Other than being on the beach, this resort falls short of any expectations. It is an older, rundown resort with gapes in between the flooring. The wood floor creaked every you step. Some of the pool’s tiles are coming apart. The fake wood plank by the pool get super hot so when you get out of the pool, you better have your shoes near by.
The staff never acknowledged us once for our 4 night stay. And everyone one was either smoking cigarettes or pot. Wont stacked the whole time. It was not a fun place to be.

The room was clean but it really does need updating - paint peeling off the walls. The room was cleaned daily
The breakfast was not worth getting out of bed for compared to other places we have stayed at and even though it was not great and very little Choice they still got it wrong.

The beach loungers are falling apart

But the one good thing it’s right on the beach and nice walk to pier area or Sairee beach.

Excellent beach front hotel. They arranged a snorkel trip and laundry for me. You can snorkel from the hotel beach, but it’s not as exciting as the guided tour around the island.

Property was okay for the price, it definitely needs a bit of an upgrade though. The beach in front of the property is really nice and is quiet, away from the super busy Sairee beach area but convenient for the pier. We hired a scooter from the hotel and this was in great condition and was very straightforward. Our air conditioning stopped working one night which made for a hot night, but this was fixed the following day.

We booked waterfront rooms. The view was great with the sand beach right in front. Comfortable covered patio to hang out on. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Like most places in Thailand could use some minor repairs but nothing that would impact the stay. Staff were wonderful.
Walk along the beach 5 minutes to shops, restaurants and the main pier. Go behind the hotel up a short steep hill takes you to a road with hundreds of shops and restaurants as well as a very long and sandy beach. Really a great area. The young 20 somethings will want to stay or party at the south end of Sairee beach and the older you are the further north along the beach is the best area.

Staff were very friendly and helped us get a scooter and ferry tickets. The resort however is very very tired looking and starting to become very run down. For $45/night I guess the price reflected the condition of the room and resort. Location was good - close to the pier and Sairee Beach for restaurants and shops.

Lovely location on Mae Head Beach, quiet and away from the bustle. It’s very close to the pier and just a ten min walk/short scooter ride to the restaurants and bars. The pool area is clean and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and comfy. The bathroom needed a little refurb in the future, but understand that with covid it’s not been easy for these businesses. We rented a scooter and it was fab, in great working condition almost brand new.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Wonderful!!! Can’t say enough good things about this resort. The staff was wonderful and helped book everything I needed. The room was perfect, I woke up with beach/ocean views every day. I slept amazingly well. The bed was pretty firm but I actually really enjoyed it. I highly recommend getting a massage from Tong, the in house masseuse. She is absolutely amazing!

We loved our stay here. Great staff, good wifi, lovely room, all water and snacks included, fresh fruit delivered daily. Only fault is no easy way to get to the pier without walking along the beach or up a hill so organise a transfer if you have lots of luggage. Restaurant was not open when we were there but not far to others. Short walk to Sairee beach

Great location near the pier for convenience to get to the boats. Very good service with its own semi private beach. The room was extremely dated and limited in many ways. With that said I would still stay here again and recommend it to others. The location and service made up for the rooms.

For 2500 per night I will see not a breakfast like 2 eggs 1 juce 1 sausage 1 cup coffee 2 bread-1 Jam 1 Butter 3 pice off bacon.
The house is not more new but ok.
The massage is very good at the Hotel.
The recline are very old and has to put in the trash. Nice was the fruit every day in the fridge.

Loved it here!

Stayed here for two nights in a beachfront room, where you literally step out of the room and the beach is at your doorstep. This makes looking out into the ocean wonderful. The bed was quite comfy and the bathroom was big. You also get a basket of treats in your room, and a new basket each day you stay there. The hotel staff are also amazing! I had forgotten one of my wallets during check-out and was already on my way to the mainland when I received an email from the front desk asking what they could do with my wallet. In the end they were able to ship it to Bangkok where I could pick it up, free of charge. They really went above and beyond my expectations

Quiet resort on the beach

Nice place to stay in overall. located in a quite area right at the beach, 10 minute walk from the main pier and 20 min from the busy center Rooms are in a good shape and the staff provides with water, fruit and some snacks at the room, which is a very nice gesture. WiFi is decent.

Staff were very rude on arrival and throughout stay. Room was very basic and over priced compared to some lovely accommodation we had before hand. The beach was dirty full of rubbish. Would not recommend or return to this hotel...ever!!!!

Nice resort on beach.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. My room was poolside and was very comfortable. The beach wasn't that great for swimming but the pool is large and fantastic. The resort is conveniently located to the ferry terminal which is convenient if you are leaving early in the morning. The staff was very pleasant. Had dinner one night at the restaurant and it was OK but didn't have breakfast since was told it was a Thai breakfast for 250 bhat and it wasn't a buffet. There are many dining options by the ferry terminal which is an easy 5 minute walk along the beach.

Nicer hotel at a small beach, quiet

The reception staff was amazing, helped us with several issues we had. Room is okay, but bed takes most of the space and we were on the ground level, leaving you with no privacy unless curtains closed. There was a weird smell in the room and bathroom at times.
Hotel is well located, directly on a small beach and with walking distance to shops, restaurants and the pier.
The staff for the breakfast need to improve, barely a smile and the selection and freshness of food should become a little better as well.

Hotellet ligger direkte på en strand som føles meget privat. Der er en skøn stille og rolig stemning og der er kort gåafstand ind til byliv og restauranter. Hotellet i sig selv føles lidt slidt, men stemningen gør det et besøg værd. Lige over hotellet ligger der et skønt yoga/morgenmads sted med en smuk udsigt

The location of this hotel is so perfect! You feel like you are on a small private Beach, and still so close to sairee Beach. Just above the hotel you have a yoga + cafe place with the best view and breakfast. We tryed a dropp in yoga class which was amazing. There were the best vibes in this area. The hotel is a bit old, but still so beautiful and Big value for your Money! We booked a room with poolview, but got a room with a small view to the Beach - so amazing

Koselig lite hotell med fint basseng utenfor rommet. Ligger rett på stranden, som er stille og rolig.
Liten gåtur oppover til venstre, så åpner strandlivet med butikker og restauranter seg.
Frokosten på hotellet er ikke noe særlig å skryte av.
Hotellrommene trenger nok en oppgradering og sengene er harde.
Men alt i alt, vi hadde det supert. God service!

Personalen var inte särskilt trevliga, det stod att vi skulle få en välkomstdrink vid ankomst men det fick vi inte. Standarden på rummen är extremt låg för det priset. Det ligger en övergiven restaurang, det ser jätteilla ut. Allt behöver renoveras. Frukosten på grannhotellet var dålig, personalen ointresserad.

Had a very pleasant stay at Koh Tao Beach Club and enjoyed the location that's within walking distance of Sairee Beach.
Staff was friendly and accomodating and it was a nice touch to get two bottles of water each day, regardless if you wanted the room cleaned or not.
The beach was actually better than Sairee Beach and since it seemed to be shared with only one other hotel meant it was fairly quiet and not crowded at all.

The room was spacious but was showing some signs of wear, nothing alarming though.

El hotel de partida no tiene wifi en las habitaciones, razón suficiente para que sea moderado. Solamente te dan 2 toallas (no hay toallas de mano) y el estado de las piezas podría estar mucho mejor, el hotel se encuentra sin mantenciones.

Lo bueno es que tiene una buena salida a la playa y la piscina es agradable.

Situation Idéale, vaut vraiment le coup !

Hotel très bien situé au bord d’une plage à quelques pas du port et non loin de Sairee beach le quartier le plus animé de l’île. Le staff a été remarquable en trouvant des solutions à toutes nos demandes avec le sourire en prime. C’est très appréciable. Nous avions un beach front, un vrai plus et la piscine est immense vous pourrez y faire de vraies longueurs. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Anlage vom Konzept ganz schön, am ruhigen Ende des Stadtstrandes. In die Jahre gekommen und lieblos gepflegt. Badezimmer haben den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Bis auf eine einzige Ausnahme an der Rezeption, unnahbare bis unfreundliches Personal. Habe ich seit 35 Jahren Asienreisen zum ersten Mal erlebt.

プールアクセスの部屋を利用しました。子供は大喜びでいっぱいプール遊びが堪能でしました。毎日、フルーツまたはお菓子のサービスがあり嬉しかったです。フロントの女性スタッフが常にニコニコとしていて気持ちよかったです。マッサージも2回利用しました。ホテル内にあるので、パパと子供がプールで遊んでいる間に利用でき、良かったです。ホテルのマッサージでもタイマッサージ60分300バーツで安かったです。朝食は、決まったメニューからのチョイスで、4日間同じメニューで、飽きてしまいました。子供に取り分けても十分お腹は満腹になりました。ビーチは有りますが、歩いてサイリービーチまですぐなので、海遊びはアイリ―ビーチまで行っていました。

Das Beach Hotwl macht seinem Namen alle Ehre und ist super vom Anleger erreichbar. Es ist fast kürzer zu laufen, als mit wem Pkw durch die engen Straßen zu fahren. Vielleicht gibt man dem Fahrer nur das Gepäck mit und geht die wenigen Schritte zu Fuß.

Hotel bonito, no muy amables y muy restrictivos con las toallas de playa y piscina una por dia y persona, no se pueden cambiar y el día que llegas no te dan ninguna. El resto bien, bonita habitación, no merece la pena el acceso a piscina. Te llevan gratis al puerto para coger el ferry!

Vi fikk mail fra hotellet noen uker før avreise, om at det hadde skjedd en feil, og at vi måtte bo på et annet rom 2 av de 6 nettene vi hadde bestilt. Fikk ikke avslag i prisen. I fjor når vi bestilte, fikk vi beskjed når vi kom om at det hadde skjedd en feil, og vi måtte bo på et mye dårligere rom.
Pluss for veldig fin beliggenhet på stranden, fine rom, fint basseng.

Prettig resort, aan het strand

Direct aan het strand, geen geluidsoverlast, toch dichtbij de boulevard waar ‘het’ allemaal gebeurd. Vriendelijk personeel.
Dere bed was niet zo comfortabel. En klein minpuntje was dat we voor drie hadden besteld en alle snacks etc waren voor twee. Maar die snacks waren heerlijk en goed deelbaar! Aanradertje!!
