Was waiting 30 minutes for someone to turn up.
Breakfast should have been at 06.30am but was not open until 06.45 and the manager was still in pyjamas hair not brushed.
Not very professional. Personally I would have sacked her and found a new manager.

Impossible de prendre la chambre avec la réservation hôtel.com. Pendant une demi-heure, j’ai appelé le numéro de garde mais personne n a décrocher J’ai donc fait une deuxième réservation, je ne reviendrai sûrement pas dans cet hôtel et ni cette chaîne. Je pensais que ça venait de moi, mais un couple juste avant nous a mis 1h30 à avoir quelqu’un pour voir un peu dans leur chambre.

Ligging echt oke, direct aan de route de soleil, dat kon echt niet beter. Daar aangekomen voor een dicht hek. Geen personeel te bekennen. Na een heel gepuzzel uiteindelijk achter de code vh hek gekomen en uitgevonden welke kamer ik had en wat daar de code voor was. Kamer zelf gevuld met bed. Kon niets meer in. Badkamer leek oke. Ontbijt de volgende ochtend niet genomen, 8.50 pp maar letterlijk niets te kiezen. Volgende keer weer naar Ibis.

Comme il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur nous aurions été bien en peine car les escaliers ne conviennent pas ma femme étant handicapée.je faisais confiance à HOTEL.COM mais là je suis déçu.

Personnels très accueillants, symphatique et serviable . Le bémol que je mettrai c est la climatisation qui était vraiment trop basse qd nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons ouverts la fenêtre pour faire entrer de l air chaud (après avoir arrêté la clim ) pour pouvoir rester dans la chambre.

Personnel sympathique et accueillant, propreté de la chambre plus que correct, le seul bémol c'est la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain, trop petit ! Chambre réservée pour 1 couple et 2 enfants sur votre site en spécifiant l'âge des enfants. Surprise quand tu arrives ; il n'y a pas une chambre avec 4 lits ou 1 lit double et 1 superposé mais 2 chambres qui ne communique même pas. Et pour rajouter les 2 chambres puent le tabac froid !!! Nuit ignoble !!! Je recommande absolument pas !!! Et je n'utiliserai plus votre site pour trouver un hotel. Je ne comprends meme pas comment cet hotel est référencé chez vous !!! Une honte !!

L'hôtel est très proche de la sortie d'autoroute. Cela a été une parfaite halte pour notre descente dans le sud de la France. Malgré la proximité de l'autoroute l'hôtel est très calme. Les chambres sont propres. L'accès par code est très pratique pour une arrivée tardive. Je déplore que l'appel soit payant pour récupérer son numéro de chambre et son code d'accès (surtout que l'attente du réceptionniste dure plusieurs minutes).
