Everything was excellent. Only downfall was the airport shuttle experience. We were waiting for the last shuttle of the day, there is a covered area where hotel customers were all waiting. Each hotel shuttle bus circled around and pulled up right to the covered area. When it was our shuttle bus' turn to circle and pull up to the covered waiting area, driver did not drive up to waiting area, he drove straight out of the lot. There were no instructions that we were supposed to approach the parked bus further down the lot. We ended up having to take a $30 taxi ride to our hotel.

Only 2 issues that bothered us; One, the room was hot as the central heating was turned up around 25°C and the air conditioning did nothing to fix it; and two, no inhouse coin laundry so the nearest one is about a 5 minute walk. 10 minute walk away from the 2 train lines. The JR Omori station has a mall attached to it and lots of food options. Not able to go to Omorikaigan station but looking at the map it seems that there's also shops and restaurants near it.

The airport shuttle bus stop was hard to find, and the bus driver was unpleasant. The staff was pleasant. The lobby was under construction and there was luggage allover the place. The room was nice and clean.
This location is in a rough neighborhood I think.

This hotel was near everything! It was my first time in Japan, and as a solo traveler, everything was very easy to navigate. I also felt extremely safe during my stay. I was able to walk to stores and the train station, which were both very close to the hotel.

The room was comfortable, and I loved that housekeeping came in every day to make sure you had everything you needed. The breakfast was pretty good as well. I absolutely loved the bread they served with strawberry in it! I will definitely be returning to Japan again this year, and this location is golden.

Very clean room, housekeeping is done everyday staff were friendly and spoke fluent English. The hotel is not too close to the train station (Omorikaigan-Keikyu line). We walk about 15 minutes to go to the station on our way to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Hats off to the Japanese people wno were very helpful to guide us despite the difficulty to speak in English.

The front desk staff made us feel welcomed & valued at check in and check out. The bed was really comfortable & pillow options helped with getting good sleep. The washroom amenities were great quality and they had other items available if needed. The neighborhood was very convenient to trains, restaurants, yet hotel is in a nice quiet area.

Rooms are kinda outdated, i booked the ones that no cleaning and i regret it. Stayed 3 hotels in japan during the trip and this would be the bottom. You get what you paid for i mean maybe if you book other room type and pay extra then should be good. The good side about it is the free shuttle going to haneda airport and then i booked haneda to narita made our way to airport smooth and easy transfer..

The room had everything we needed and was conveniently located. Perfect for day trips. We stayed here for 11 days and used it as our home base. The Omori station is a 5 minute walk, which made it perfect for travelling about! We slept 3 people in the room, tight but doable. Gave it a 3 as it was dated and cleaning service was not daily, unless you paid.

We had stayed in another hotel in the same hotel chain previously, Hotel Mystays Premier Hamamatsucho so we knew this hotel would also be good.

We had the very roomy Comfort 2 beds room again (1 king and 1 sofa bed), 28m2.

Breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from. It even had homemade tofu! My favourite item was in the dessert section, the Sticky rice red bean paste item. So yummy! Apart from the standard drinks, it even had apple cider vinegar and kale juice! No other hotel we stayed in had the sticky rice item and kale juice!

Communication was extremely difficult due to language barriers. When I asked staff questions, they would answer with completely unrelated information. We had to use translation tools multiple times before we could understand each other but that’s expected when it’s a different country. Not the best for non-Japanese.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. I found hair throughout my stay, and there was a piece of trash on the floor next to the guest side of the bed that was never cleaned up during my entire trip.

We only stayed one short night before a flight so didn't experience all of the hotel's offerings. Our room for 5 people was super spacious and clean (one small double bed each). It was well stocked with amenities and pyjamas (first for us but didn't fit us large adults). Close to train station and many konbinis with a Lawson directly across the road. Loved the shuttle bus which starts at 5.50am every 1.5 hours and goes to all terminals. (Website not correct).

The exterior of the hotel looks great but the room is still ok. Interior design is a bit old especially the toilet. However room is still relatively clean. Price is reasonable and location is not too far from the omori jr station. There are several shopping centers around and many convenience shops nearby. The playground near the hotel has beautiful gingko trees! Great for Autumn time.

My stay at Hotel Mystays Premier Omori was very disappointing. The room was smelly and the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. The front desk staff was not accommodating, and most of them barely understood English. They also weren’t friendly, which made the experience even more unpleasant. We will definitely not stay here again.

I requested a late check-out and was willing to pay the quoted around $125 for another day instead of late check out fee. When I called back to confirm, the front desk told me I still had to check out at 11 AM and check back in at 3 PM. I explained that I was already an in-house guest and only needed to extend my stay until 6 PM. They said they had no late check-out option, so I agreed to pay for another night. However, I was then told I would have to pay an additional about $120 (total $230) just to check in at 12 PM instead of 3 PM, which made no sense since I was already checked in.

Overall, the service was confusing, unprofessional, and very frustrating.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mystays Premier Omori. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional; every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and we felt welcomed right away.

The hotel itself is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully organized, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring Tokyo. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how well the space was designed for both rest and convenience.

The location is another huge plus, with easy access to transportation, shops, and restaurants. Whether we were heading into the city or returning late, everything felt effortless.

Overall, this was a fantastic stay. Great service, a very clean environment, and a comfortable room made it an excellent choice. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and very accommodating. I was going to use my google translate but she speaks and understands English. She greeted us with a smile and that’s what we always love when hotel employees are very friendly and greets you with a smile. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Hotel is also walking distance to a lot of restaurants coffee shops and Grocery stores. There is also a Lawson’s right across the street and a 7/11 2 blocks away. There’s also a few buildings that has a lot of restaurants and shops in it.

The hotel was close to a lot of shops and the train station. We preferred to be a bit further away from the busy Tokyo area.

The staff were great, especially the front desk lady who helped me contact the police to arrange for an item that I had lost to be returned to me.

I had a great experience and I would stay at this hotel if I ever go to Tokyo again in the future.

Room design is outdated which looks different from the photo showed in Expedia. Carpet looks not very clean (they should change the carpet). Hot water bottle is old with stains inside. This hotel is like the Motel 6 of Japan.
1: Worst service, had to go downstairs to get an iron, towels etc.

2:The “a/c” in the room kept turning on automatically which made the room so hot it was nearly unbearable…. But you could go downstairs and RENT a fan because they knew the heaters are a problem.

3:Oh! And one side of the bed was full of dust and dirt and the carpet was torn up. Disappointing.

Only upside was the free airport shuttle.

I stayed at Hotel MyStays Premier Omori and was quite disappointed with my experience. Although it is rated as a 4-star hotel, it did not feel like one. The toilet feature in our room did not work properly, and there were no coffee sachets or basic amenities provided. The buffet breakfast and lunch were terrible with very limited choices and poor food quality. The service was average and the staff were not very attentive. The only positive was the location, as Omori Station was within walking distance and the area felt nice and safe. I would not stay here again.

The room was comfortable, however they gave us a handicap room so the bathroom was set up for a person in a wheelchair I got a bruise in my leg from the bar on the toilet till I figured out to take it out of the way the shower is also made for someone in a wheelchair so needless to say water was everywhere because the shower curtain was next to the toilet but it was big but again water everywhere. Customer service is awful. When we arrived and asked if we could leave our bags because it was still early the lady at the front desk in a not so nice way “pay for the lockers put your bags in there it’s too early to check in” and just walks away. not my first time in Japan and they have always kept our bags till it was time to check in. I have travel to many places and hotels hold bags. Came back hours later to check in and there were three people at the counter and they told us we had to check ourselves in on the computer the only thing they did for us was hand us the keys. If you want toiletries they are in front of the hotel entrance you walk in and grab whatever you want or need from there very tacky. At checkout samething not a very friendly staff basically just took the keys and we walked out. There’s no coffee or water in the room or in the hotel there’s no restaurant in the hotel all you get is a room less than the basics. The hotel is over priced for what you get and the lack of common courtesy is crazy. The area is ok close to the train. For the price pick a better hotel

The property is advertised as 4 star but in reality it is 3 star (over priced and not value for money) no better than an equivalent Travel Lodge lacks in a lounge where in the evenings if you wanted to rest have coffee play card games with family or just chill there is nothing to do in the surrounding area the nearest amenities such as shops and restaurants 15 to 20 mins away the train station is a bit of a trek as well

Not at all worth the money and 4 star hotel is just exageration. I paid almost 500 dollrs for a room for 3 days so i expect a little courtesy from the staff. No greetings or any signs of customer service. Same facilities u would get in a 2 or 3 star. Amenities not restocked. Small rooms with beds stocked inside to make more money. Cant even walk properly without hitting the beds. The tv is not a smart tv and only has local channels. A basic motel in US would be even better than this.

Highlights of this hotel were the airport shuttle which was parked right in front of the hotel and took us straight to haneda airport. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Rooms were clean. Pajamas had a stain so we didn’t wear them. It wasn’t a big deal for us. AC kept our room cold. Comfortable and convenient stay especially for the last leg of our trip.
