Dommage que les équipements commencent à être vêtustes, et surtout nous aurions voulu profiter de l'infrastructure extérieure (beau jardin avec équipement pour barbecue), mais le manque d'entretien fait que ce n'était pas possibles (tables pic-nic sales et déglinguées, boulodrome envahi par la végétation). Dommage car c'était notre critère de choix. Les sdb mériteraient aussi une rénovation.

L’établissement est situé dans une zone d'activité, au calme au sud de Montélimar (Pas d'accès par les transports en commun). Facilement accessible en voiture, il y a un large parking. La chambre était correct, en parfait état avec un petit coin douche, lavabo.

Après avoir réservé avec Hôtels.com, à l'arrivée, pas de réservation prévue. Après un bon moment, oui peut-être y a t'il une réservation..... A l'accueil un jeune homme en train d'apprendre... Oui il faut être tolérant, mais quand ça dure trop longtemps c'est plus de la tolérance. La queue à la réception et de l'attente pour tant avec des personnes qui avaient toutes réservées. Possibilité d'avoir un repas sur place, très bien, mais il faut encore attendre, malgré que la commande soit passée avant. Les portes à code ne sont pas adaptées pour les PMR (trop haut) Cuvette des toilettes n'est pas nette avec traces de (rouille) peut-être. La route voie rapide juste derrière n'est pas fait pour arranger les choses...

As expected a basic hotel with friendly staff. Parking is free and gate to the hotel is closed during the night. Room looked like on the pics clean and a bit worn down. Open during Covid epedemic. Abottle of hand alcohol is standing on a small table at entrance. It´s a plus that dogs are allowed. I recommend this basic hotel.
