It feels like an online rental (Ax..). Minimum support, minimum interaction. Take your key from a lock box, take you trash out when leaving, thank you.
No clean up, minimum attention on site. We didn't experienced the spa... if you want and appart close to beaches and shopping, this is a spot for you. Good pool. Large garden space. Well connected.

Private apartment, terrace in wealthy beach area

We spend a lot of time iN the La Baule area but have walked generally from there and ended up towards Le Pouliguen beach and port where this property is situated.
The area is much more rural meets beach and spacious quite residential area but within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants at the port.Lovely market central and great ambiance in the bars and cafes Bus service along the coast but easy 2.5 k walk if your a walker along well lit streets and local quiet area.Proffesional staff employed by a comapny who runs resorts throuough France .Very impressed on first stay.Lovely accomodation,comfy beds and welcome available heating to take the edge of October mornings and early nights.Already planning our next trip.

Not as peaceful as advertised!

This hotel is comfortable enough, though looking rather tired, so needs updating. We were disappointed that, as we chose this hotel for its advertised peaceful setting, our room was close to the road. Not too bad at night, but not relaxing on the balcony in the daytime. This is an aparthotel and the small kitchen area was surprisingly well equipped. We received very good customer service, both from the two reception girls who helped us and from the maintenance guy who fixed our tv when the football was on!

It's OK

It has potential but it's a bit old the room was very small bed not comfortable at all. No food on site. Nice scenery. And you have a small kitchen that you are expected to clean at the end of your stay. Weather was terrible

you'd hope for a west facing balcony but all very nice. About 3/4 mile from the sea at Le Pouliguen but 100 yards to Cote Sauvage with little beaches down to the town. Bus to La Baule goes from close by. I'd go again. Trees do block sun from certain angles - depends how much you use the balcony. I went at Easter - probably much busier high summer.

Nous avons été très contents de notre sejour. On voit que des travaux seraient a faire, mais tout était propre etle personnel très agreable. Nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité/prix très convenable, l'emplacement idéal. Il manque par contre des garages a vélo (et couverts ce serait idéal), il n'y en a pas assez, nous montions nos vélos au logement tous les jours.

Tolles hundefreundliches Apartment an der Küste

Wunderschönes Resort, das Apartment, obwohl Kategorie günstig, war wirklich 4 Sterne. Wir waren mit unserem großen Hund unterwegs und bekamen ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss mit schöner Terasse und Rasen. Es gab Tisch, 4 Stühle und eine Relaxliege. Die Betten waren sehr gut, ich bin sehr empfindlich wegen meinem Rücken, aber hab super geschlafen. Im Schlafzimmer könnte der Schrank etwas größer sein, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Im Wohnzimmer schöner Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen und ein sehr großes Bettsofa, auch dieses super bequem und Tv. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, ceranfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, nespesso-Kaffeemaschine und Filtermaschine, Toaster und alles was man zum Kochen so braucht.Wirklich toll! Das Bad sehr schön und groß und Wc separat. Brötchen, Baguette usw kann man abends bestellen und ab 8 Uhr morgens an der Rezeption abholen zu normalen Preisen. Im Keller bei der Tiefgarage gibt es 2 Waschmaschinen mit automatischer Waschmittelzugabe inclusive und 2 Trockner mit Kreditkarte zu bezahlen. Sehr sauber und ordentlich alles. Wir waren im Feb/ März dort, Sodas wir den Pool leider nicht nutzen konnten. Aber die Spaziergänge an der nahen „Cote Sauvage“ waren wunderschön. Nur ca 100m entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden! Preis/ Leistung sehr gut und für Ferien mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen !

pas question que je revienne pas la

les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité.

L'enregistrement a été horrible, ils n'ont pas pu trouver ma réservation même si j'ai payé en totalité.

J'ai payé plus pour avoir une chambre plus grande, mais ils m'ont donné une plus petite. nous étions trois, quelqu'un devait dormir sur un lit qui grinçait.

la ventilation est terrible toutes les odeurs dans la chambre. L'isolation phonique est mauvaise, on entend tous les voisins.

la piscine est ouverte à l'heure, on ne peut s'y rendre ni le matin ni le soir.

J'ai demandé un changement de chambre mais cela m'a été refusé. tout le temps nous regardions la clôture de la maison du voisin.

mes pires vacances.

Appartement (1 chambre, 1 pièce pour manger / canapé / télé, 1 cuisine) très bien équipé, résidence calme et très bonne literie. Parfait en famille. Excellent rapport qualite prix . Appartement de bonne dimension et propre . Equipement cuisine tres bien . Personnel tres gentil.
Les parties communes peuvent etre ameliorees ( proprete et maintenance) . Manque les chaines de televisions internationales ( uniquement francaises). Le fait que le safety box dans la chambre soit payant est dommage.

Hotel bien placé et confortable

Excellent point de départ (100m) pour des ballades à pied le long de la côte. A 3 mn du cinéma art et essai du Pouliguen et à 11 de celui du Croisic, en voiture. Le 2 pièces est propre et confortable, il n'y a pas réellement de vue mer, c'est (avec la tondeuse tous les jours...) le seul bémol. Accueil charment et cerise sur le gateau : on commande son pain et ses viennoiseries à la réception pour le lendemain matin !

Nous avions demandé un appart au dernier étage mais nous nous sommes retrouvés au niveau gazon face à la piscine mais nous avons aimé quand même notre séjour. Le personnel est souriant et professionnel. Les installations tel que piscine, spa, sauna sont bien entretenues, L'appart est petit mais a tout ce qu'il faut pour un couple. L.hôtel est bien situé près de la Côte sauvage et d'autres randos. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour.

Pro: Good location - 200m to ocean (walk/bike path at cote sauvage) and 500m to beautiful plage (entry of Bautz); easy bike ride into Pouligen. Excellent bed and linen, spotless kitchenette, boulangerie service at reception, undergrund parking included
Con: strange opening hours of pool, very dark and dusty underground parking, street in front of premise sometimes noisy, bed room gets cramped with baby cod
Note: maybe this is \"premium\" for P&V, but overall this is a bit overselling. Anyway, we liked it there

Non c'era proprio altro modo di far stare in poco più di 30 mq: bagno, stanza da letto, locale gabinetto, cucina, soggiorno e piccolo corridoio con armadio...il tutto con porte (6, con quella d'ingresso), neppure i Maeva possono tanto!
Certo, gli spostamenti andavano fatti una persona alla volta (eravamo in 4, fortunatamente ben affiatati) e le 6 porte andavano aperte (e chiuse) una x volta in quanto \"operavano\" nello stesso spazio!
Le \"ristrettezze\" interne sono state cmq ben accette a guisa di prezzo da pagare x godere all'esterno di architetture a misura d'uomo: niente palazzoni o ecomostri di cemento armato, nessun agglomerato urbano a sviluppo verticale ... le costruzioni sembrano rispettare volumi ed altezze ben definiti, intercalate in spazi verdi, percorsi pedonali e piste ciclabili. Insomma, tutta l'sola/penisola, da Le Pouliguen a Batz-sur-mer a Le Croisic è all'insegna di un alto insediamento abitativo ma ben integrato con l'ambiente che lascia intatti panorami e viste mozzafiato sulla Grand Cote e la Cote Sauvage. E Pierre & Vacance (Premium) di Le Domaine, nonostante i suoi circa 70 alloggetti, rispetta tt ciò: tetti spioventi ricoperti d'ardesia con lucernai e sorprendenti balconi, spazi verdi ombreggiati da grandi alberi dove si trovano le piscine (climatizzata la grande), campo da tennis ed altre strutture ricreative x adulti e bambini (questi ultimi nella parte retrostante).

l'hôtel est très bien, calme, bien situé, belle architecture, les chambres sont confortables, cuisine très bien équipée, salle de bain très bien jaccousi et sauna très agréable
mais dans la chambre il y avait toujours une très mauvaise odeur impossible de la faire partir en aérant tout le temps
