The place is what it is. A lot of worn down carpets. Dirty sheets and we saw a cup with ash and leftover cigarette under the bed. Some cutlery was dirty as well.

Overall it was quite clean, the only thing that bothered me was the splatter stains in the microwave and old ice packs left in the freezer. Nevertheless the room was spacious and comfortable.
Since front desk is not 24 hours, I quite like the idea of having codes to enter the vicinity out of hours.

We arrived at 10.30pm. There was a key left in a safe for us but no staff to retrieve the key. Other guests used their pass to open the safe. But the key had no room number. We tried phoning a number listed on the information but it took 30 minutes to get through. The information sent by email said that access was fine up until midnight. This was not the case. It took over an hour after arriving to find out our room number. This was too much after travelling all day.

Breakfast - not worth the price and chaotic! more staff needed to cater for the demand. In hindsight we would have preferred to walk into the town and have a civilised breakfast in a cafe. If you want breakfast we suggest you only pay up front for the first one and see how it goes. We where locked out of our room when we returned late one evening, as there is no night staff we had to phone a central number who eventually arranged for a security guard to let us in to our room. This took about an hour, the last thing you want late at night when all you want is your bed. It would be unlikely that we would use this hotel chain again.

Mon dieu ! Cet établissement ne devrait même plus accueillir du monde. Les photos ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité. La moquette est tâchée, sale… Que dire du plafond, ce n'est pas mieux. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas à notre arrivée, des convecteurs ont été placé dans l'appartement, personne ne nous prévient. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre les bons commentaires. A moins que la chambre N°118 soit la seule dans cet état.

L'appart'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé : à 10 min à pieds du centre ville et de l'office du tourisme, à 20 min à pieds de la gare, et à 10 min à pieds (au bout de la rue de l'appart'hôtel), nous avons une fabrique de nougats qui s'appelle \"Suprême nougat\".
Le personnel est très accueillant, en plus ils font bagagerie, nous avont pu laisser nos valises le jour de notre arrivées, le temps d'aller se promener et de revenir quand la chambre était prête et idem le jour de notre départ, nous avont pu laisser nos bagages et revenir les chercher avant d'aller à la gare.
Le petit déjeuner est à 9€90 et il y a le choix, de plus les confitures sont d'un petit producteur du coin !

Ayant déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel, on s'attendait à mieux. On nous a attribué un logement PMR pour une famille de 4 personnes sans nous le signaler. Le débit de leau dans la douche était très faible. L'agencement des chambres très mal conçu, les lits pour nos filles étaient dans la pièce de vie. Il aurait été plus judicieux de les mettre dans la chambre.
Heureusement le personnel était super, souriant, aimable et professionnel. Et le petit déjeuner extra ! Merci.
