Business trip through Java, stayed in one of the apartments. Very comfortable and, as usual, the staff, service and breakfast are excellent.
Easy access to the tol and city
Grab meals or room service are easy options.

Pretty Good Value for a Pretty Old but Nice Hotel

Hotel is good value for what it offers. The rooms and facilities might look a little old, but they're alright. Didn't manage to try the breakfast, but will probably do so next time.

Surabaya Business stay

I have been staying at this hotel for past 10 years, but the condition of the room was getting worse every time. Specially at this time, there was no hand towel any more in the bath room, Bath Towel and Bed sheets are old and smelly. I would not come back to this hotel again.

A reasonable hotel

An average hotel, in need of renovation especially the bathroom.
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was reasonable.
The hotel is in a good location regarding access to the airport

We stayed in the apartments during our time here. Two bedrooms, living room, and kitchen all for a resonable price. The food at the breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

Poor maintenance hotel service apartment!

I stay in service apartment, 1 bed room. Although big area size, but towel smells, room smells and interior of apartment poor maintenance. Never stay here anymore. Not worth for money!

1. スタッフの対応は以前と変わりなく好感が持てる。
2. 客室はトイレが古い、またシャワーは水量不足、
バスタタブの汚れ、シャワー等のコーキング材の
　処置が酷く作業のクオリティーが低い、また日本人
　女性からは敬遠されるレベル
3. アメニティーは最小限、レベルアップが必要
4. 空調機のコントローラー等、設備が全体に古い
5. EVが3基中1基非稼働、到着しても扉が開かない
6. 朝食のバリエーションが以前と比較して減った。
7. ホテルで換金できない。ゴルフ場の予約も限定的
　ブロモツアー等のサポートが得られない。
※全体に10年間よりサービスの質低下とホテル全体の
　清潔感が失われていると感じた。

部屋の窓にカギ（ロック）が無く完全に閉める事が出来ないので外の騒音が入って来る。
風が強いと窓を閉めてあっても隙間が大きくなり外の騒音がかなりの音で聞こえて早朝のお祈りの音で起こされた。ロックはちゃんと着けて欲しい。
あと自分は固定のシャワーが嫌いなのでそれはちょっと困る。
スタッフ等　この2点以外は特に問題有りません。

水回り、特に洗面台、ふろ場の排水が悪く水がなかなか流れない。
シャワーはお湯の出方が悪く、殆ど水に近い冷たさでシャワーをせざるを得なかった。又、バスタオルの清潔感に欠ける。
ハンドタオルが無い。四つ星ホテルにしては冷蔵庫内に飲み物を入れてない。等々四つ星ホテルと言えるグレードか疑問。御社を通じた予約は問題なくスムースだった。

全体的にあまり良い印象はありません

2人分の部屋を予約していたが、うち1人分はなぜか2部屋予約されていた。これについては説明し、1部屋キャンセルしてもらった。トイレは流し終わった後でいつまでもチョロチョロと水が流れてしまい、止めるコツがわかるまでは気になった。寝ている途中で空調の吹き出し口の辺りから大きな音が出始め、途中まで何の音かわからず眠かったので放っておいたが、おかげで眠りが浅くなってしまった。全体的にあまり良い印象はありません。
