Batz sur Mer, on the Croisic peninsula, just a few kilometres from La Baule, Pouliguen and Guerande is perfectly situated among these wonderful Atlantic beach resorts and offers access to salt marshes and pretty, sandy beaches. This magnificent building dating from the late 19th century is a perfect example of the typical architecture in Brittany.
Set in a 2-hectare park, this residence is ideally situated overlooking the beach with private access to the coastal footpath (depending on the tides), just 2km from Croisic and Batz. The Residence offers various types of accommodation spread over 4 buildings (one without lift), some in a duplex layout, others with views of the grounds or the sea with balcony or terrace, ranging from studios for 2 people to apartments sleeping 7 or 8 people.
Well-equipped, each has a living room with TV, Wifi and sleeping arrangements, a functional kitchenette (induction cooker or ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher . .
. ), bathroom or shower room with toilet, sleeping alcove with beds (some mezzanine) and one or more bedrooms with single or double beds.
At your disposal : outdoor, heated swimming pool with paddling pool (open from mid-May to mid September), free outdoor parking (1 space/accommodation, pre-booking required), laundry facilities (extra charge). Please note : The main building is on 3 floors without lift.
With a stay at Résidence Odalys Valentin plage in Batz-sur-Mer, you'll be on the beach, within a 15-minute drive of La Baule Beach and Bay of Biscay. This beach residence is 0.1 mi (0.2 km) from Plage Valentin and 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from Plage de Port-Lin.

L’hôtel est super avec un cadre top. Seul bémol, l’état de l’appartement qui n’était pas fonctionnel. Les meubles prennent beaucoup de place pour pas grand chose, literie très moyenne.

Séjour en amoureux pour une semaine . Personnel très accueillant et a l écoute sauf une personne celle qui réceptionne le samedi a l arrivée elle se reconnaitra elle était plus occupée a faire la belle avec l homme a tout faire que de s occuper des arrivées, enfin bref nous ne sommes que des payeurs , D ailleurs a ce sujet je trouve un peu élevé de payer 70€ pour un chien qui lui ne consomera qu un ou deux litres d eau pour son séjour vu qu on doit nettoyer l'appartement avant départ donc même pas de poils a balayer...sinon petit studio atypique et sympathique avec une vue de côté sur mer et parc mais avec une mezzanine un peu difficile d accès pour des personnes âgées, ce qui devrait être notifié lors de la reservation. l accès direct à la plage est un plus et le calme de cette résidence est incroyable a part le bruit des vagues on entends rien c est très reposant . Il faudrait peut-être juste revoir un peu la literie et le canapé car les matelas ont perdus de leurs épaisseurs...en résumé une très bonne semaine quand même malgré le temps mais bon c est la Bretagne 😂😂

Un surclassement qui nous à permis de profiter d'une grande terrasse magnifique vue mer ! La vue est génial.
Par contre une porte fenêtre ne fermait pas. Usure dù au sel surement. L'espace est correct pour deux personnes mais eu été vraiment petit pour six, nombre pour lequel l'appartement est prévu. La séparation entre les terrasses pourrait être plus occultante pour plus de discrétion avec les voisins de part et d'autre.
