Amazing time in Tivoli, a beautiful hotel but the staff definitely made it - so helpful, pleasant and welcoming. Pool facilities were excellent. We only had the garden room but it was lovely, and was cleaned very thoroughly every day.

We had a delightful stay at Tivoli. The rooms are beautiful,much more spacious than they appear in the photos on the website. We were especially happy with the comfortable beds and the excellent shower and bath.
Breakfast was lovely with a great variety of options, and overall the experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here.
The only slight downside was that while late check-out is offered when available, it comes at quite a high rate of €18 per hour.

Lovely room with a sea view. Good breakfast options. Good pool options with a separate adult pool. Did not eat in hotel, plenty options within walking distance or short taxi to eat.
Only issue, went to the sports bar to watch football, loud music was being played with the sport sound off (can live with that), but they had a live band playing on the terrace outside so the noise was conflicting and deafening! Said to the bar man he needed to turn off the musc in the bar (one would have been fine), but he just smiled, so one drink and we left.

This was our first time at a resort and Tivoli la Caleta Resort has set the bar very high. From the moment we arrived it was excellent service from the bellhop to the attendant to the cleaning staff. We were at the property for five nights and the level of service was high the entire time. Our room was lovely, the amenities outstanding and fantastic turn down service every night. An incredible experience and one that we hope to enjoy again soon.
The views are stupendous, we had a meal at the poolside bar and enjoyed breakfast every morning. The area immediately surrounding the resort was calm and quiet and there is a sidewalk that extends to the boardwalk that was well lit at night.
I cannot say enough food things about our experience. We also used the spa services and they were superb.

We went the end of march and stayed in a premium sea view room for 7 nights. The hotel was spotless and beautiful. Food was amazing Pool areas were really nice Comfortable sun beds and lots of them. The staff were all so friendly and service was very good.The lady on concierge (sorry I can’t remember her name ) was really helpful. Lots of restaurant recommendations and she will book a table for you. It’s a 15 min walk to La Caleta which has lovely restaurants and about the same walk the other way to Adeje which we found rather busy ! We will definitely return

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. It has a bit of everything—athletic facilities (including Padel courts), spa (where we had a great couples massage and hydrotherapy session), two wonderful pools for lounging, and several restaurants. The breakfast buffet at Gusto was abundant, as was the dinner on the night we tried it. The hotel is close to the beach and an easy walk along the coastline to Costa Adeje, but we rarely wanted to leave! It’s family-friendly, but doesn’t cater to children at the expense of the adult experience. The perfect relaxing break!

Really nice hotel, heated pools and not too far from the beach. We got the half board, plenty of options each night for dinner with different themes. Food was good but some things could be a little better if I were to be picky, like the fries were not really crispy, some potatoes were undercooked. We had the ocean view room which was worth the extra. I liked the evening music. I don’t like loud cheesy entertainment so I enjoyed the chill vibe of the place with simple low key music in the evenings, the violin player one night and on another night the jazz saxophone player were good. It’s a very relaxing environment with also an adult only pool area. I did feel that sometimes the pool music was very loud but found a more secluded place to read. I guess being a non smoker I would prefer that certain areas were non smoker, unless there were and I didn’t see them. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely mini break in the Tivoli hotel in April. It is a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Gorgeous restaurants are a short walking distance away along the coast on either side. The hotel has a very chilled atmosphere with very friendly staff. Played some golf while there which the staff helped organise. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the Beach Club and Guilty restaurant great options. Plenty of room around the pool. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Simone the Italian girl in the bars / restaurants is an absolute asset to the hotel, and also the Spanish lady mana? ( with the short black & red hair!) was hilarious and so fun to be around, In fact everyone looked like they just loved working there! We will be back! This newly refurbished hotel is an absolute gem, we had a fantastic time here for 4 nights in March. We stayed in an Ocean view suite (3 of us) and it was fabulous, with an amazing view and huge balcony. By staying in this suite we were entitled to eat breakfast in La Caleta lounge- what a treat! A VIP area by the pool with waiter service and all food made to order- what a refreshing change to have a tranquil breakfast away from the usual hotel buffets (although the buffet at Tivoli really did look great too).
We were also entitled to using the adults only pool (for 16 years ), a brand new area with 3 small pools and plenty of sun loungers.

Honestly, we loved our stay. Such a beautiful property and all brand new. If you are a couple looking to party a little, not your type of place, but if you are looking to completely relax then this is it! You are also very short walk to a bunch of nice restaurants and the breakfast at the hotel was great. Pool I guess could’ve been warmer in the colder days but what can you do. We went for my girlfriend’s birthday and they really tried to take care of us. However, after 5 days we found we were ready for our next destination. Thank you TIVOLI!

Good location. The hotel has rebranded, updated and much improved bedrooms and bathrooms. Great new restaurants have been added, existing pools are much improved and new pools for exclusive use added. A new concept has been initiated and this includes the new addition of extensive sound systems about the pool and restaurants. We reported concern at the volume of sound, music and singing; at some locations it was possible to hear competing music from more than one source. This issue was raised by guests and we are encouraged the General Manager has taken on board the need for guests to have access to quiet zones. The staff are excellent and very helpful and attentive. Many have been at the hotel for years.

I will never ever go back to the Sheraton, I fly 18 hours all the way to Tenerife and I received a room with very bad air conditioning, I talk to the reseption staff and he said that we don’t have a technician right now, better to come back early morning!!

The location is great with lots of restaurants, shops and bars in easy walking distance. Service was a bit slow in parts but that was the case all over Tenerife and seemingly due to the impact of covid causing under staffing but overall a great hotel

I did not like this property at all. We were very disappointed that when we paid for a room that was described as Club Floor we were not allowed access to the Club Lounge and had to pay an extra daily fee for that. Restaurant is very poor. Best advice is to eat out! Double check your room allocation as reception are prone to making ‘mistakes’ and allocating smaller rooms! Not a 5* but ok 4*. Nice hotel building but probably in need of refurbishment. Nice hotel grounds and pool. Good location. Getting a sun bed can be a problem as lots are reserved all day.
