Lovely room very clean with large balcony, mini fridge in room, only downside was air con setting could not be changed, it was preset at 24deg which was ok but I tend to prefer a cooler room.

Second time I've stayed here in 3 x weeks. Fabulous hotel with excellent staff. Rooms are a great size, and the 'Harbour View' is delightful. Liked it so much I intend returning next Spring for a longer stay.

We liked it so much, we stayed longer!

Attractive modern hotel within a short walk of shops/restaurants and beach. Reception staff were very friendly and co-operative. We had an issue with electricity supply in our room and it was fixed very quickly. Free parking with plenty of spaces. We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food.
Just a few negatives but nothing which would stop us returning :
Would have liked to use the pool which is outdoors with a cover but didn’t want to walk through hotel foyer on a very shiny floor, dripping wet after a swim.
Not a fan of separate toilet from bathroom.
Breakfast very expensive at €18 each.

Stylish hotel conveniently located.

Very happy with hotel and decided to stay another 5 days. Very clean and modern. Reception staff very helpful and allowed me to practise my French. Free parking is always good.
Did not have breakfast as €18 per person too expensive.

The hotel is ideally situated for the beach, shops and restaurants by the harbour which are a 5 minute walk away. There is a large car park at the rear so parking is never an issue. The room was very large, clean and well equipped. Some negatives though. They require 200 euro deposit on a credit card which I'm still waiting to be refunded. I upgraded to a harbour view but this was minimal and not all rooms had a balcony.

The Hotel is in a good location and the room was clean and staff friendly and efficient.

But the room wasn’t ready till 4:15pm and the Restaurant in the Hotel was closed on a Saturday night. It wasn’t worth the £330 for a 1 night stay.

The room are spacious and well designed. Good bathroom with a large shower. For a four star we could do with some bathroom amenities. They only provide the all in one shower gel that is not always the best product.
Good quality mattress and pillows.
Espresso machine and tea facilities and two bottles of free water in the minibar.

The pool is very small and usually invaded by kids in the afternoon, so the tip is to go early morning or after 6 pm if you want to swim in this tiny pool.

Très mauvaise expérience ! Piscine et accessible que sur reservation et tout était plein, nous n avons pas eu accès. Ils m’ont assurés que j’étais au courant pourtant rien dans la confirmation ou sur hôtels.com. Même en leur montrait c était de ma faute !
Rien dans les chambres à dispo, propreté qui laisse à désirer, chambre sans charme. Savon quasi vide... c est un 2 étoiles moyen. Heuresement j ai enchaîné par un Novotel et cela m a rassuré !!

The hotel is very modern with a beautiful reception area. The staff are really nice. The bed was enormous and really comfortable. The shower has 2 settings,one being a rain shower! The restaurant is very pleasant although we did not eat there this visit, we have done previously and the food was excellent. We strolled down to the seafront and there are a number of different restaurants on the way. In the hotel there is an indoor rooftop pool. Reception will provide you with swimming towels. There is a terrace adjoining the restaurant and if the weather is warm enough you can have your meal outside.The room had a settee as well as abed and a large TV on the wall. The room was spotless. There is shower gel provided and the towels were really fluffy and soft. Although there are road and pavement works going on they do not affect the noise in the hotel, it is very quiet. There are no other restaurants nearby but it is a short very pleasant walk along the river on a paved walk way down through the town to the sea front where there is a clean sandy beach. There is a big car park at the rear of the building which is paved and has a gate, I don't know if it is closed late at night. There are lifts to all floors in the hotel. The train station is within walking distance and trains run behind the hotel. The hotel surroundings are nice, there are a lots of plants and they separate various areas of the carpark and surround the restaurant terrace. I would recommend this hotel as the staff

Only opened a week so still has some kinks to work out like AC not working in some rooms. But it’s modern comfortable and affordable with larger rooms vs staying right on beach which is busy loud and small and expensive

Notre expérience est assez mitigée, nous avons reservé une suite pour 4 nuits. Nous avons le sentiment que l’hôtel se veut de haut standing mais sans y mettre les moyens financiers. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin, digne d’un 4 etoiles, mention speciale pour Laurence qui est un vrai rayon de soleil du matin. Concernant les infrastructures, elles méritent d’etre bien plus entretenues. Vitres sales, la zone piscine a des endroits remplis de moisissures, …. Le gros point negatif a été le problème de chauffage de la suite, qui n’a pas fonctionné durant la moitié de notre sejour, nous avons dû quadrupler les draps pour ne pas avoir trop froid. On nous a preté en remplacement des chauffages d’appoint, dont la moitié ne fonctionnait pas. La localisation et le personnel sauvent la note.

Le cadre est super bien, la chambre est belle avec un équipement complet.
Cependant à titre personnel, j’ai trouvé qu’il faisait froid dans la chambre.
Petit bémol la salle de Fightness sur les deux tapis, un seul fonctionne et les deux vélos sont obsolètes et impossible à régler.
Sinon le reste était parfait le petit déjeuner très varié le personnel agréable. Merci pour ce séjour.

Superbe cadre. Piscine en rooftop bien chauffée par le soleil, un personnel aux petits soins. Les marais salants de Guerande et l Ocearium du Croisic à qques km, pour finir par un sauna et un tour à la piscine et à la salle de sport de l hôtel.

Dommage que les serviettes de toilette ne soient pas changées tous les jours.
Les chambres sont belles mais pas toujours bien entretenues : canapés usé, moquettes un peu tachée.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Les viennoiseries sont très fraiches ainsi que le pain.
Nous avons diné à l'hotel le soir. Les repas sont très chers et de qualité moyennes, assez industrielle.
Les piscines sont assez petites.

Un bref séjour très agréable et parfaitement conforme à mes attentes.
Un personnel d’accueil très accueillant et professionnel, des explications claires et des facilités très agréables.
Une belle chambre de belle dimension avec une vue sur l’arrière de l’hôtel, bien équipée et très propre.
Seul « bémol » : la visibilité du panneau indiquant où se situe le parking.
Alors qu’un grand portail ouvert vous attire vers l’entrée de l’hôtel, il y a une pancarte masquée partiellement par une haie et des inscriptions quasiment totalement effacées qui indique que l’entrée du parking se trouve en contournant l’hôtel par la voie publique ….. pour autant on fini malgré tout par se repérer.

Bel hôtel, personnel serviable, chambre propre et confortable et borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique disponible, ce qui était bien pratique. Seul bémol, nous avons été déçus par le petit déjeuner qui est certe copieux mais pas assez qualitatif pour le prix et la catégorie de l'hôtel, pas de fait maison pour les crêpes et pancake, le bacon semble plus bouilli que grillé, texture des oeufs brouillés granuleuse. Très mauvaise expérience lors de mon séjour au Westotel du pouliguen. En pleine nuit, aux alentours de 23h il y avait énormément de bruit lié à une fête que l’hôtel faisait pour une entreprise. Après avoir constaté et m’avoir indiqué que cela allait durer jusqu’à plus d’1h du matin, l’hôtel a accepté de me changer de chambre. J’ai payé plus cher pour avoir une chambre avec vue sur port. Finalement j’ai payé un service que je n’ai pas eu et aucun dédommagement effectué par l’hôtel. D’autant plus que je devais être appelée par la direction, j’attends toujours…. Je ne conseille pas

We arrived on our two very expensive bicycles and we were told to put them aside in an open garage. After a lot of negotiation we were allowed to store them in an empty bagage locker room, but only from 1900-0800. No further explanation- which left us in the terasse watching our Bikes from 1630 to 1900. The lack of serviceorientation and flexibility surprised us, we have been to 35 hotels already on this journey and have not experienced anything similar. We would not come back or recommend this hotel
