Location was great, lots of shops and restaurants near by. Room was small but well equipped. Some parts of the hotel like carpets near the lifts are tired and need replacing. Shower was on a timer which was annoying. Overall a great hotel for a night or two near the airport.

The room we’re in was too small for 2 bed. Hardly any room for our luggage’s. Their pillow was too thin that I felt it needed more stuffing in it. The bathroom were great except the shower has an auto shut off feature that stay on for a minute or two and you need to constantly turning it on.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. I have visited Japan 11 times and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Not only is it spotlessly clean and well appointed, but the staff are all, without exception, friendly and welcoming. But what sets the hotel apart is that every conceivable outlet is within a 5 minute walk. 2 FamilyMart stores, 2 McDonald’s, Mo’s Burger, KFC and a dozen or more Japanese restaurants. And the railway station is a mere 50 metres from the hotel entrance. This will be my go-to hotel in greater Tokyo whenever I visit.

Great location. Room is sizable for Tokyo. Great prices too. Bedding is not satisfactory, with the pillow almost has no support and the blanket is super thin for winter in Tokyo. Somehow, the tidying up services of their staff seem to need improving- the sheets went completely off the mattress after a normal night of sleeping. The bed is also not comfortable.

チェックイン時間のタイミングが悪かったのか、エレベーターに乗るまでに10分くらい待ちました。5歳の子どもと利用しましたが、客室に子ども用のタオルと枕がなく、フロントに電話すると「取りに来て」とのことで子どもを連れてまたフロントへ降りて、エレベーター待ちは疲れた後に結構きつかったです。部屋はとても清潔でよかったです。

The onsen is very nice. A bargain at 500 Yen for each use by hotel guests. Staff easily handled my questions about using the lockers and the wristbands.

Fantastic Stay with Thoughtful Amenities and Great

Ours Inn Hankyu is a wonderfully managed hotel that truly caters to international travelers. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a fully staffed welcome team who can assist in multiple languages. Even with many staff members present, check-in was smooth thanks to the convenient check-in machines.

The hotel is thoughtfully designed with two towers—one dedicated to solo travelers and another for those traveling in pairs or groups. This attention to detail really enhances the comfort and convenience of your stay.

The location is excellent. The hotel is surrounded by sophisticated bars and izakayas—one of which Brad Pitt was recently photographed at! It’s also conveniently near a market, Starbucks, and Ootoya, making meals quick and easy. There are plenty of bakeries and pasta spots nearby as well. Omachi Station is close and connects to many main train lines, which makes getting around effortless.

Despite being in a busy area, the surrounding neighborhoods are quiet and safe, yet trendy and fun to explore on foot.

The best part of my stay was having an air purifier in every room I stayed in—a small touch that made a big difference for comfort and peace of mind.

Overall, Ours Inn Hankyu combines convenience, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service. I will definitely book again on my next visit!

I took the Rinkai Line to Oimachi Station, which is the nearest station to the hotel. I was surprised by how far the walk was from the train platform to the hotel. It was also a bit confusing that the hotel has two separate towers. The check-in area and my room were quite far apart as well.

Since check-in is handled by a machine with very limited human interaction, it can be confusing for first-time guests. The hotel should at least have staff available to assist customers during the process.

I travel to Japan 3–4 times a year for both business and personal reasons, and this is one of the best lodgings in Tokyo I have ever stayed at. Not only is the hotel clean and comfortable, but the surrounding area also offers excellent convenience and amenities.
1.Very close to Shinagawa, making access to the Shinkansen easy.
2.Department stores are located nearby at Oimachi Station.
3.A wide variety of good restaurants can be found in the Oimachi area.
4.The hotel is well-maintained and always clean.
5.The price is affordable compared to other hotels of a similar type in Tokyo.

Like that the airport limo bus runs right into Oimachi, also appreciate the hotel luggage storage and location right next to station and Ito Yokado store. Many restaurants to enjoy in the area. Onsen is available for 500 yen, it has gotten a lot more crowded and morning opening not until 6:30-8:30 (my only gripes)but otherwise it is a great spa onsen.

The excellent price quality hotel, conveniently located at the Oimachi station. There is a limousine from/to Haneda airport in 30 min so that we don’t need to walk around with heavy suitcases. Oimachi is located very close to the major cities, Shibuya, Ginza, Roppongi, Ebisu and Shinjuku (within 30 min). The hotel has access to Japanese style bath and Spa with 500 yen. The body scrub and massage (12,000 yen) were excellent and highly recommend!!

Twin Room in the next building has a nicer design and more spacious and comfortable than the single room. It was noisy when I stayed in the single room, every morning there would be a staff pushing a trolley :( I would choose this hotel if I ever need a twin room in Tokyo. The hotel is just opposite Oimachi station where Rinkai line and Keihin-Tohoku line run, so location wise it is perfect to access Shibuya, Shinjuku and other places like Ginza only require one transfer. The neighbourhood is quieter and less crazy/noisy compared to touristy places. There are restaurants, Starbucks, Mac, Hankyu supermarket and Atre shopping mall, where you can buy snacks and essentials. You can find Loft (small store), Muji and Uniqlo here.
The Haneda airport limousine stops just outside the hotel - very easy. To access Narita airport, you will need to take the train to Shinagawa (1 stop) and transfer to Narita Express. Or you can also opt for a much cheaper option - take train to Tokyo station (a few stops) and airport bus at Yaesu South exit. Airport buses are frequent and you can buy tickets on the spot. It costs 1500 yen one way. Do note the airport bus allows one bag and one check in sized suitcase only. If you are travelling outside of Tokyo and do not want to take your extra luggage, the hotel allows you to leave the luggage in their cloakroom for 300 yen per night - very affordable. The man made onsen is public, not exclusive to the hotel guests. It costs 500 yen per entry.

Service was excellent. The only thing keeping the 3* from being higher is its sometimes old bedsheets/towels. If I had to nitpick about everything its that their microwave is not really clean, and that their carpet is somewhat cheap/old. And this is me trying to pick faults. Clean microwaves newer bedsheets n towels would make it a 4 star hotel. Having a shared kitchen or something and changing the carpet would undoubtedly make it 5 star. Their customer service is 5 star.

Love the convenience of the hotel location. There are shopping mall nearby, a supermarket and lots of eateries. I enjoyed the public bath very much. Love how the hotel provides luggage stand for the guests. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only concern is the cleanliness of the room. Beds were not made properly and there were stains on the bedding, which was quite a turn off. Otherwise everything is great.

Stayed here many times, and gave excellent rating always.
This time, I liked their new pajamas. I stayed four days, but they didn't provide me bottle water on my check-in day, but just 1bottle on the second day, and the rest two days without. Next, the same complaint as at the last time, the bed sheets, the quilt cover always dropped onto the floor leading to a bad sleeping experience. Other than this, it's a good place to stay.

Close to Oimachi station where you can get the Keihin Tohoku line in the Tokyo and Yokohama direction, Rinkai line to Shin-Kiba and Shibuya direction and the Tokyu Oimachi line.

The hotel is located next to multiple stores as well as restaurants and convenience stores located at the bottom floors of the hotel.

The room is small but cheap and you get everything you need, there was even a vending machine and microwave on my floor (i dont know if this applies to every floor).

Stayed here many times. This time I found out a scale placed outside the storage room. It's so great they're keeping to improve their facilities even they're very good already. The 1st time I used their laundry facility. I used 2x¥100 for drying in an hour. Not a short time, but I still appreciated for the totally dry clothes. Perfect !
