For one night it was perfectly adequate. Food choice in restaurant rubbish. I was forced to eat at the local IBIS as my choice was not available. Soap dispenser at side of very badly cracked sink empty (chambre 9) Plunger to operate plug inoperable. Will think long and hard before choosing this Hotel Campanile. I will definitely look for another in a different area.

I have never encountered a more disastrous hotel in my life !!!
There were no towels in the room and when I reported this to the front desk, they said they had been stolen a week ago and had no more!
The third bed was a lower one, for a child, although I asked for a room for three adults! I didn't have a pillow for the third bed!

Very tired looking hotel, but close to motorway
This hotel is very tired looking from the outside, but the room we stayed in had recently been refurbished.Though small, it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, had a good shower & also had tea or coffee making facilities. But there was a terrible noise coming from a water or heating system that could not be turned off & as the hotel was full we had no choice but to stay there. As a compensation, we were offered a breakfast each, which was very good and comprehensive.The staff were very helpful and friendly but the hotel is very dated

Superb hotel
The best Campanile I have ever stayed in and I have stayed at a lot. Wonderful staff and ambiance, we will go back when we are next travelling that way. Many, many thanks to the reception staff, I think her name was Elysia, wonderful welcome and service from her.

Even though it is always on our way to Spain,our stay in your hotels are always very pleasant.The only problem we had this time was that there was no menu in Elglish in the restaurant,wich makes it very hard for us dutch people to order,sometimes there is an english menu , but nog always.

We used this hotel driving back to Calais from the south. We asked for a quiet room and were given one on the ground floor - with easy access - but facing the railway, the motorway junction, the dual carriage, and the car park.. The air conditioning was very noisy , the bed very uncomfortable and the pillows the worst we have ever come across in a hotel.. The plugs didn't work in either the basin or the bath.

Ideal stopover, only disappointment was the tea and coffee facilities in the room. Had to ask for milk for the following morning and tea bags. Perhaps a minor problem but quite important when you've been travelling all day. The range of deserts also somewhat disappointing for the evening meal.

Campanile Les Tourettes - a nice stopover
My husband and I stayed here for one night as a stop over on a drive through France. I had read several reviews on hotels in the area and selected this one. It was a nice, simple hotel. The rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. In other reviews, other travelers had commented on the hotel being close to the train line. This was a non-issue. You had to strain to even hear a train. My only slightly negative comment would be about the parking - it was limited and the spaces were ridiculously small. That's it. Overall it was a really nice stay. Thanks!

coveniently situated for an overnight stay
This hotel was used by my wife and I on our way back from Corsica to our home in Deux Sevres, France. It proved to be a good choice, as it was situated right next to the motorway. The hotel was extremely comfortable, with large bedrooms and an equally spacious bathroom with both bat and shower. The staff were delightful, and went out of their way to help. For example we had failed to notify them that we would like to use their free wifi facility, when we paid online. The young man on reception found a way of circumventing their procedures to ensure that we had access to it in our room.
Equally covenient was the fact that the hotel had its own restaurant, although it is advisable to book a table at the time of checki in as their is another hotel next door without a restaurant, and the guest of this establishment tend to eat in the Campanile. The food was very good and reasonably priced.
All in all I can say that our stay in Les Tourettes was a very good experience.
The only downside was that the hotel is situated next to the TGV line, but the rooms are well sound proofed and neither my wife nor myself were disturbed by the passing trains.

Qu'elle ne fut pas ma surprise quand on m'a demandé de payer en arrivant parce que soi-disant j'avais pris une seule nuit... Cela ne m'est jamais arrivé.
Je propose de réserver le restaurant pour le soir même on me dit Monsieur pas besoin de réserver... J'insiste et j'arrive à l'heure de ma réservation.
Durant tout mon dîner le restaurateur a refusé une quinzaine de personnes comme quoi il fallait bien réserver...
La serveuse me dépose un plat que je n'avais pas commandé et dépose mon plat sur une autre table... Je vois le client plongé sa fourchette dans l'assiette qui m'était destinée la serveuse a simplement interverti salut paraissait normal de faire ça...
Avant de prendre mon café je vais fumer une cigarette dehors qu'elle ne fût pas ma surprise en voyant la serveuse me courir après en me disant monsieur il faut payer !

Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel. Comme le restaurant était fermé le dimanche, à l'accueil on nous a conseillé le restaurant de l'hôtel ibis.
La chambre était correct, le petit déjeuner copieux, le personnel très aimable. Séjour satisfaisant !

Nous sommes venus pour 2 jours et nous sommes resté 1 de plus.
Personnel sympa jusqu'au moment de partir je prends simplement une formule petit déjeuner simple (cafe,boisson croissant) et on me dit que je ne peu pas resté dans la salle, je comprend et je demande si je peut aller sur la terrasse,et bien non !!!
On est lundi et deux client dans dans la salle!!

Pas de lumiere le soir pour trouver sa champre, il faut utiliser la lampe de votre telephone !! .. pas de bonjour du personnel lors de l arrivee au buffet du ptit dejeuner, o a l impressiin de deranger. Pas de bol dispo pour se servir en cereales, il faut aller chercher la personne dans le couloir de la cuisine car elle est en train de parler avec ses collegues. Carte de credit débité sans auto avant arrivee .. etc .. passer votre chemin, il y a d autres hotel ailleurs

Hôtel un peu vieillot, pas de restaurant le soir en arrivant d'un long trajet (déception). Buffet petit-déjeuner correct mais sans plus (peu de clients hors saison donc la réalité ne correspond pas aux photos mises en avant). Propreté correcte (très bien pour la sdb, difficile à juger pour la chambre car moquette marron qui semble dater des années 90). Accueil neutre à l'arrivée, très sympathique le lendemain matin. Le calme permet de bien dormir, c'est le principal. Mais certainement pas un établissement à conseiller aux couples pour un séjour romantique.

Arrivés à 00h30 mal accueillis par le veilleur de nuit qui certes n y était pour rien...en effet personne n avait noté notre réservation et donc aucune chambre n avait été réservée aux dire du veilleur de nuit il a fallu 20 mn pour qu'il daigne nous ouvrir une chambre qui était dégradée avec plinthe arrachée...ce n est pas le plus grave !

Séjour très moyen pourtant nous sommes déjà allés dans plusieurs campanile et nous n'avions jamais été déçus mais là pour une nuit en famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge cela a été décevant. Arrivés le vendredi soir à 21h30 a cause du trafic mon mari demande a l'accueil dès notre arrivee si il est possible de faire un plat de pâtes pour notre petite fille et là il s'entend répondre qu'il n'y a pas de service restauration le week-end.....seulement la semaine et que le restaurant le plus proche est à plus de 10km.......

On a appelé l’hotel le soir pour signifier que nous aurions du retard dans l’heure d’arrivée. À notre grande surprise une seule chambre sur les deux était réservée . Le réceptionniste au téléphone nous a dit qu’il ne pouvait rien faire , que tout était complet . Finalement ils ont trouvé une seconde chambre , comme nous avions réservé au départ .
Second point, nous avions donné l’emprunte de CB pour ensuite pouvoir payer en Chèques Vacances , mais là encore , la carte a été débité alors que nous avions précisé que nous voulions payer à l’hôtel.

J ai eu le malheur d arriver à 21 h et la personne en service à refusé de me vendre une pizza ou un simple snack. (Fin du service a 20h30)
J ai été obligé de faire plus de 25 kilomètres en voiture pour trouver quelque chose a manger..

Une fois arrivé a la réception on vous annonce que le restaurant de l'hôtel est fermé et que la clim ne fonctionne plus mais que nous pouvons ouvrir la fenêtre avec 32° dehors.
L'état de l'hôtel n'est pas super, aucun entretient il est laissé a l'abandon (mon ressenti).
Une fois dans la chambre, j'ai du laisser ouvert la porte ainsi que la fenêtre, malgré le bruit incessant des voitures qui passent sur l'autoroute qui se situe juste en face (20 ene de mètres). Puis soudain un train de marchandise passe entre l'autoroute et l'hôtel faisant trembler légèrement le batiment. On entend meme pas la tv avec le volume a fond.
Entre la chaleur dans la chambre et le bruit, j'ai quand même pu m'endormir de fatigue a 3h du matin.
Et je vous passe le reste de cette nuit....

Arrivée tardive dans cet hôtel proche de l’insalubrité... odeurs d’urines, chasse d’eau qui coule en permanence, taches au sol, toiles d’araignées et de poussière.... climatisation en panne... impossible de dormir dans ces conditions... plainte sera déposée si un accord amiable n’est pas trouvé...

Hôtel plutôt glauque bien que propre. Le déjeuner que nous attendions était en fait un pic-nic à emporter (COVID 19) constitué très sommairement, nous laissant sur notre faim...

Chambre sale, accueil fait par l'hôtel situé à côté, petit déjeuner à l'extérieur de l'établissement voisin, extérieurs sales, aucune restauration, pas d'accueil, matelas jonchés à coté du parking, poubelle débordante au bas le l'escalier ...L'hôtel est complètement à l'abandon.

La première chambre était dans un état lamentable. Le lit n'était pas fait et des déchets sur la table. Je pense qu'il s'est trompé car la chambre n'était pas nettoyée.
Apres ma plainte il m'a donné une autre chambre. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas du tout copieux.Je sais qu'on est en période d'urgence sanitaire mais ils auraient pu remplir un peu plus le panier.

A l'arrivée tout semble normal. Mais après quelques minutes dans la chambre je constate qu'il y a des punaises, j'en sors une, puis deux ... Au bout d'une dizaine je me demande si la chambre n'est pas infestée et je regarde sous les draps. Et là l'horreur, des punaises partout ! Pour ajouter à tout cela la chasse d'eau est cassée et ne coule pas. Je descends donc à la réception et demande à changer de chambre, ce qu'ils font . Stupeur à la découverte de la seconde chambre, en guise d'\"excuses\" certainement, ils m'ont attribuée une chambre au rdc donnant sur le parking et la voie ferrée...Difficile de dormir au vu de l'insonorisation plus que médiocre !
