfortable, and looks like the resort is constantly updating small items as they go along. Great attention to detail in design and upkeep. Included kids club a great plus for families with younger children. Accommodations spread out across low-rise buildings make the resort not feel overwhelming. Note that WiFi is a separate charge - would advise hotel to include it in this day and age!

Rude staff, especially at front desk, treat guests as if they were small children, calling their attention of what be done and not be done. Huge lines for everything. It's like being in a bad cruise ship. Food below average, in large quantities. Hotels caters to low middle income tours and guests. Avoid if possible.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf La Palma und sind absolut begeistert von dieser tollen Hotelanlage. Frühstücken direkt am Meer, eine gigantische Poollandschaft, eine vielfältige und abwechslungsreiche Kulinarik im Hauptrestaurant, Spa-Bereich uvm. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und vergleichsweise groß. Wir hatten ein schönes Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Ausflüge zu buchen. Wir waren am Roque des los Muchachos inklusive Sternenbeobachtung. Dafür muss man ca. 10 Stunden inkl. Hin- und Rückfahrt einplanen, aber es lohnt sich. Ansonsten besteht die Möglichkeit, sich vor Ort ein Auto zu mieten, oder einen Bus zu nehmen. Zu Fuß kommt man hier nicht so leicht weg (Steilküste). Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr weitläufig, das ist aber sehr gut für ein bisschen Bewegung zwischen den Mahlzeiten. Schade ist nur, dass der nächstgelegene Badestrand am Meer eher schlecht zu erreichen ist (26 Min. laut Google Maps über eine asphaltierte Straße).

El hotel tiene unas opciones enormes, el problema es que no se le saca partido. Hay camareros que están amargados con su trabajo, el horario del bar de la piscina es de risa, cerrar a las 18:00h cuando por lo menos estás en la piscina una hora más. Horarios ridicululos. Animación 0, hay 4 actividades al día y ya las puedes buscar tú pq nadie viene por el hotel ofreciéndote la actividad y las actuaciones de la noche .... Mejor ni lo comentamos. Con las instalaciones que tienen lo que podrían hacer ahí......

Uitzicht op zonsondergang is aanrader. Goede compensatie want hotel ligt ver weg van alles.20 minuten naar fuencaliente als eerste dorp dichtbij. Voor wandelaars zoals ik mss daarom wat onhandig. Auto dan nodig.

El nombre de categories de l’hotel (mitja pensió .. tot inclòs .. adults only ..) produeix confusió en el menjador i paradoxes com el “prohibit convidar”. El hotel es impresionante con unas vistas y unas piscinas espectaculares. El bufet es completo pero muy ruidoso y agobiante. Las habitaciones están bien. Aunque pagamos extra para vista al mar no se veía nada porque delante había un muro de plantas. El personal que te da mesa en el bufete te pone problemas para elegir mesa. Lo peor del hotel, para mi gusto, es que está bastante aislado del resto de la isla y para cualquier excursión o ruta tienes que coger el coche y hacer muchos kilómetros de carretera de curvas. Ideal para ir con niños y no salir mucho.

Para mí debería ser un hotel 3*. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la joya de la corona son las piscinas, y en nuestro caso, la habitación estaba suficientemente lejos de la zona de recepción como para que no se oyeran ruidos de noche.
La limpieza de las habitaciones correcta, aunque no tanto la del comedor. Las copas sin lavar bien (con marcas de pintalabios en el borde) y los camareros recogían demasiado rápido los platos de la mesa. Te levantabas a por algo del bufet y cuando volvías ya no tenías plato, aún sin haberte acabado lo que estabas comiendo. Con la opción \"todo incluido\" las bebidas son autoservicio, de una maquina expendedora (vamos, todo estilo cañero). Pero ojo, no todo está incluido, solo una selección de refrescos, agua, cerveza, un vino malísimo y marcas blancas de algunas bebidas alcohólicas. Además, con el todo incluido solo incluye un restaurante \"bufet\" de los tropecientos que presumen tener. Si quieres innovar y cenar en un sitio diferente tendrás que pagar un extra.
Obviamente, la entrada al Spa tampoco se incluye en el \"todo\".

Las instalaciones estan muy bien.Hay muchas piscinas ,grandes y muchas tumbonad.Las que están a la sombra siempre tienen toallas encima, desde las 7 de la mañana hasta la tarde...como en casi todos los hoteles.Este tema se deberia arreglar e ir sacando toallas de las tumbonas vacias.

Hôtel typiquement All In avec le public qui va avec: peu respectueux du personnel et des lieux, réservant des chaises pour la journée, se bousculant pour manger, buvant et mangeant beaucoup beaucoup.
L’hôtel est plutôt isolé, il faut une voiture pour pouvoir manger ailleurs ou visiter. Mais c’est vrai pour tout à la Palma.
Et à part à l’heure des repas ou pour trouver une chaise près de la piscine, on ne se sentait pas trop oppressé, la vue de l’océan et la végétation aidant.
Ils organisent beaucoup de Tours + bus au départ de l’hôtel.
Les piscines et infrastructures sont tops et les activités plaisantes. Dommage que le Spa& massages etc apd 18 ans.
Lit et espace chambre confortable, typiquement canarien. Clim ok, serviettes pour la piscine prêtées.
Tout est propre, malgré un personnel en sous effectif (très marquant au petit déjeuner où une personne pour en servir 40: merci le Covid!)
La vue mer est forcément sur les piscines ou installations ( nous étions chambre 5210, demandez des chiffres plus style 5214 pour pas avoir le palmier devant le coucher de soleil).
La nourriture n’est pas très bonne et pas typique (pas de bananes!). Quelques plats différents le soir mais sans odeur ni saveur, un pain dur comme de la brique. Et le petit déjeuner n’est pas varié, et les plats plus rempli apd de 10h (2 confitures industrielles, 3-4 fruits, des œufs préparés au choix mais longue queue, des tomates concombre salade, pas de jus de fruit frais,..décevant)

Buena experiencia en general, lo único que cobrar extra el zumo de naranja natural, en un hotel 4 estrellas, no nos pareció normal, no tener snack bar para poder comprar algo al medio día los que no teníamos pensión completa y el recibimiento en la recepción podían explicar mejor el complejo, los horarios y las actividades.

El hotel excepcional, quizás falta algo de actualización en algunos aspectos, pero en general todo bien.
El servicio de comedor muy bueno aunque quizás algo repetitivo en algún aspecto. El todo incluido es de una calidad razonable, si te priorizar la cantidad por la calidad te interesa, si prefieres una copa de calidad, mejor utilizar otras opciones. (Si bien es cierto, que con el TI ofrecen descuentos en las copas no incluidas).
El complejo está excepcionalmente bien, sin duda, el mejor de la isla, el único pero, la situación, lejos de todo, acentuado ahora con los accesos cortados aún por la erupción.

Es waren überall hin recht weite Wege, viele Treppen und kein Aufzug in den einzelnen Wohnblocks. Wir waren froh, dass wir in Block 4 untergebracht waren, da war der Weg
zum Restaurant in der Früh und abends nicht so weit.
Gut fanden wir, dass es einen Kofferservice gab und wir den Koffer nicht über die Treppen hochschleppen mussten.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena, y de hecho yo creo que volveremos el año que viene esperando que la situación esté mejor que este año. Una de las cosas que hay que tener en cuenta antes de llegar es que hay que ser paciente y hacer cola para todo, pero está muy bien organizado. Hay varios restaurantes de los que tienes abiertos únicamente dos y es donde principalmente hay que hacer cola, pasa lo mismo en la recepción o en los bares con lo mismo, hay que armarse de paciencia. La animación para los pequeños está bien aunque seguramente en otra situación tendrían más cosillas para ellos. El gimnasio es una pasada, todo con máquinas Technogym nuevas, mucho mejor que otros de pago. Las piscinas, las instalaciones, o la amplitud del hotel es de lo mejor. Y bueno, tener esas puestas de sol desde el restaurante El Mirador, una de las mejores cosas. El personal es muy amable, tanto las que están en las entradas de los restaurantes, el personal de limpieza, o las que amenizan a los peques.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Gebäude sind schon hellhörig. Wenn einer der Nachbarn um 23:00 Uhr die Möbel über den gefliesten Boden schiebt, wird es gehörig nervend. Gleiches gilt für die geräuschvollen Reinigungskräfte morgens, für Aufsteher nach 09:00 Uhr ist das nicht so gut.
Alles andere ist spitze. Servicekräfte an der Bar behalten auch bei vielen gleichzeitigen Bestellungen die Ruhe.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön strukturiert und die Möglichkeit, unten bei den Pools zu Frühstücken war klasse. Die Lage ist sehr schön und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Schlüsselkarten sind leider sehr anfällig. Ein kurzer Kontakt mit dem Handy und schon ist eine Runde zur Rezeption notwendig. Die sollten mal auf den neusten Stand gebracht werden.

Excelentes instalaciones (piscinas, gimnasio, etc), excelente equipo de animacion. La unica pega es que la calidad de la restauracion ha disminuido bastante comparado con otras veces que hemos gozado de este hotel en el pasado (el todo incluido no estaba implantado en esas ocasiones). Se ha perdido el encanto de la comida canaria por una version mas internacional y fast food. Una lastima ya que el hotel y emplazamiento son maravillosos.

Como puntos positivos destacaría la profesionalidad de los empleados, la gente de animación (unos cracks que echarán miles de horas extras).., lo bonito y cuidado del resort, las instalaciones (piscinas, piscina para niños, piscina con arena,, salones) el tamaño de las habitaciones y su insonorización, los desayunos y las cenas..
Como pegas, la ubicación, la única opción es todo incluido porque no hay opcion de comprar y todo está lejos. La comida, es como si se esforzaran menos, poca variedad... El parking está algo complicado el acceso, escaleras y a 100m la gente de hecho aparca en la calle. No hay playa cerca, al menos andando, está a 1,7km y aunque preciosa, acceso por escaleras.

Insonorisation entre les chambres à revoir mais pour le reste c'était parfait ! Superbe piscine extérieure chauffée. Les jardins magnifiques et le service parfait le personnel se met en quatre. Il y avait de l'animation toute la semaine pour tous les goûts y compris pour les enfants et adolescents. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.
