Certainly not a good place for solo travellers.
It was not possible to get into the shower as they had fixed the doors in a way that you couldn't even get in sideways (I am normal weight) which I found unacceptable for a room over 100 euros/night. When I brought up the issue with reception staff their response was "OK" - no apology and, what's worse, the issue was completely ignored as if I had to put up with it!
Additionally, I could hear the neighbour coughing constantly as if he was inside my room, which I found really disturbing.
The room was very clean and this is the reason why I've given 2 stars.

Well located in a central location without being too near the noisiest and busiest spots. Interior of rooms and other areas in a very good decorative order (looks to have had recent refurbishment). Only downside is limited view from balconies. Great selection at breakfast. Plenty of places close by for food and drink. And only a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach.

The location couldn't be better, just a few meters from supermarket, restaurants, moto/bike rental and beach. I will come back for sure !

Great location-close to beach & restaurants/bars. Room was very clean with lovely shower, good size beds, balcony, mini-fridge & free WiFi. Excellent selection at breakfast buffet. Would def stay again. Only downside was being woken by the incessant door slamming from 8.20am, though I think this was from inconsiderate guests that don’t understand the concept of door handles so not the hotels fault!

Stayed over Easter for a week. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledge about every aspect of the Island. Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. Rooms where very comfortable and clean.

Nice hotel let down by terrible breakfast
The price of this booking at €120 for the night included a buffet breakfast. They had no food, no cereals, no fruit no nothing, when were asked what we wanted as there’s was not a buffet we told them, but in fact received coffee and a mini non butter crossaint.
As there was little open locally re relied on the hotel to provide, but that didn’t happen.
The manager laughed at our compliant when we checked out. I would never stay here though the renovation was well done, the place is let down by a lack of interest in our complaint and no recompense

Hotel recentemente rinnovato, in posizione veramente comoda, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla passeggiata lungomare di Es Pujol con attorno diversi ristoranti, negozi, supermercati e noleggi di scooter.
La camera era molto pulita, appena sufficientemente grande per 2 persone con valigie, poco insonorizzata sia con le altre camere che con il corridoio (in particolare ci sarebbe da sistemare le porte che per essere chiuse devono per forza essere sbattute…) e meno male che l’ascensore non era utilizzabile.
Altra nota negativa della camera è stato il materasso, non comodissimo ed appoggiato su un asse di legno, senza nessuna doga.

En general, el hotel ha estado bien. Como punto a mejorar, destacaría la insonorización de las habitaciones, ya que desde las 8 a. m. se escuchaba a las chicas de la limpieza gritar y hacer ruido en los pasillos. Además, el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y había que subir por las escaleras.

Quest’anno ho avuto problemi con la rumorosità della stanza in quanto avevo dei vicini molesti e una famiglia con bambino piccolo e la poca insonorizzazione della camera si è sentita parecchio

El hotel es de 10. Bueno, bonito y barato para ser la isla. El personal un encanto y el buffet bastante bien. Repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas. Te guardan las maletas después de hacer el checkout. La playa está muy cerca y la situación del hotel inmejorable, llena de tiendas y restaurantes.

La nota stonata è la cena. Non dovrebbero neanche proporla la mezza pensione e fare solo B&B. Noi abbiamo chiesto di non cenare più presso l’hotel e di ricevere un rimborso ma ci è stato negato. Tenete presente che eravamo i soli a cenare in hotel. Di positivo la posizione in centro ma la camera era piccola e lo scarico del water maleodorante. Pulizia approssimativa. Rapporto qualità prezzo non sufficiente, c’è di meglio.

Estuvimos dos noches. Fuimos un grupo de amigas, y aunque el hotel no tenía parking, el recepcionista nos indico donde aparcar, y no tuvimos problema. Está todo nuevo, decorado con buen gusto, y la cama era muy cómoda. Los desayunos muy ricos, aunque de las dos noches que cenamos allí, la primera nos gustó menos , que la segunda. Todo el personal, y la ubicación excelentes.
